Romance / 10 Alarming Signs You Are Dating Another Woman’s Boo by Realwvn(m): 3:50pm On Jul 21, 2015
Do you have any exes who were so awful you can’t help wondering, “What the hell was I thinking?” Join the club. If you’d like to make sure you’re with Mr. or Ms. Right, watch out for these 10 signs you’re dating the wrong person.

1. You feel like you have to wear a mask.

If you’re putting on a song-and-dance in an elaborate attempt to impress your partner, you might be dating the wrong person.
Your partner should love you as you are. Does it feel like they are trying to mold you into an entirely different person? If so, it might be time to let them go.

2. They think the world revolves around them.

If it seems like your partner is more interested in how you fit in their world than they are with your individual needs, you might be dating the wrong person.
Even though you just went to his parents’ house for Thanksgiving last year, he gets upset when you suggest visiting your parents this year. Despite the fact that she knows you haven’t had a night out with the guys in over a month because work’s been so busy, she pitches a fit because you’re not spending time with her. If your partner’s words and actions scream, “ME-ME-ME,” you should find someone who appreciates your needs (and not only theirs).

3. Your friends and family haven’t met them.

If you haven’t introduced your partner to your friends or family despite spending a decent amount of time together, you might be dating the wrong person.
Let’s just face it, shall we? There are only a few reasons why you wouldn’t introduce your partner to your friends or family, and none of them are pretty. If you’re so embarrassed by this person that you don’t want to invite them into your social circles, do everyone a favor and pull the plug.

4. They don’t really listen to you.

If your partner is always waiting for their turn to speak, you might be dating the wrong person.
They always go off on tangents about their day at work, but never seem interested in yours. They always suggest where they’d like to go, but never seem to care what you think. If your partner does a whole lot of speaking (but never listens), you might want to find someone not so self-centered to share your life with.

5. Hanging out with them drains you.

If spending time with your partner exhausts you, you might be dating the wrong person.
Even the best of relationships include the occasional fight, but this should be the exception, not the norm. You should feel happy and alive with your partner, not sad and stuck.

6. You avoid difficult conversations.

If every difficult chat gets swept under the rug, you might be dating the wrong person.
Should you bring up things like politics, religion, favorite sexual positions, or your desire to have five children on the first date? Probably not. But as the weeks and months and years go on, it becomes more and more important to have those tough (but necessary) conversations. If you want to have children but your partner doesn’t, you might have a problem. If your religion is a top priority but your partner is anything but a devout follower, you need to have a chat. If there’s something the matter, say so (because no, your partner isn’t a psychic).

7. Your relationship is their one and only interest

If your partner has no hobbies or interests outside of your relationship, you might be dating the wrong person.
Who would want to date a person who isn’t passionate about anything? Tread carefully if your partner has zero life goals, because relationships with a person lacking ambition are anything but fulfilling. And that brings us to…

8. They expect 24/7 companionship.

If your partner is so clingy you want to scream, you might be dating the wrong person.
It is unhealthy and unwise to expect a person to be your singular source of happiness. Alone time isn’t merely just something that would be nice to have, but rather a necessity for your mental health.

9. You never feel like you’re “good enough.”

If your partner never has anything nice to say, you might be dating the wrong person.
No matter how hard you try, you feel like you can’t do anything right. No matter how much you do, you feel like you always have to prove yourself. No matter how much you love them, you feel like they don’t return the feeling.

10. You can’t imagine a future together without laughing or crying.

If the thought of a life-long commitment makes you want to curl up in a ball and weep, you might be dating the wrong person.
I know the thought of being alone might not appeal to you, but staying in a relationship that is destined for failure is as silly as it gets. If you have no future with this person, end the relationship and find someone you can be happy with.

Are you dating the right person? I hope this list helps you find out. Leave a comment with any additional signs you think we should be on the look-out for.

Health / 4 Foods Women With Fibroids Should Avoid by Realwvn(m): 2:26pm On Jul 11, 2015
I came across another article relating to fibroid just a few minutes after reading kemi adetiba interview on fibroids and I thought it would be nice to put it out there for the people who might really need to see it and in case you missed the Kemi adetiba interview, you can simply read it HERE

The days following my myomectomy in 2009 where doctors removed 8 fibroids the size of a 4 month old fetus from my uterus, I put a sign on my refrigerator that said:  STOP FEEDING YOUR FIBROIDS!  It was my daily reminder to stop feeding my body food that was making me sick.
Training myself to stop eating bad foods is something I struggle with even today.  The difference is that now I know how good quality food makes me feel vs food that has zero nutritional quality.  Even when I think I am cheating, my body lets me know I am not fooling anyone but the little voice in my head that told me it was okay to eat those things.  My body feels the effects the next morning when I am quietly cussing at the sun for rising too soon.
I wanted to share with you some of items I have crossed off my list of foods women with fibroids should avoid for improved health and well-being.
HORMONE INDUCED ANIMAL PRODUCTS
I am not a vegan or vegetarian; I just enjoy a diet full of raw fruits, vegetables, and grains.  I actually think meat is acceptable in EXTREMELY LIMITED QUANTITIES — meaning meat does not need to be present in every meal of your life.  Where your meat comes from makes a huge difference.  The meat most of us buy in conventional grocery stores or in fast food restaurants is filled with a number of natural and synthetic growth hormones.  These hormones produce heavier flesh, making a bigger profit for food production corporations.  However when we eat the meat, we also ingest those same growth hormones, which can cause extreme weight gain, hormone imbalance, problems with the reproductive system, cancers, and other diseases.  The growth hormones can also cause fibroids to quickly grow larger.  So unless you are raising cows and chickens in your backyard and you are able to give them organic feed, you can never really be sure that the meat is produced without hormones.

DAIRY PRODUCTS
If you read some websites, some health professionals will tell you that lack of dairy in the black woman’s diet is part of what causes fibroids.  Many people of color are lactose intolerant and tend to stay away from dairy products.  As a result many of us have a vitamin D deficiency — which some believe has a direct link to the growth of fibroids.  However, gorging your body with cow’s milk is not the answer to the fibroid problem.  To put it plainly, dairy products have no nutritional use for the human body.  A woman’s body produces milk for her babies so that their organs will grow and function at their optimum level, the immune system will get stronger, the bones, nervous system, and connective tissue will develop at a normal rate.  These vital functions need the nutritional support of mother’s milk in the first 5 years of life.  This time period represents the greatest amount of growth the human body will experience during a normal life span.
Cow’s milk is produced for similar reasons as human milk is produced — to support the nutritional needs of their young.  However, there is a major difference between a calf and a human baby:  the calf weighs about 70 to 100 pounds at birth compared to human babies weighing in at 8 to 10 pounds.  The calf drinks it’s mother’s milk so that it can grow to about 500 pounds in its first few months of life!  Unless you want a 70 pound toddler running around (and that may not be so far off if we keep feeding our children the way we do…), it clearly is not necessary to give a human child cow’s milk.  I DO, however, believe there is a connection between vitamin D and fibroids — we just don’t need milk to get it.  I will expound upon this topic further in this blog series.

SOY PRODUCTS
Tofu, or soy products, are a popular meat replacement in many vegetarian items at the grocery store and restaurants.  When I first began eating more vegan options, I turned towards tofu to recreate the meaty texture and that “full” feeling I was seeking in my meals.  Since I have been experimenting with other foods, I now avoid tofu as much as possible.  Why?  Soy contains loads of estrogen — a hormone that feeds uterine fibroids.  Since learning that piece of information, I have replaced tofu with fresh mushrooms.  I no longer buy soy milk and instead choose to make my own almond milk — a very easy, tasty, and protein filled drink that is much healthier for you.

FAST FOOD
Before my surgery, I had horrible menstrual cycles where every Thursday I could count on bleeding through my clothes.  I would rush to get home by 6pm because that was usually around the time when it would happen.  That way I could at least bleed in privacy of my own home.  The heavy bleeding zapped all my energy, making me disinterested in cooking my own food or many other things I normally enjoyed.  During these low energy days and weeks, I would reach for a cheeseburger as my body was looking for beef to rebuild my iron supply.  It seemed to work for the first few months, but then I noticed that my bleeding got worse when eating the processed burger meat.  While I have no proof of my findings outside of my own logical guesses, I think it was the preservatives and hormones (and who knows what else is in there…) in the meat that made my bleeding worse.  So now I strongly believe it is best to avoid any fast food in any form as most places utilize very poor quality meat overloaded with hormones that have no business being in food in the first place.

Health / How To Avoid Miscarriage During Pregnancy by Realwvn(m): 2:11pm On Jul 11, 2015
No one prays to go from the thrill of a pregnancy to the letdown of a miscarriage in a shocking second. Yet one in five pregnancies ends this way; 60 percent of these are due to genetic abnormalities (often a tripling of a chromosome) that can’t be avoided. Although the cause of miscarriage is usually out of a woman’s control, you can increase your odds of having a successful pregnancy by taking charge of your health, says Henry Lerner, M.D., a Massachusetts-based ob-gyn

Here’s his advice:

Get screened. Ask your doctor to test you for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Untreated, STDs such as gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV and herpes increase the risk of miscarriage and can harm your baby.

Exercise in moderation. While it’s fine to work out every day, the triathlon may have to wait. Doctors speculate that excessive physical activity (such as heavy running) may cause miscarriage because it elevates body temperature and can reduce blood flow to the fetus. To play it safe, exercise in moderation and avoid activities (such as skiing or horseback riding) that could cause you to lose your balance or lead to an abdominal-area injury.

Check your vaccination record. Certain diseases can increase your risk of miscarriage. If you suspect you may have missed routine immunizations as a child, talk to your doctor—she can do a blood test to see whether you’re immune. The best time to get immunized is before you try to become pregnant.
Watch what you eat. Two rare infections, listeria and toxoplasmosis, can up your risk. Avoid unpasteurized dairy products (soft cheeses like brie and camembert) and undercooked or raw meat.

Talk to your doctor. Chronic conditions like thyroid disease, epilepsy and lupus can increase your risk of miscarriage—though most women with these illnesses can have healthy babies. Also tell your doctor about any family history of infertility, clotting disorders, recurrent miscarriages or other disease.

Avoid tobacco, alcohol and illegal drugs. Although this would seem like a no-brainer, many women don’t realize that in addition to being harmful to the fetus, these substances can cause miscarriage. Watch your caffeine intake. Studies have had mixed results, but Dr. Lerner suggests limiting caffeine during pregnancy to no more than 200 milligrams a day (about two cups of coffee).

Stay positive. About 75 percent of women who miscarry go on to have successful pregnancies

Romance / 11 Insane Ways To Turn A Girl On Sexually by Realwvn(m): 4:40pm On Jul 10, 2015
Lool after reading this and putting it into test, if you chop slap, I am not responsible for it, but it works lol

Do you find it hard turning a girl on sexually?
Want to know some proven ways to turn a girl on without getting her blind drunk?

I’m talking to the point where she’ll be dry humping your leg, begging you to take her back to your place.

Yep these techniques are THAT good
Unfortunately a lot of guys find it incredibly difficult to turn a woman on and that’s why they don’t get laid.

So I’m going to put a stop to that today, by showing you the best ways to turn a girl on sexually with both verbal and non-verbal techniques.

VERBALLY (NON-PHYSICAL SEXUAL ESCALATION)
The first key to sexual escalation is verbal, you need to seduce her with your words… then you move onto the physical which will push things over the edge with her.

TALK ABOUT SEX… DOH!
How can you expect a woman to think about having sex with you, if you don’t plant those thoughts in her mind? Well the simple answer is, she won’t.
Whilst you’re building rapport with her, you need to throw in a few thought provokers that help her think about you in the sack.
Things like:
Hey look at the way that girl is dancing over there, you can totally tell she’d be terrible in bed by the way she’s moving.
I was reading something in the paper on the tube the other day which said that women who wear bright red lipstick or better at giving blowjobs than women who don’t (WARNING ON THIS ONE, IT’S ADVANCED)
I was talking to a girl-friend the other day and she said that women relate dancing with a guy to sex… is that true?

ISOLATE THE GIRL
If you want to seriously ramp up the sexual tension you need to isolate the girl, it’s the only way she won’t be distracted by her friends and you can work your magic. Lead the situation by taking her somewhere quiet and continue to build rapport further.
If you don’t know how to take her away from her friends, say something like:
Hey listen, I need to get a drink… come with me.
Man I’m starving, let’s go and get some food then we can come back before it closes
Come with me I need to show you something…

SLOW DOWN AND TALK SEXY
If you want to be more seductive you have to be smooth with your words. By slowing down with the way you speak, pausing in between words and looking into her eyes while you do this, she will be eating out of your hands.
Think James Bond and you’ll be fine.

NON-VERBALLY (PHYSICAL SEXUAL ESCALATION)
So now we’ve covered the verbal side of sexual escalation, we’re now going to go over the physical side of things… this is where it really heats up.

PULL HER INTO YOU
Women like a guy who is strong… so look into her eyes, put your hands around her waist and slowly pull her into you, so your pelvis is touching hers. This is very sexual and will setup a kiss perfectly.
I’d go as far to say that it’s the best way to turn a girl on, because it shows you’re a dominant male.

USE THE “TRIANGLE GAZE METHOD”
This is a proven technique that helps build sexual rapport and accelerates the chance of a kiss very quickly.
When you are looking at her, start from the left eye (hold for 3 seconds) then move to the right eye (hold for another 3 seconds) then look at her lips for a couple of seconds. Repeat this for a minute or two… you are basically planting the idea in her mind that you want to kiss her.
If she asks you why you keep looking at her lips, tell her the truth!

CHEEK KISS TEST
Some guys just don’t know when they should be going in for a kiss, here’s a great way to tell if she’s ready.
Go in for a cheek kiss (with your hands holding each arm), but make sure it’s very close to her mouth, when you’re close see what her reaction is… does she move her head away as if to reject you or does she go in for a real kiss? If she moves away, go in for a second kiss but keep your hands holding her arms. Why you ask?
Simple, if you remove your hands from her arms when she moves her head away from the kiss, it sub communicates that you have acknowledged she is rejecting your kiss. However if you leave your hands there and go in for a third kiss, making it obvious that you’re going for the cheek, it makes her look like the fool… clever huh?

GROOM HER
We’re all highly sexual animals at the end of the day, so grooming her will communicate that you “care” about the way she looks and her well being. Simply brushing her hair away from her face and placing it behind her ear is enough to escalate.

KISS HER FOREHEAD
Girls love it when guys kiss their forehead, it shows affection and no matter how hard a girl tries, she won’t be able to resist liking you that little bit more.
It’s what they see in the movies, so it’s subconsciously embedded in their mind and just always works, so use it.

TOUCH HER WAIST/STOMACH
If a girl let’s you touch her waist and leave your hand there without pulling away… then you can kiss her. It’s a surefire sign my friend, go in for the kiss.
On the flip side, if she ever touches your stomach or chest, it means she wants to kiss you, guaranteed.

PLACE YOUR HAND ON HER FACE (OPTIONAL)
This is quite a manly dominant thing to do, if you place both hands or one hand on her face, then go in for the kiss… there’s not much she will do to resist.
Seen as though women like to be lead sexually (well most do anyway) she will never pull away, she’ll just go with it.

READ HER SIGNS AND ACT
If she’s looking at you (lingering) with intent, her pupils are dilated and she’s leaving her hand on your stomach or arm, it means she wants to kiss… so go for it.

The more you do this, the easier it will become because you’re going to be able to read the signs and instinctively act

Celebrities / ‘I Am Not Poor Or Hungry, I Have $100,000 In The Bank’ — Majek Fashek by Realwvn(m): 5:38pm On Jul 09, 2015
It’s either this bros was high on osogbo weed during this interview or this interview was granted 15 years back. Everybody knows you are broke bros, come out straight and let them help you , just yesterday Charley boy was rallying round to get this same bros money to start again (read it here) and now he has $100k in his bank, that bank must be in heaven

In a recent interview with Encomium Magazine, troubled reagage musician Majek Fashek, countered reports claiming that he’s broke and goes cap-in-hand, begging for money to feed and survive.

Interview excerpts below…

Speculations that he begs

The Nigerian press, the print in particular, not electronic, have been blackmailing me. They are trying to ruin me writing all sorts of things against me. I did nothing. I was in America, I had to come back to prove them wrong. I’m a Rastafarian man, a prisoner of conscience. I’m the begotten of Jesus Christ. He’s my father. …..

Rumours that he now roams the streets

It’s not true. The thing is I’m a Rasta man and a prisoner of conscience. These are my two movements. And a prisoner of conscience and Rastaman does not avoid the poor. Poverty is a sin, I cannot discriminate against the streets, even though I’m a millionaire.
I have $100,000 in one of the biggest banks in America. I’m not a careless man. I’m a father with four boys. What happened was the hotel I was staying didn’t have light and they didn’t put on the generator. I was bored. So, I went into the streets to buy myself a drink. I like Guinness, sometimes Apeteshi or malt. I use the apeteshi to consult with the holy spirit. Why would I, as a prisoner of conscience, alienate myself from the poor man and woman? Then I am not a prisoner of conscience. How can I beg?…….

So, who leaked the story?

I didn’t even know that guy that wrote this thing came to investigate me. Is he CIA? I even bought bread for him that day.

The true state of things

The true state of things is that they are all rumours, God still kept me. It’s all blackmail. It’s only God that has kept me alive that I must obey.

Does he have a home?

Yes, I have a house in Ogba, Lagos. It’s a bungalow. There are was a beef, which we have settled.

Entertainment / Top 8 Husband Snatchers In Nollywood by Realwvn(m): 10:21pm On Jul 05, 2015
Just a few days ago, I typed snatch on Google and four pictures of popular Nigerian female actresses popped up, you are not allowed to try this on your phone, I use the latest version of apple browser and its a limited edition

Without much ado, Naijanewsrave will be giving you The Top 8 Husband Snatchers in the nollywood entertainment industry.

The following preview has been approved for appropriate audiences by the Nigerian bloggers association (NBA). No fiction, no psuedo or cloned animal was used in this article, they are all real.

8. Mercy Aigbe Gentry: You all know she married a POLICEMAN so i would be brief. Mercy aigbe married her colleague husband, bimbo akinsanya, she initially debunked it, she called it a rumour until we saw pictures from the wedding. Well, rumour has it that she married her husband, Larry Gents, an hotelier for his money.
Mercy’s hubby has two wives. She is number two and she’s very happy playing that role. In one of her recent interviews, the yoruba actress shared her experience in a polygamous home
She said; “There is no problem because my lyale (The first wife) doesn’t even live in Nigeria. She lives in the US with her kids, and she hardly comes around. In Nigeria, I’m the only wife and she is like a senior aunty to me. It is people outside that create problem, when there is no problem. She has lived abroad all her life; she hardly comes home. She is even happy I’m married to her husband. She is like a big aunty we talk all the time,”

7. Ini Edo: When news of Ini Edo snatching an innocent woman’s husband hit the blogosphere, the actress was quick to rubbish the media for improper reporting.
The actress was warned by his wife not to go near her promiscous husband as she would end up miserable.
Ruth who was then married to the man warned Ini to steer clear off, she made mention of how her husband abandoned her and the family when she had cancer.
See the open letter Ruth had written in 2007
“Hi Ini, I have information that you are having an affair with my husband, Philip Ehiagwina. He has been deceiving girls all over the place, making them believe he has heaven and earth. You are not the only girl obviously, but Ini watch your back so you don’t regret, I have nothing against you but a piece of advice. I heard that you might be pregnant for him, if it’s true, good luck. I called your manager and told her everything. You are a very pretty girl and should know how to respect your body. Do not be carried away by flashy things cause that could be deadly too. All that glitters isn’t gold, remember.”
As the Igbo would say it, to be forewarned is to be forearmed, Ruth has now been vindicated after the crash of her marriage with the man.
Erm, we shouldn’t be one-sided here, there were reports online Ini Edo was found at different clubs on the island drunk and stoned, looking totally embarrassing for a married woman.

6. Funke Akindele: The handwriting was clear for aunty Funke to see, why on earth would you walk down aisle with someone who already has 6 kids from 3 women? She married one Mr Oloyede in a very glamorous wedding and I tell you, that is the shortest celebrity wedding in the Guinness book of records, the actress was divorced in the most bizarre away ever, she got to find out the Mrs in her name flew out of the roof on Facebook.
We are waiting for her to come out and tell us she was blinded by Ibadan jazz(charm)

5. Flakky Ididowo: Nollywood Yoruba Actress Flakky Ididowo secretly stole and married her Chicago based business man, Femi Anibaba whom she met 3years ago through her colleague Liz Da Silva.
Naijanewsrave also reported that the two love birds were planning for their white wedding in a grant style until news hit the media she allegedly ‘snatched’ another woman’s husband
The wife of Femi Anibaba, Folape Sokoya claims she has been married to the millionaire dude for 12years and that they have three Children together, but flakky ididowo didnt give a flipping coin, she went ahead to cage the man. Wonderful

4. Stella Damascus: Aunty Stella popularly known and labelled as agbaya(a reckless cougar) by Toyin Aimakhu, her colleague and vice president of Actor’s Guild Of Nigeria(AGN)
Before the beautiful couples marriage hit the rock, report went viral that Aunty Stella was harbouring Doris Simeon’s husband but she debunked it, called it an absurd and senseless report.
The duo are all over radio stations professing their loves for each other, while the poor Doris Simeon life has been shattered. Doris Simeon and Daniel Adenimokan are blessed with a kid, while aunty stella has three daughters

3. Foluke daramola: This one is hardcore and has no iota of shame in her, mother of all gangsta. She snatched the husband of a pastor, leaving the poor woman home broken.
Bukola, a Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, packed out of her matrimonial home in Omole, Lagos and went away with her three children and bulk of the family’s property.
I can vividly remember at that time Foluke vehemently denied the allegation in an interview she Granted. The actress, who wondered why a woman could pack out of her matrimonial home all because of rumours, maintained that the matter between the once happy couple had nothing to do with her.
Read the interview below;

The issue between Mr. Kayode Salako and his wife, Bukola doesn’t have anything to do with me. I have not met Pastor (Mrs.) Bukola Salako before and I don’t have any idea of what is going on in their house. From what Kayode told me, they have been married for 13 years and the woman left with their properties and four days later, she sought for divorce, is that about me?
“Whatever problem they have in their family is beyond me, for a pastor to leave her house just like that and pack all the properties and sought for divorce is beyond me. Did I go to their house with cutlass to ask her to leave, what would I do that for?
“All I have with Mr. Kayode Salako is about Change Agents of Nigeria Network, so I don’t know anything about what is going on in their family,” she quipped
However, The Nut Shell broke when Foluke Daramola’s very Close friend Bukola Fasuyi Came out of the Closet and Exposed All of her secretes, She Revealed How she introduced Foluke to Kayode And accused them of having an improper marriage and also verified the fact that Foluke used diabolical means with the help of an herbalist to obtain Kayode Salako.

2. Nujella Njubigbe: Nujella’s name has been alien to 99.8% of Nigerians until news hit the blogosphere a fast rising actress broke her colleague’s home.
And of course, she was quick to dismiss the news she was sleeping with ace nollywood producer, Tchidi Tchekere — the producer who is married with 3 kids to sophia tchekere, another beautiful actress, the producer ended his six years marriage with Sophia and moved in with Nujella at a new apartment in ajah.

1. Mercy Johnson: As far back as 2011 Mercy Johnson started the trend of husband snatching in Nigeria
Naijanewsrave recalls one Mrs lovely okojie issued a public plea to mercy Johnson to please release her husband and find a single man for herself.
The poor woman and mother of two pleaded with the female actress but she turned deaf ear to the woman plea
In case you missed it, you can read the letter below;
My name is Lovely Okojie, legal wife of Prince Odianosen Okojie, the man Mercy Johnson is set to wed in a few weeks. I was refered to you to help me share my story after all else had failed to stop another woman from breaking my home. I used to have a sweet home but now Mercy Johnson is trying to destroy it. I’ve not been able to stop crying or sleep well for the past few months. I’m appealing to the world and whoever knows her to please tell her to leave my husband alone. I’m married to this man and there has never been any divorced paper signed. We are still legally married, he’s the love of my life and the father of my two lovely kids.
We got married back in 2006 in Regio-Emilia, Italy, attached are pictures of the wedding. At the moment, he’s busy in Nigeria planning to wed Mercy Johnson, abandoning me and our children. Fellow women is this fair? So with all the single guys out there, Mercy could not find her self one. How can a woman not care that she’s destroying the home of another woman, all in the name of getting married desperately.
I’m in terrible pains. What do I tell my children?
I feel touched anytime I read the woman’s heart cry, what a wicked world. The letter didn’t stop odianson okojie from getting married to mercy Johnson at the Christ embassy church in oregun Lagos

My advice to every woman out there is to be cautious when you see all the single female celebs in your home. They don’t come for struggling men, they go for big fishes who will give them all the glitz and glamour attached to a celeb life. If your husband maintain they are just business partners, all you need do is make sure your curb your husband or be close friends with them by crook, fire, thunder or brimstone.

Health / Side Effects Of Abortion by Realwvn(m): 2:53pm On Jul 04, 2015
Immediate Risks

Physical
Perforation of the Uterus and Cervical Lacerations are two of the most common complications of abortion. This is due to the fact that most abortions are by suction aspiration, a procedure where the doctor essentially goes in blind. In future pregnancies these injuries can result in premature births and labour complications.

Although less common, serious injuries have also resulted from the perforation of the intestine or other organs by an instrument used in abortions.

Naijanewsrave.com lists the following immediate complications for abortions:

Pain and/or bleeding
Infection and low-grade fever
Hematrometra (a collection or retention of blood in the uterine cavity); uterine perforation; bowel and bladder injury
Retained products of conception
Failed abortion
Cervical shock

SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION: According to research by the Elliot Institute, 30% to 50% of women report experiencing sexual dysfunctions, of both short and long duration, beginning immediately after their abortions. These problems may include one or more of the following:
Loss of pleasure from intercourse
Increased pain
An aversion to sex
Development of a promiscuous life-style
Psychological

A 1997 Government study in Finland showed that women who have had abortions are four times more likely to die in the next year than those who complete their pregnancies. This is a result of both psychological effects, which result in an increase of suicides and risk-taking behaviour, and an increase in deaths from other medical causes.

In a study of post-abortion patients only 8 weeks after their abortion, researchers found that 44% complained of nervous disorders, 36% had experienced sleep disturbances, 31% had regrets about their decision, and 11% had been prescribed psychotropic medicine by their family doctor

Long Term Risks

Physical
Due to the damage resulting from cervical lacerations, women who receive abortions often have difficulty conceiving or carrying future children to term.

Some abortions cause perforation of the uterus, which usually goes undiagnosed and can result in pregnancy complications and eventually damage to the uterus requiring a hysterectomy.
Placenta previa in subsequent pregnancies is much more common in women who have had abortions. This can seriously endanger unborn children, leading to malformation and sometimes death.

Abortion and Cancer: Data indicates that the rates of cervical, ovarian, breast and liver cancer are greatly increased by abortion. Some studies suggest that one abortion increases the chances of cervical cancer by 130 percent, while two increase the chances by 392 percent. The increase in cancer risks for women are due to the violent disturbance of the normal hormonal balances of pregnancy, as well as frequent cervical damage.

Psychological
(2) A 5 year retrospective study in two Canadian provinces found significantly greater use of medical and psychiatric services among aborted women. Most significant was the finding that 25% of aborted women made visits to psychiatrists as compared to 3% of the control group. (3) Women who have had abortions are significantly more likely than others to subsequently require admission to a psychiatric hospital. At especially high risk are teenagers, separated or divorced women, and women with a history of more than one abortion.

Abortion is significantly linked with a two fold increased risk of alcohol abuse among women. (16) Abortion followed by alcohol abuse is linked to violent behavior, divorce or separation, auto accidents, and job loss… similarly abortion has been linked to higher dug abuse. (Elliot Institute)

Crime / Traditional Rulers In Search Of Person To Use As Sacrifice In Ikorodu by Realwvn(m): 10:31am On Jun 30, 2015
Following the reported demise of Oba Johnson Fatola of Ikorodu whose death was announced around 6pm on Monday, June 29, 2015,the residents and visitors to Igbogbo, Ikorodu fled for saftey as such deaths are accompanied by late night curfew…

The curfew in line with traditional culture is usually observed for a week .It  bans males and females from being seen outside at a certain hour and failure to observe the curfew often attracts deadly consequences .

As at 7pm many shops were closed as people ran for dear lives, while commercial drivers abandoned major routes for fear of vandalisation.

Though we are yet to authenticate the story, it’s true people are used as rituals to appease the gods when the king passes on as traditional demands in the olden days but those practise dwindled since the emergence of civilisation.

If you live in the Igbogbo part of Ikorodu, we advise you not to keep late nights

Romance / Court Dissolves 13-year-old Marriage Over Sexual Starvation by Realwvn(m): 10:14am On Jun 30, 2015
Mr Henric Agbaje, the President of a Mapo Customary Court in Ibadan, on Monday dissolved a 13-year-old marriage between Ganiu Aremu and his wife; Omolola for sexually starving her husband.

In his judgment, Agbaje said that he was convinced from what he saw of the couple that the bound of love between them had ceased to be.

He ordered that Omolola should take custody of the 10-year-old child between the couple.
“In addition, Aremu shall pay a monthly feeding allowance of N10, 000 for the welfare of the son and shall not falter in his responsibility for his school fees.

“In the interest of peaceful coexistence, Omolola shall produce the child in the court anytime Aremu wants to see him,” the arbitrator stated.
Narrating his ordeal, Aremu told the court that his wife had for over a year sexually starved him in addition to her extreme cruelty to him.

“My wife is unrepentantly cruel; inflicting physical and emotional harm to me and my relatives who have the misfortune of living with me.

“Aside from that, she is extremely hostile to me and other members of my extended family.
“For instance, she does not want to see my mother in anyway, calling her a witch.

“If any of my friends from either far or near come visiting without her approval, Omolola will turn them away or fight them.

“Sometimes, she locked up some of my people in the house, thus, preventing them from going on their legitimate businesses.

“As if those are not enough, Omolola fragrantly disobey my simple rules and instructions that will enable harmonious living at home.

“Worst still, Omolola has ensured complete emotional detachment from me as her husband including denial of conjugal rite,” Aremu explained.

The plaintiff, who is a trained Medical Doctor is a staff of the Federal Staff Hospital in Abuja and has his Ibadan address as Plot 4, Olusola-Ajadi Layout, Ehin Grammar Ibadan.
In her argument, Omolola, however, debunked the claims made by Aremu, describing them as lies.

She vowed never to collect anything from him for the upkeep of the child.

“Since Aremu has chosen to abandon the child and I, we don’t need anything from him, my God is able to cater for us,” Omolola stated.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Omolola lives in Lagos and works as a teacher.

Crime / Boko Haram Using Chibok Victims As Suicide Bombers? by Realwvn(m): 6:17pm On Jun 28, 2015
A teenage girl strapped with explosives ran away from a crowded mosque this week, killing only herself and cementing suspicions that Boko Haram is using unwilling captives in its terror campaign in northeast Nigeria.

The girl took off after her companion blew up in an explosion that killed 30 people on Monday in Maiduguri. In the confusion of the blast, the other girl just ran away and only exploded when she was far from the crowd.

It was unclear if the teenager fled in fright, fear or on purpose, but this and other bungled bombings have many believing that Boko Haram Islamic extremist group is using some of its thousands of kidnap victims as unwilling weapons.

A military bomb disposal expert has told The Associated Press that most bombs carried by girls and women have remote detonation devices, meaning the carrier cannot control the explosion.

Nairaland / General / The Outcome Of Your Youth Life Is The Income Of Your Old Age by Realwvn(m): 5:20pm On Jun 28, 2015
On this note am placing my stands more on today’s youth who are the hope and the people who decide the future of every family, society and nation.. Youths have prominent rule to play any place they find themselves sooner or later.

Youth period is the best time to debate on your ambition and how you want to live when you are old.

Likewise, a time of choice. “IF YOU FAIL TO PLAN FOR THE FUTURE IN YOUR YOUTH SEASON, YOU HAVE UNKNOWINGLY ACCEPTED TASTELESS FUTURE”.

An english proverb says; HE WHO FAILS TO PLAN, PLANS TO FAIL

Youth season is the most critical period, which nobody’s should tore it for worthless things (Clubbing, Drinking, Football betting etc). Your youth life define you, when you are old. It has been noxious to utter that; today’s youth are not vehemently prepared for the future, maybe they didn’t have the clue of the term “FUTURE”. Future is a tourism that give you a bright and clue picture how you used your youth life.

An english proverb says WHERE YOU STOOD IN YOUR YOUTH GIVE YOU CLUE; WHERE YOU WILL SIT WHEN YOU ARE OLD”.

But it’s so bombshell that today’s youth are not preparing for the future. In the ancient days, any woman that her husband didn’t meet with her VIRGINITY will be jettison out of her matrimonial resident but ladies of today have no value to their pride(VIRGINITY). But the truth is VIRGINITY IS THE PRIDE OF EVERY LADY

During election many youths enmassed to the polling unit for the interest of their pocket, rather than the development of their country and it’s future. Many even fight and turned to hoodlums because of token amount of money. Well I am not saying, youths should be apolitical; but they should be able to vote with true conscience.
An english proverb says

IF YOU MUST BE A LEADER YOU MUST BE A READER”.

Before anyone’s will be appointed or elected to any government post it will take God’s grace and the collective format of his/her education but today’s youth are apathy to school, they prefer to give away their time for shopping, drinking, clubbing and awful acts that why politics is losing people, mostly young people. It has been so horrific to utter that; today’s youth are nowhere to be found in politics compare to ancient’s youth.

Likes of Ex. President Olusegun Obasanjo, and newly elected President Muhammadu Buhari all hit the post of the Head of State at their youth age and presently they are still active in politics. What a slap to the Nigeria’s youth.

Our ancient politicians are still the one dominating government post and no youth has been brave to contest with them.
Over some decade, Nigeria have being a nation cover with the fear of insurgency named BOKO HARM.

Words in the street have classified it to be religious fight while some citizens believes it’s a political fight; but it’s so awful, to conjecture that all suspects caught by soldiers and other security agencies are youth. Call the BOKO HRAM insurgency all sort of names the truth is, the population of the people dominating the group are youth.

An english tale says; WORK WITHOUT PLAY, MAKE JACK A DULL BOY.

I concurred with the tale but the “PLAY” listed doesn’t highlight playing inhuman and tasteless play.

Today’s youth find it irritating to download and listen to inspirational songs all they have on their music player are inhuman and tasteless musics, videos etc If there is an equilibrium between work and play, then I don’t foresee any problem radically. Is obvious that today’s youth disregard reading, learning and studying with no doubt, it reflects in today’s moral and educational performance

Today’s youth ardor to dress indecent, but the question is, “who are they emulating?” Because have never seen President dressed indecent, have never seen Doctor dressed indecent, have never seen an Accountant dressed indecent, neither have I seen any didactic and educated professional dressed indecent.

Fashion has been the order of the day to today’s youth. They prefer to empty their money on designers, bags, clothes shoes etc. What is fashion going to add to your youth season? I am not discouraging fashion neither am I chiding it but “THERE IS TIME FOR EVERYTHING” There are time these fashion will have value and respect, if you put on designers but you can not be brave of your bank account, it is a shameful thing. First as a youth, I charge you to focus on your future, have faith in it and force out for your dream to become reality and when all your labour array, you can dress and put on designers without anybody’s probing you.

Now that technology have make research painless compare to ancient days, which is a big plus to our generation, it’s so shabby to say that this same technology has been a complete mess to us. Pupils and students desire not to research, download what will educate, inspire and didactic them but rather research and download what will render their future tasteless by using the popular engine search “GOOGLE” when it’s come to their notice that some rap or pop musicians have drop an album. Imagine today’s youth calling these weird musicians their model and mentor, when there are didactic model and mentor who have legitimately passed inspirational
and moral messages through their lyrics, rhythms and melody.

Less I forget MONEY DOESN’T MAKE US ANYTHING, WHEN OUR LIVES DOESN’T PREACH GOOD”.

Millions of people don’t know that earth is temporary and there is another world after death which have two folds (Heaven and Hell), prepare for every soul; but it’s unfavourable that our life we be the one to train where we will spend our eternity

My Dear Youth, it’s never too late for you to change now for a better living. The fact that you are training on the wrong path doesn’t make you to arrive at the right destination but if you switch to the right path not thinking of the years you have spent on the wrong path you will definitely get to the right destination.

The world is not wholly of emulating, there is nothing sweet and value in this world than that in heaven. Let all your focus and thinking be the one that vies with God and will make your future tasteful.

Popoola O. Michael’s Quotes>>>

Youth come once in lifetime, so use it well
What you see in old people today, is the planned they make when they are youth
The life the old ones’ are living today, is planned when they are youth
Where you plan it in your youth, array your destination ahead
Whatsoever your destiny will array in future it can not be different from the choices you make now
The movies of your youth, will be play in your old age
The picture of your youth, will be watch in your old age
The outcome of your youth is the income of your future
It’s better to repent than to regret
Your youth choices is your future life
Your youth television is your future vision
The only time you have to plan your life is when you are youth
The mistakes of your youth is the regret of your future
Where you stood in your youth, give you clue where you will stand where you’re old
Singles, don’t let your flesh, destroy your destiny and future, Avoid sex
Everyone dies. But not everyone really lives.
You can’t go back & change the past, so look to the future and don’t make the same mistake twice.
A negative living will never give you a positive life.
No bad life pays.

Romance / 10 Reasons To Be Thankful For Smaller Boobs by Realwvn(m): 5:10pm On Jun 28, 2015
I have big boobs.

I have had big boobs since I was a kid. I filled my first C-cup when I was 12-years-old, and they continued to grow. Today at 45, I fill an H-cup.
I wish they were smaller.

Like the curly hair versus straight hair conundrum, women with large breasts wish they had smaller breasts, and women with smaller breasts wish they had larger breasts. But unlike the little boob problems, there are some serious disadvantages of having large boobies.

1. Financial. Yup. Unless you are a B-cup, or smaller, the well-endowed shell out more money for their bras. We are talking up to $100 more! So, there is a financial disadvantage to having big boobs.

2. Health. Aside from the complaints of chronic pain in our neck, shoulders, and back, would you believe that women of larger breasts get jilted in breast cancer detection? 3-D mammography, all the rage at your local imaging clinic, has the potential to significantly increase the cancer detection rate in mammography screening of women. Wonderful, right? Not if you are bigger than a DD-cup, then your only option is the lesser 2D mammogram screening. So, there is a health disadvantage of having big boobs.
And, eight more reasons why it is better to be of little boobs:

3. MUST wear a bra… always. Those maxi dresses are so damn cute? Too bad we will never — EVER — be able to wear one.

4. NO cardio. We prefer yoga or strength training. Really any physical activity that requires us to wear three layers of spandex to batten down the boobies is avoided.

5. Hand-wash ONLY. When we find THAT bra… the one that lifts your breasts out of our belly-button and places them just below your chin. The one that probably cost a week’s worth of groceries. With the gentlest soaps, we bathe them with the same care as with our first-born.

6. Weight-lifting. Found a shelf or counter that is boob level? We find joy in setting our immense mammary monsters upon the counter — similar to weightlessness when you are in a pool. Don’t judge. You would do the same if you were carrying an extra 20 pounds on your chest.

7. The Collector. When we do remove our bras, like for the five minutes each day we luckily fit in a shower, it is like opening a keepsake box. Each lego, binky, half-eaten toast we pull from the crevice of our bosom has us harking back memories of how and when that item was first lost.

8. Sweat. Yeah, yeah, all ladies complain about boob sweat on a hot day… but what our little boobed friends miss out on is the chafing, rashing, baking-a-bread yeast growth caused in the sweat of a large-breasted woman. Yay, fun!

9. High-waisted jeans. What the HELL! Really?! Big boobied ladies don’t especially care for that moment when our jeans button gets locked in our underwire and we are momentarily STUCK in a bowing position. Flat-chested designers of high-waisted jeans need to be throat-punched.

10. The Impaling. Stabbed by an unsheathed underwire while lecturing to a
class, teaching CPR, or bible reading at the pulpit? No one is more capable of hiding their face of pain, and reacting in grace and dignity, then us big boobied gals. Blood may be dripping from the flesh beneath our armpits, but we will finish with finesse.

So, my small boobied friends, rejoice in the little God gave you upon your chest and be thankful.

Politics / Obasanjo Is Full Of Mischief And Vengeance – Audu Ogbeh by Realwvn(m): 5:00pm On Jun 28, 2015
A former PDP Chairman during the Obasanjo years and one of the founding members of the APC, Chief Audu Ogbeh has said working with President Obasanjo at the time was pretty difficult. He spoke to the Punch.

Ogbeh said he saved Obasanjo from impeachment but got vilified in return for his troubles.

He further said;
“I was not going to be a chairman who would sit and watch the impeachment of the first elected Southern President because I was certain that the South was going to say wait a minute, “is it that Obasanjo was that bad or that these northerners don’t want anyone else on that seat?” I think the latter sentiment would have prevailed. And I saw the consequences way beyond the anger and discontent of the members of the National Assembly who were pushing for impeachment. Thus, I pleaded with Ghali. He wasn’t happy and I am sure he had said so before to people but he respected me and the thing calmed down. That is why it is so strange to read in Obasanjo’s book (My Watch) that Atiku Abubakar, Iyorchia Ayu and I were the ones planning the impeachment and that he had a mole in our midst. It sounds preposterous, to say the least, and highly uncharitable of him.

“I respect him as a former president but he was making wild comments about things he knew nothing about. I was on his side just as I was before his re-election in 2003 when 15 governors came to me that they didn’t want him and asked me to call a meeting to ask him to step down. But I told them I would not call a meeting and he (Obasanjo) in company with (Waziri) Mohammed, the chairman of the Nigerian Railways Corporation who died in a plane crash, drove into my house here shortly after that and asked me what was going on. I told him what the governors said and advised him to appease them and he did. I stood by him and he told people including Adamu Chiroma that God and Audu Ogbeh saved him in the election of 2003. Therefore, these inconsistent statements just to smear people are highly uncharitable and hopelessly un-presidential. History can’t be re-written just because people feel bad about somebody at different times. I respect him as a highly intelligent man but he is too full of mischief and vengeance”.

Ogbeh said he’s tried to mend fences with Obasanjo in the intervening years.
“Yes, he came here and we had lunch. We have no problem (now); I didn’t see him for 10 years. I saw him after 10 years in his house during the last electioneering campaigns. I went there with General (Muhammadu) Buhari and others. We saw and greeted. I will always respect him as Nigeria’s president and an older person. I will always respect his intelligence and capacity for work. He is an absolutely incredible man when it comes to ability to work and grasp issues and deal with them. But I keep saying that the element of mischief and vengeance tends to diminish his greatness”.

He also said it was too late for the APC to expel Senate President Bukola Saraki from its fold.

“It’s too late to do that. I think dialogue is the answer and I wish to God that that dialogue had taken place much earlier. Two, calling that meeting at 9:00am when voting (for leadership positions) was happening at 10:00am was a strategic error. I didn’t know who engineered it. It was a very tragic error. Three, I think a committee should have been set up long ago to get the process of reconciliation over with. The committee not involving the party leadership but elders from the party should meet both sides in the divide within the APC and sort the matter out because the longer it lasts, the more embarrassment we get, the more the public confidence in us shakes and the more difficulties we face in governance”.
