i actually did not want to post my comment but decided to do so after going thr d thread.  Firstly it has not bn ascertained if he was drink driving. he  was coming from an assignmnent and calle his home he was on his way. i saw da grin's manager on TVc on saturday claiming he got a call from d truck driver who claimed he did not abandoned d truck as claimed. d driver said he was stopped by d police at d police station(d accident happenned in front of a police station)

the truck driver is claiming d police were trying to extort N12000 from so he parked and they were on this when they heared a crash from behind.they initially ran away but came back later. corruption is d key issue we shud address here. what of politicians that are supposed to light up d road, LUTH shud have checked for internal bleeding d moment he was brought in. too bad.


he is not d 1st artiste to be involved in an auto crash, wande coal,said balogun and a few others have survived, were they drinking too. let us be fair in our comments. we all know d way pple drive late in d night to avoid armed robbers, it all bore down to insecurity in our land.

Well i have taken my time to go  thru all the threads on this topic. my story,

I used to think i was too smart to fall in love to the extent of doing anytin a fool wud do for love, i used to boast abt it to my guys and they always hail me as a wicked son of a bitch until she came along in my 2nd yr. prior to meeting her, i had stood off a lot of female admirers. i just fell like a  pack of cards. she was innocent looking, she was having problems wit her GPA and i promised to assist, initially i told her to get lost if she cud not date me and she did not bother me again.
i fell ill days later and my mind told me to apologise to her, i did and she ended sitting by my side all the thru the exams. she scored As and all her friends envied her. d GPA moved up, i was doing all her assignments for her. The only clog there is dat she hade a boyfriend and told me to wait until the guy graduates d following session, d guy had an extra yr and i had to wait until we were in our final part for her to tell me she cant date me. i even wrote her final project for her.

in my 2nd yr, i had my only carry-over because of her, a lecturer saw me assisting her, d guy tore my answer booklet into shred a minute before submission. i was devastated. my friends all joked abt it for till i graduated from school. i have not gotten over the incident till now. after school she abandoned me and doesnt pick my calls. i went to the xtent of helping her to increase her scores  and dat of his broda in anoda dept thru my influence in school. i never influenced my personal results for once of my academic prowess but had to break my principle to help her.  she said she wanted a 2.1 , i introduced her to a powerful cabal to help in making this happen, she went behind my back to finalise d deal and denied doing so. i was alaughing stock amongst my pals who used to think i was too alert nd strong to be fooled by a woman. she was onced worked for communication coy and i requested or a card of 400naira, she declined.

while i was jobless, i sought her assistance but she di not even bother to get back to me,her dad is an influential politician.   today i am okay, i work in a good bank and i am financially stable. i learnt that she finally broke wit d boyfrind after yrs   and she is engaged to anoda guy. she is 28 now,we left school 5yrs ago.

since then i have bn treating women like dirt.

Nothing surprises me again in this country, USA and some intnal bodies says the Abuja stadium was a scam, that they will build anoda one of better quality at lesser cost than what Julius berger did.

All the broadcasting equipments, stadium facilities used during COJA and all the previous tournament are no where to be found( nations cup 2000, nigeria 99).


What most countries do when hosting is to upgrade exixting facilities, we go about wasting taxpayers money on procuring new stuff that will soon be stolen and left to rot away.

When they came up with a huge figure, Yar Adua said we were no more hosting and they did the biggest accounting magic of all time by cutting the hosting budget by over 300%.

Its nothing but scam scam scam scam all the way.

I am sure some millionaires have emerged and will still emerge from this U-17 stuff.

I wonder pple still ask about the authencity of E-breakthru. I think the only reason they are still around perpertrating their dubious activities is because in Niger anything goes.
They have bn around for a while and its has bn established on this blog that no one shud touch them with a long pole.

I am surprised someone is still asking about them, its nothing but a scam and i implore anyone on nairaland with close connection to efcc,police or sss to help bring them to justice. They and others like primesavic are just taking advanntage of the gross unemployment in the country to exploit job seekers.

Mere looking at their rundown and ramshackle office is enuf to inform u of the fact that they too need jobs. It looks like an abandoned mini warehouse.

For ur info, i have someone dat lectures in Canada, they earn more than u claim, not counting the research grants and respect accorded them in the society.

The truth is the FG has failed us and i never expected anything good from Yar-Adua, who says he was a lecturer; on what. a lecturer in a hausa poly is no beta than a secondary school teacher in the west here. I did my NYSC there so i know.

Most politicians are drop-outs and are living large apart from the stolen loot.

Its just unfair my pple. I weep for the educational system of this country. Some pple believe its a calculated attempt to render the public universities useless like they did to the primary and post-primary institutions. Most of are big men own private universities and most of their wards school abroad.

i am really suprised people still fall for their scam, i was a victim way back 2005, i was duped of 1050 but then there was nothing like test . i was sent on wild goose chases all over ikeja and environs, only to get there to be told they have never heared of estherbreakthru or to be told there is no vacancy. or "we will get back to you."
people like her are taking advantage of the mass unemployment in the country to dupe applicants. she will meet her waterloo very soon, i know she gives bribe to police for to still be operating dat scam.

hi,house. getting a job in nigeria is more han u making 2.1, i made a 2.1 but roamed the street for 2yrs b4 finally getting a bank job.i had almost giving up on getting a good job,most of my friend with 2.1 are still out there,some are even better than me.so stop talking trash.

Nice piece, though i am a muslim, i was touched by the literary tichness of ur story.i graduated three yrs ao with a hard fougth 2.1. i finishd nysc 18 months ago, ever since i couldnt get any job until last month after i was tinking of giving up on evrything.i got invited by oceanic for interview after a year of writing d test.i as called 4 medical d 2nd day.i began work 2weeks after.i called it hope from nowhere.1st bank even invited me inerview 3weeks ago.i had written so many tests and sent so many application in my time.my prayer is dat God will reard our effort all.dont despair.

my brother , it si going to be fourman panel and u are going to be interviewed with another candidate at the same time, u wil be questioned by all the member of the panel one after the other.

that is veru disheartning, but i just finished my medicals at oceanic too, after ten months of waiting for the test result .i had d interview on thursday and did the medical today but i actually wrote the test in october. tell him to take heart,god will perform his miracle,amen
