The problem with most of us is that so much hatred and bitterness has beclouded our sense of reasoning. We no longer look at being objective on a raised matter, rather, we base our judgement on who the messenger is. Tribalism, religious bigotry and foolish pride don't allow us see and recognise truth anymore. Femi has said nothing wrong here. We must, as a matter of necessity, begin to eschew bitterness, embrace the truth irrespective of where it's coming from and act upon it. This is the only way our great country can move forward. An unidentified Nigerian man has explained his decision to use his parents for money ritual, Newspremises reports.

The man who was questioned on his intention, said that even if his mother begs while he's about to carry out the act, he won't stop as her plea would only push him into killing her faster.

When the man was asked if I could also use his father for money rituals, he said that his father is the easiest option as he doesn’t ''give a f*ck'' about him.

When asked if he would go ahead with the ritual if he was told he has only 3 months to enjoy the money, the man responded and said, he is okay with such arrangement.

He however, reiterated that if his parents gave a f*ck about him, they would have hustled to make him comfortable.

The manner in which every killing is pinned on herdsmen is appalling. We are always quick to jump to dubious conclusions. We all know how Dora Akunyili was detested for being a thorn in the flesh of criminal elements down East and how they tried to eliminate her at some point. I am sure, that hatred has not abated even with her death. The family must have still remained a target. The culprits are closer home. So why throw in a decoy? This must be a deliberate attempt to cause disaffection. Proper investigation must be carried out and the culprits dealt with decisively!

A deeper Life Church member, Awoh Liberty, was dragged after he went about posting a photo of a female Corps member wearing a skirt instead of the trousers stipulated and issued by the NYSC, Reports.

From The Information Gathered By , The Photo which he posted on various Christian Facebook groups on Sunday, reads: No to Lucifer's Perception. No to Satan'd Deception. We the female say no no no to trouser."

The post generated varying reactions on the groups with few in support while many argued that it's not possible to engage in physical activities in orientation camps while wearing trousers.

One Emmanuel Emeng described the post as "Phariseeic in behaviour with a tint of fanatism"

Nobody is in Heaven or Hell yet. Such assumptions is contrary to the scriptures. The scriptures tells us that Satan, the Antichrist and thep False prophet would be thrown into Hell first. As we all know the devil is not in Hell yet.

As regards Heaven/paradise, this will be after the resurrection. Otherwise, what is the essence of resurrection? All who are dead are only but sleeping until the return of Christ.

Not many know this truth. The cares of this world has blindfolded so many that they can't see the darkness swallowing them up. Many have sold their souls. The have damned the consequences. All they care for is wealth and fame. Morality and Godliness has gone to the winds. You need to be spiritually alert to know this and not just being religious!

I don't know why this fraud and corruption start from in our private Nursery, primary and secondary schools, but I think its universal fraud in Nigeria now.

That you must buy all the Textbooks for a particular class your child is going.
Even when elder siblings have bought those books and he is not using it again, the younger one who need same book now, must buy new ones from the same school.

The economy of this country is so bad and a lot of families find it so hard to pay school fees, but I think owners of schools too always want to make more money on books and wears aside tuition fee so it makes all these school fee to be neck breaking.

So they insist on new books for your wards. And the price they sell it , is more than the actual price. Just to make more money.
They always make huge money from sales of uniform, Wednesday wears, Friday wears, ties, socks, Cardigan.

But on Textbooks that can take decades to damage, why can't younger ones use the one their elder ones have used?

PLS CAN THIS FRAUD STOP?

It is high level corruption! In fact the corruption is a networked type. The text books are designed in such a way that nobody else can make use of them after being used by another. It is criminal! Schools mandate parents to buy excersise books from them and most times they are substandard, yet more expensive than what's obtained outside. It is high time those in charge of education look into this ever growing corruption in schools particularly private schools.

Indeed, enough is enough!

Please guys I need a clarification on this, if someone can help identify the type of animal or the snake that makes a clucking sound at night especially in the midnight.

The sound seems very similar to a rooster or probably a clucking sound.

I heard this sound so much during my service year in ebonyi state precisely in afikpo North few years ago. I thought it was a rooster but they said it was a matured male snake or a cobra.

Few weeks ago, I went for a big project in a remote area, lo and behold in that area that same sound was so much and it looks like as if there was 3000 roosters clucking in the midnight.

Seriously I'm very worried if they are indeed snakes/cobra or maybe a wild roosters in a densed bush.
