Dear gurus,

I intend to apply for a visit Visa this month, please I need you for my profile revision after all the knowledge and guidance I have gained here.

I am 40yo married with 2 children I am self employed with annual income of 5m naira which is approximately 410k monthly and previous travel history of 2 Germany Visa and 1 France Visa although I was denied last year based on large unexplained deposits into my account but I have been paying monthly salary from my biz account to my savings account accordingly after following this thread.

My questions are basically 2:

1. Is 100k naira reasonable for monthly expenses considering my family circumstances mentioned above.

2. Is 1000 pounds not too much for 21days for family visit considering my disposable income will be around 300k naira or I should lower it to around 800 pounds if it will not be too small.

Pls your contribution will highly be appreciated.

Thanks

Hello Gurus

I really need your opinion on this and I hope someone can give me an answer asap.

Though I'm actually asking on behalf of my cousin who is 38 years but doing very well in his business he intends to go for a vacation with his wife and 3 kids but aside from this 3 kids he has other 5 kids lol should he fill the other five kids not travelling with him as dependants or having too many financial burdens/dependants may work against his application?

Thanks. Pls help a brother

Thank you for the input and please did you include any reference letter from the school of your minors?

Iruosonobrugwhe:
I used same email for all with separate passwords per application... kids are minors.[iT turned out fine

quote author=rebless post=103793223]Good morning Nairalanders,

Please when applying for a family visa, is it advisable to use the same email address for all the applicants or better to use different email address for each individual in the family? I hope that if one uses the same email address for everyone it will not result in confusion or affect application when it gets to appointments stage.

Thanks

I really really appreciate your time to advise but could you please give me reason why you think I should use different email addresses?

Hello Nairalanders and active gurus here.

I intend to apply for a uk visit visa with my wife and 3 kids all below the age of age 7. My question is should include the children school introduction letter approving holiday or it is not necessary?

Secondly, Is bank statement of account generated from the banking mobile app accepted by the ukvi or I must visit the bank to obtain an originally signed copy?

Thanks

Hello gurus,

I hope someone can help me with this 1 question....as a business owner intending to apply for visitors Visa, should a secretary write an introduction to the embassy for me or I can simply write the Introduction letter myself as the owner of the business?

Thank you.

Thanks brother I will do this surely if I'm not able to get official fraud/complaint form I filled at the bank

miqos02:
print out your interaction with zenith bank concerning that particular transaction and include it in your documents
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by rebless(m): 12:46pm On Jun 09, 2021
Thanks both makes sense ,I might be tempted to go with option 1 cos it clearly shows in the returned transaction that it is a reversal however the bank is reluctant to give the complaints forms that I filled

giselle237:
Option 1.
explain how you have explained it here with proofs. If this happened i am sure you filled forms at the bank eg chargeback forms, fraud forms etc which u can use to substantiate your claims. U have to attach evidence of all this.. however is it worth complicating the app with 2 refusals already on ur back from uk?

Option 2. Wait it out till this saga of scammers clears from the bank statement u want to submit.

Hello Gurus in the house, I cannot explain enough how much this forum is helpful in applying the right way & getting visas, thanks to you all.

I have a question though. I have travelled to the schengen countries in past but have had two refusal from UK (Family visit) based on insufficient fund and unknown origin of deposits & in excess of declared amount.

And after learning the tricks from this forum I began arranging my bank account records accordingly i.e paying from my company's account to my personal account. All of a sudden scammers withdraw almost 1.5 from my zenith bank account according to the bank with up to 17 different transactions the same day but luckily I got 16 transactions reversed except the remaining last one which is worth 193k.

My question though goes thus: how best can I convince and explain in my next application in 3 months time that those transactions were not initiated by me,that it was an error from within the bank?

Thank you.

Sometimes, it takes a while to receive a refusal mail. You can mail them to ask about it.
Thank you @mimilyrics I found it in my spam folder which had been sent since 16th of December i.e 2 weeks after biometric enrolment and submission.

Thank you.

Dear Nairalanders,

I commend you all for the selfless contributions you have been making.

I really need your insight on this

I submitted an application for a standard visitors Visa to visit my brother in London on the 1st of December (my 2nd application after the first since 2018) my application went normal and received messages as my application progresses but I didn't receive any refusal email and when my passport was ready for collection on the 30th of December. I wasn't issued any Visa and there was no refusal note included too ,up until now I still haven't received the reason for my refusal via email.

Please can kindly advise me on how to request for the reason for refusal or is there still any chance that I will get in on my mail.

Thanks.

I just got my 2yrs from tls, I applied this month and got it yesterday.
I don’t really think all these are compulsory, I feel if you have enough income and what you intend to spend alongside property or investments documents youre good na. Even my letter (cos I run my firm) I didn’t explain anything money ‍♂️. Just told them I’m going for vacation and the kinda work I do. The form I filled my monthly expense and annual income.
I’m just wondering how all these calculations arise... but ten Weldone
