Politics › Re: Peter Obi And Atiku. The Dilemma PDP Need To Solve Or Be Destroyed by Reality3080: 9:31am On May 19, 2022 |
SteveDGreat: PDP is in a difficult situation that requires immediate attention. They were riding on the wave of APC incompetence for the past 7 years to take back power . It was all too easy for them to persuade Nigerians to vote for them by exploiting the APC's heinous reign. That quickly altered...
The arrival of Peter Obi on the political landscape altered the situation. Nigerians were hounding him to declare for president prior to his official declaration. In Nigerian politics, what began slightly has turned into a massive political movement. Career politicians perceive Peter Obi as a threat to their political careers, which explains why they are paying attack dogs to always attack his candidacy.
Peter Obi is popular among the masses, who have had enough of career politicians and want them to retire. Peter Obi mode of campaign has shifted campaign strategy from gimmicks to issue base. One thing most of his opponents can't offer. He is providing free publicity to the PDP through his organic fans. He is seen as the sole way out of the trenches by the majority of the population, the youths who have been neglected by past politicians. They're not going to give up. Among the candidates, he is the most popular. This election is based on personalities rather than parties.
Atiku Abubakar is no stranger to politics. His lifelong ambition is to become the president of Nigeria. He is desperate for this and will go to any length to obtain it. The delegates adore him because he is the money man and he is ready to pay anything to get that ticket .
He enjoys the support of the delegates but he is not wanted by the electorates. His chances drastically diminished the moment Peter Obi emerged . It further plummeted during the Deborah issue . Career politicians who support him can influence the primary election, but not the general election. The electorates will decide the main election
Funding assaults against Peter Obi will not diminish his popularity or make his chances slim.
If the PDP truly wants to retake power, the solution is simple: convince the delegates and other contestants to support Peter Obi and win the election. It will be easier for PDP to win this election with Peter than anyone else . The electorates, not the delegates, will win the election for the PDP. Less stress and less campaigns. Like an eagle, follow the direction of the wind. You don't go against the tide .
Going against the people's will will be terrible for the PDP. They will not only lose the election, but they will also go extinct, while the majority of professional politicians will quickly abandon the party to join the ruling party.
After all, Atiku Abubakar was a key figure in the APC's ascension to power. the greatest mistake pdp will ever make is to field an Igbo cos as it stands now north will not vote an Igbo n with what happened in Abuja lately it has compounded the problem North will not even vote a Christian at this point I believe u know for sure that yorubas have their own candidate too n south south are busy scheming too so just forget about d idea of north fielding igbo |

jerseyboy: Na Emeka true true. Igbo always think they are smart and can manipulate others easily. Next he will create Anioma moniker and start advocating Anioma is Igbo torment on people who are dead set never to have anything to do with Igbo. Igbos know if they have a fraction of the advantages of the Yoruba has especially in terms of Geography, language, culture, no force on earth will keep them inside Nigeria for one day. every sane Nigerian knows what an Igbo man is up to n their mischievous character so nobody will fall for it again That princeoflagos, oyeofikotun gave them out as highly mischievous,no wonder people don’t want to have anything doing with them They are fighting d north, the south south aren’t in good terms with them n d yorubas that are cool with them they have misuse all d privileges If yorubas start treating them same way hausas are doing then it’s game over for them It’s highly annoying that yorubas that are calm with them is whom they hate d most |

We can say we are the most progressive people in Africa and yet our people suffer from unemployment, from lack of education and poverty.
If we say we are the most progressive group in Nigeria then we need to have an agenda for the next 20 to 30 years on how to reduce unemployment and proverty in our land. Agabaidu1234: My Experience With my boss at the office today.
Am a serving corps member with one company serving. At first, I usually carry my boss bag from the office to his car whenever we close( in the evening) but in a recent time he promoted my kind gesture to always call me from the office to pick his bag in the morning not minding whether am busy or not which has being getting me infuriated before now, but I keeps being calm. The last stroke that broke the camel's back happened today. He called me outside as usual, I picked up the bag from him and he equally went further to tell his friend to equally handed over his own to me, to bring them all to the office although the friend told me not to bother myself, which really got me really mad boldly written in my countenance and he noticed it which he asked me at the office and I express my displeasure to him in that regard of carrying his friend bag together with his own and he attempted to defend himself by bringing in irrelevant ideas and admonishment, of which I took flemzy excuse that I was not feeling fine and left, but trust me it was still as a result of the anger. Now, my concerns is that, am I being foolish trying to be nice and at the same time being humble to always doing that for him willingly because I started it which he took it to be daily routine,? And again I want to stop doing that to him from today's on even when am called upon, if he thinks I do them all for him as a result of ignorance or that am being naive( what do you think that my plan may result to) . Am talking about a guy who should be in his early thirties( 30) here. Please , what's actually your advise to me in this circumstance. this life no start wetin u no go fit finish |

Every time he opens his mouth about Igbos, it must be something close to being unpleasant. Let him keep his bitter truth to himself, no Igbo wants to hear his bitter truth. the worst u can do for him is to kill him like u kill any body who doesn’t see things in accordance with u or declare him dead like u did to buhari or insult his generation’s on social media What else can u do? |

Atiku is brilliant, courageous, patriotic, and knowledgeable. The only thing I have against him is that it is the turn of the SE to produce the president.
