And because of nonchalant and unconcerned attitude showed to this boy has partially ruined his life academically. He may have missed all of his examination or some(sudden strike) due to police saga and there's higher possibility of getting rusticated from the school.

Don't you think if this guy get rusticated he won't turn poisonous venom? What cause NPF to do thorough investigation?
