InvestmentRe: MBA Investors Forum by RealityShot:
some reasons MBA may last long...

1. Its for rich people who can afford to loose N360k

2. Rich people do not do panick withdrawals..

3. Panick withdrawal is checked by the 6 months waiting period before you can withdraw your capital.

4. Greedy people are many! Some will even take loans to join!!

all in all... It is still "very likely" a ponzi scheme because they cannot show us what they are doing with the money to generate 15% monthly for everyone like clockwork with guaranty

The stock market is wide open!
go there...loose 20% in 2weeks to 1 month...

then come back here and manage the 8% with us.

Emefiele thinks he is smart.
Next year... Many will lose money in
ponzi.. Stocks.. Shops.. New businesses...

then the economy will tumble and he will have his hands full with excess liquidity plus derranged citizens..

the cool headed ones should remember rule number 1 in investing and stick to what they are sure of...

am not worried wether our stock price (interest here) is down 50% as long as am sure the company is doing alright (t-bills remains sure pay)

remember that before you jump into zenith Bk or dang sugar/cem or fcmb.

what is the assurance?

at a certain point..The presidency will halt CBN on the rate dropping because cash flow will be tight ...

come january... Borders will open..
i will invest at whatever rate..as long as it is tbills

I don't want any child out of wedlock. But this lady assured me that if she gets pregnant she won't bother me for anything. She would take care of herself and the baby, unless I want to be involved. But she won't marry me.
that is a lie Sir.

she will look for you, even in your most sacred places...even after some years of leaving you alone, she will just appear with DEMANDS on your pocket!

she wants to have a baby by you!

she might do so for a couple of reasons...but..

there is never anything like "she wont bother you with the baby!"

it is a trick.. USE CONDOM OR get ready to have a baby mama and start paying child suppport while she focks other dudes!

one funny reason is, she wants to add body and be plump!

do not waste your money on any test!
some girls at 28-30 try to have baby to OPEN their waist.

so they can still give birth in their later 30s...beware

I think people here are more concerned about the return of their capital than returns on their capital, that is what suits their investment temperament and they can't be blamed for that.

Everyone to what works for him or her.
offcourse!

i knew about this thread like 2013.. Bit i skipped it when i saw something like 12% ...TOO SMALL!

after flexing all my first million with girls and lossing the last bit in MMM...

i came back and saw this thread again..this time..my head has cooled down well well...

I know its better to flex 12% interest than to flex capital!

when one has no one to advice him financial death is inevitable.

now i have co workers who earn twice mine but i got more capital than them...
thanks to MMF + Tbills...

when i will arrive home and buy one hectare and plant palm trees now...people will be thinking

You won't get dividend, but your profit will reflect in the sale price.

You can buy the money market fund, they pay dividends every quarter. With a minimum of N5000 you are good to go. You can can top it up whenever you have money, they currently have about N60 billion under management for the money market fund.

The money market fund invests in Treasury Bills, Commercial papers and other short term financial instruments.
thank you

Fixed Income Fund of FBN Quest Asset Management currently pay 13.2%, the fund invests in FGN bonds, Sukuk, FGN savings bonds, States bonds and corporation bonds.

Minimum investment is just N50,000 and the minimum holding period before you can sell is 90 days.
if one sells in 90 days will he get any dividend since dividends payment is 180days?

these FBN Q guys might just have solved all our bond investment problems.

Methinks constituency projects ought to be scrapped entirely. The Law makers should face their business squarely and stop meddling in development projects. It's unfortunate that those entrusted with lawmaking only use the opportunity to advance personal selfish interests.
"The Bill seeks the setting up of a
special fund made up of 2.5 per cent
of yearly budget to be dedicated to
constituency projects."

YES ! this constituency project thing should be scrapped!

now they want to cut 2.5% of each year's budget for it... Jeezz! These senators should fear God o....

if i save 5000 how much will i receive at the end of 3odays
they pay like 10% per year and that rate changes up or down daily..

so you divide 10% rate by 12 to get interest for 1 month

you will get N41 on N5000 @10% average rate

how does the ibtc money market fund work
you can invest from 5k and above at a time..

you must wait 30 days before you can withdraw anymoney you just put in..

after 30days, you can withdraw anytime and get money before 5 days

ibtc asset managers invest all the money in treasury bills and other 100% safe investments so you can not loss your capital..

interest is added daily cumulatively.
