You will only offer it probably in your first year in the university under "General studies". And often times, the lackadaisical, inept, pot-bellied, wishy-washy lecturer mandated to teach the course will not show up. You will just be given textbooks on the Course which you may not understand. Also, certain rudiments necessary for flawless diction embedded in the textbook might not be clear to you due to their complexity. You acquire the core basics of sound elocution in your primary or secondary school. Also, You can work on yourself. Stop the addictive use of certain short-forms (5n, kul, hawayu, watsup, kkkk, 10q, cos...)which paralyse the creative ability to string legible sentences, Read certain books on effective writing and speaking of the English language. upgrade your knowledge of the fundamentals of the English language by surfing the internet on certain basics. English language is dynamic, It changes from time to time. once in a while, write a story or a poem to broaden your creativity.
If you keep saying English language is not your mother's tongue, then you might keep embarrassing yourself in public. It's not that difficult to imbibe these little basics[/b]

Well, It depends. you are already anticipating a "heart-break" already which might suggest or give a little insight into the type of person you have known her to be and the level of trust you have for her. How old is she? how old are you? There is a level of psychological maturity that can keep her if she has come of age before gaining admission. The university is full of so many enticing things that can distract even the most focused human with a high academic dream of making a first class. From weekend parties to shows in different departments, Clubs, birthdays, end of semester jazz and all the razzmatazz involved. If she is the easily enticed type, then forget it! Instead, channel your time in reading extensively so that you gain admission too. good luck.

You are either in love with someone or not in love with him/her. True love grows everyday. As days thicken to months and years egg months, you discover new lovable qualities in him or her. It's not spontaneous! There is no quantifiable measure of love sufficient for matrimonial Harmony or marital Union. when two people in love go through challenges and trials of life and remain unbruised and unseparated, the love grows! You tend to see glaring reasons why you should stick with him, as such, the love heightens. even some old couples still continue to love each other.

I spared minutes to read your lengthy article in which you bemoaned the injustice levelled at You by JAMB. I must bring to your understanding certain facts you never knew hitherto. Firstly, there are elements of pride and over-confidence in your article, I am not saying you didn't write well, I am trying to bring to your understanding that it's not always like you have pictured it to be. you feel you are intelligent, but it doesn't take just intelligence to past JAMB or score above 300. It takes brilliance. I mean extreme brilliance. channel your complaints to the right authorities. Google JAMB's branches where complaints can be made. start from there. get a change of course form and stop whining. you can transfer to your desired department after your first year if you meet certain criteria. Lastly, there is a difference between "being" and "been", you used the latter in place of the former in your article. do well to modify it.
