is it transfer you did?
or bank deposit?

how much time is remaining for payment?

tell the guy to extend the time if the transfer has not reached him...then you go to the bank and request your bank statement

send it to the guy so he knows his in trouble if you upload it to support.

tell him to get his own too ..and show you.

if all it doesnt show on his sheet and your bank shows it left yours..

my guy , go to his bank and tell them to check the account balance of the guy and look for your deposit!

the bank will do that for you when you show them your signed bank statement..

Help I have a case at hand now.I refused to be fooled by the pop screenshot the scammer uploaded.I clicked extend time to 24hrs then in the message box I wrote fake pop upload clicked next but the system displayed file required.should I leave it until the half green indicator shows yellow question mark then I write to support?

The system asked you to upload your
signed or stamped bank statement
To prove the pop is fake.

Do so and rest.. Then you will be rematch ed after the 24hrs expires

I was matched with someone who was to PH N40k for me on 29th of last month(last Tuesday), but the person failed.

Now(today), I have been rematched with another person to PH to me. The issue here is that few weeks ago, my guider mistakenly placed an order to PH help of N50k on my behalf, which has been counting since then, unknown to both of us.

Just this morning again, I received a text that I have been matched to PH of the N50k to another person which coincides with the new rematching, whereas I have yet to GH of N40k which has been outstanding.

In this case what do I do, if this new person I have been rematched with fails to PH of the N40k to me before 48hrs elapses, for I don't have any spare money to stake again for the N50k help I'm expected to PH to this person?

Will the system block me? How do I go about it is such should happen in order to recover my money?

If you fail to get the money and PH before 36hrs..
Go to your post..

Just click :
The blue arrow on the order match..
Click the "I refuse to make payment" and
Write your reasons..

Note: do not click that option 2 Times
in a month or you will be blocked immediately and permanently!

You can write to support if the guy doesn't respond..

In my opinion MMM ought to have in place an imporved structure, Like in the case of failure to confirm reception of payment without any genuine reason. The payment should automatically be confirmed after 48hrs of failure to confirm and not sending any message to support stating the reason not to confirm. The MMM system needs review hence no one will be holding another to ransom, and the system will be more automated and sustainable in order to ensure continuous confidence of the public in the system.

You broke:
1- multiple accounts rule
2 - relations max PH rule..

And I don't know what you committed in your first account to get blocked..

First.. U will not get the ref bonus from your relation.
Secondly.. Your account is on moratorium because
the system has found 2 accounts with your details.
Your account will go from moratorium to blocked soon.

My first advise... Change guider for your brother to save that case..

After the 24hrs extension elapses you will be re-watch ed.
The person will be blocked..

The person can prove to support that he paid you.. .
And then you will be blocked!

Please what happens if you refer your family members, the name and surname differs, but in the bank details, they kinda correspond. for e,g my name if Rita Pius Effiong, My brother"s name is Micheal Akpan, and mum is Alice Benson. but the account details bear same middle name and surname. is there a problem with this? can they PH more than me?
