Yes to your question have actually settled the matter. You have never applied until you do your biometric.

You have one company not two as you upgraded to Ltd so that’s your only legal documentation right now not the old one.The onus is on you to explain in any additional information that you recently upgraded from Business name.

Hello my good people & the leaders in the house,

I intend to apply for family visit Visa after having been denied in the past due unexplained deposits, although I have been paying myself monthly income from my (registered in 2019) enterprises' bank account bearing the fifth month. In order to remove a second partner from the business registration documents I decided to upgrade to LTD (August2021). Meaning this action resulted in putting the enterprise company on INACTIVE while the newly LTD company is active. NB the company's names are exactly the same only LTD is added to the upgraded one.

I'm aiming to apply in the next few weeks,(1) is it appropriate to include the the newly upgraded LTD company documents and explain what happened in cover letter or what do you suggest?

2. If I'm able to process the enterprise documents to change it to active, should I still include the upgraded LTD company documents or I should simply apply with only the former enterprise business documents?

Please help a brother ooo cos I'm very optimistic as I have had previous schengen Visas.

France is also allowing fully vaccinated tourists in.

I think you are right. I just had my schengen visa renewed and the accommodation reservation was cancelled even before my biometrics.

I think a good rule of thumb would be provide requested documents and also documents to substantiate any claims you make in your application.

By the way mate, which schengen country just issued seems most are not treating non essential Visa applications at the moment?

Q1. Yeah, they accept undergraduate courses in January, depends on the course you're going for though.

Q2. It's better your dad transfer the money to your alc, and the money must be in your alc for 28days before the sch can issue you CAS.

You can as well check out more information from the sch portal to know if your course will be available for January

Hi.I can understand this totally and agree as well but It says less useful not useless.Some information you send help them arrive at a decision or explain a situation better for instance personal photographs a friend applied to come visit me and was called in to explain why she looked so different in one of our photos presented and she explained she had lately moved from wearing glasses to contact lens and shaved her hair as her husband passed recently.Also,i used my wedding photograph to get my husband here as they asked him questions about the day believe it or not they asked the colour of the cake and name of the venue (which they themselves only knew because of the photo).
In an application do what you feel is best within reason to grant you the category you need.I hope this puts things in perspective.

Your examples makes it make sense though and Iagree with you too the importance of including those documents however I still believe a cancelled hotel reservation shouldn't be a thing to worry about

I have paid for my 2 years visa renewal and submitted my application. My biometric is on Friday 27th August. I got an email today from the hotel as per booking cancellation after 5 days . Do I still go ahead with the biometrics or do a full cancellation and restart another application even if the refund will be revert back 28 days . Please I need your advices

In the photo is a list of documents you should not send so you choose to send at all you should not be worried about confirmation as this may not likely happen

I would suggest that you should not worry about cancellation as hotel reservations is listed amongst documents you should not send in according to their website though they may use the cost of your hotel booking to gauge your trip estimate but may not likely do any confirmation.

NB: it has worked well for many people around me.

1) Most undergraduate admissions are done through UCAS. However, I advise you visit various school sites and check their processes as some schools still do theirs directly.

You may consider January 2022 intake. You need to start the admission process now and apply for the visa around October - Nov. 2021.

I don't think a pregnancy is a home tie. I feel one can jump to the conclusion that you intend to give birth in the UK which raises another issue (i.e depending when your due date is at). That said, home ties are ideally things that would ideally bring you back home. Things you leave in your country of residence to travel. Hence it's a home tie. Things you can travel with eg your pregnancy does not tie you to Nigeria

although I have had 3 previous schengen visas but I have had 2 uk visit visa refusals too due to unexplained large deposits in my account.

Regards home ties I have documents for landed property and registered business with bank account and care taking of both my aged parents i am also married with two children expecting the third. My question is can I add pregnancy test results which will show EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE to indicate another stronger home tie or reason to return home ? Lol is this necessary or are my going too far?

The VO simply expect that you include at least something like a reference letter from your previous employer indicating the details of your service with them and that you are no longer working with or similar documents mentioning your previous and current job with dates and designation. This they think will portray your overall financial and economic circumstances.

I intend re applying for visit visa after my last refusal. My last application was refused because the ECO stated that they couldn’t confirm my salary payment on my first application with was 2017. This was because my salary was in payed directly into my account and I made a mistake by not explaining that on my first application. I explained that on my last application but I was still refused. Please how can I treat my next application to avoid any more refusal. Secondly I want to reapply with 3.1m on my savings account and my salary is payed directly into my account (460,200) monthly. Keep your monthly expenses to an average of what it usually is. It can be 50k as long as according ti tht bank statement tht’s roughly what you spend.
An estimate of your budget should include return flight and accommodation for the rest of your stay. Then few amount from this for miscellaneous. It is whatever u fill as budget that the ukvi team will work with and try to corroborate it with ur curcumstances. No one will ask u to explain ur budget.

I have been spending approximately around 100k and I will keep to that and then regards the travel estimate i only need to pay for flight and miscellaneous minus feeding costs and accommodation as i am visiting my elder brother.
