No you don’t need to open another one before if you do it will detect that you have a profile on ground already.

Just reset password if you don’t remember the password but I am wondering why your CGI dashboard refuses to open after you have login, it could be network issue

You already said you have a sister there and now you want to say you don’t have anybody there. Don’t complicate things for yourself please. It is because your sister is living in the same city your school, besides there are many people that have gotten their visas in the same situation like you.

If you can post your transcript let people help you to see if there is any other issue there apart from what you stated. Please don’t lie because what you said during your first interview is on their system already, trying to change it now is the bigger red flag.

You finished secondary school in 2018, did you put on your DS-160 as the reason why you haven't gone to school? if you finish school in 2018, The interviewer expects your parents should be your sponsor because they need to be sure that you will return home. If your sister stays in the US, then it appears you do not have any home ties. You can try again.

it depends on your start date, if your start date is January 2022, you will not be able to get an original date before then because all dates have been booked. but you can apply for an emergency within 60 days of your school resumption. Please review your transcript based on the corrections made and try again.
