I have known this building for over 25 years, while I was growing up in ilogbo Elegba, the story back then was that it belong to MKO Abiola

I saw the edifice recently when I visited ilogbo enroute iyana era

This asset is just wasting away, I hope the owner will make good use of it

THIS BUILDING, LOCATED AT IYANA ERA, ALONG BADAGRY EXPRESSWAY, IJANIKIN, LAGOS STATE.

The edifice is sitting on approx 2 acres of land. Filled with area boyz who has turned the place to home. A lot of atrocities happening from drugs, rape, fights e.t.c. WHY IS GOVERNMENT SO INSENSITIVE TO THIS??

Report has it that the building has been there for long, and there's even a National Post Graduate Medical College, Foreign Affairs Academy, Federal Government College, Ijanikin, and DSS Quaters, close to it.

How on earth will such asset waste away?
Coupled with the fact that it is a den of criminal activities.

Can our government, Federal, State and Local government get interested in every property in Nigeria?

Please, be kind to draw the attention of appropriate agency and government officials to this, also similar ones nationwide.

The poster is obviously not telling us the entire truth, i pass through the road even traveling to Ilorin and i was amazed, he should tell us when he took the picture and which section of the road did he take the picture from.


If u ask the smart commercial motorist that ply the route regularly, they will tell you they use the road as an alternative route to connect Ogbomosho from oyo to enable them avoid the trailer infested old road

Though the road isn't completed alot of the section are completed already

2. He can still make heaven despite the gravity of sin if he repent before death.
3. God might be using him as a punishment to those who fell his victim. (Only God knows how his victims made there money).
4. Crucify him!!! At worse he'll die, but remember you'll die one day, you'll die too and as a sinner, you might burn in the same lake of fire, no matter the gravity of your sin. No VIP section.
5. Some atrocities most politicians now adays have committed secretly and has affected the economy of the nation is much more than that of Evans. Everyone knows how he makes his or her wealth.

Nowadays people die like flies... You might not be granted the grace to repent at point of death.. Different people with different grace..

I am a graduate of physics and i work in a university teaching physics.

if you are truly a graduate of physics, I advice you should think about how to improve your skills in any of the following aspect of physics.

1 Electronics: you must have taken one or several courses in electronics, dust you books, improves yourself , if you need to learn skills from road side electronic repairer please do.
Learn from professionals they will be willing to teach you
circuit design can make you get richer than you think learn and apply your skills , the nation needs home made devices that suit our environment

2. Education: If you have passion for teaching then I advice you take your MSC in physics get a senior academics to groom you, I'm sure you will be happy you did at the end of the day.
Lecturers may not earn so much money but academic will earn you so much respect and prestige I assure you that you won't regret your decision

3 Technology: if you are tech person you can enrol in any of the IT courses Networking, Server or network security, Oracle or Mysql database analysis, web or application programming Java Python c++ c# HTML CSS , etc
you can work for yourself or get the blue chips companies to beg to employ you

4. Energy : you must av taken some courses regarding various kinds of energy wind solar hydro fossils fuels nuclear, you can look at how to develop yourself and generate energy for small businesses for a competitive price
I can only mention a few here

Alot has happened for 2yrs plus now. I and my fiance has been together for 2yrs plus.
