Eugene83:
Hello red cliff , thankyou for the good work you're doing on here. You and all the other contributors. God bless you all.
I've got a question and I hope you or anyone else can help me out with it. I've gained admission to university of geneva for the master of science in global health program. And as I gather documents for the visa purposes I'd like to know concerning the bank statement how much should it be
And should the money be a huge sum of money just sitting in the account
Also since my parents will be sponsoring me what do I need from them. Is their bank account enough evidence or should I add land documents investments and business certificates as well. Thank you all.
that was unnecessary and somewhat cliche. Different Kantons have their different requirements for getting a visa. Some require that you have that money in Switzerland. Especially the Kanton of Zurich. The funds are the only thing you need. All others are totally unnecessary.

innovation they say is the mother of invention, two topics have grace the FP we all share problems but solution hence I wish we could hv a shift of paradigm, without much ado let's get to Biz
1. leaders of pepper and tomato sellers association be summoned by national assembly
2. is north the only source of this product? if No let our land borders b open;Togo,Benin, et al will cushion the scarcity effect
3.let our security men stop collecting "kickback" from market women

more ideas are welcome...
Tomatoes now na national issue... nigeria is a joke!!!

I am happy with this if it will be implemented.

I am a little skeptical about 2nd Niger bridge. If only 13billion is to released for it, it means the bridge might take more than 10years to be completed.

I just hope it wont be like Onitsha/Owerri road which OBJ couldnt finish for over 5years.

Another problem is about APC which has a way of sending different messages at same time. I hope someone from budget office wont come out morrow to counter this one here.

APC IS OVER CONFUSED... Thats all
Are you ssying 13b isnt enough to build that bridge?

he's right though'
What right? The only thing he is trying to say is that this isnt the best time to remove the subsidy because of economic situations. My question now is when does a person say an economy is good? Never! And economy is never good and there is no best time to do what the government did. However time they did it is the best... that guy's brain is bleached

TV/Movies › We Need To Talk About ‘lah-gos’ In Captain America: Civil War by redcliff(op):
All of us at Zikoko were super excited when we heard we’d be watching Captain America: Civil War as a team.
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/dance-maniacs.png

Nothing sweeter than a free movie.

As much as we LOVED it, the first 10 minutes set in Lagos, did have us like:
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/look-judge.jpg

What’s happening here?

Team Zikoko, every time someone in the movie pronounced it as Lah-gos.
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/we-will-not-take-it.jpg

What are these ones saying?

Lagos, watching the movie like:
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/respekk-e1462343027423.jpg

Who are you calling Lah-gos, biko?

Oya, let’s think of some of the ways Lah-gos, Nigeria is completely different from Lagos, Nigeria.
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/thinking.jpg

When they started off with Black Widow and Scarlet Witch drinking coffee under Lah-gos sun.
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/cofee.png

Abeg abeg!

Lagos sun and hell fire that are like:
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/img_1955_480.jpg

See ehn, Lagos in the afternoon is not where you want anything hot anywhere near you.

They now showed us two Lah-gos policemen and neither of them had a potbelly.
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/police-cw.png

WE DON’T BELIEVE YOU!

Edakun, where was this oga in all this?
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/potbelly.jpg

Well, he was probably still sleeping.

Then we saw Falcon looking down at a Lah-gos street in the middle of the day
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/falcon-traffic.png

Are we dreaming?

…and the roads were actually free.
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/how-the-hell.png

Where is all the traffic?

There was actually light in Lah-gos in the afternoon.
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/light.png

Which light?

PHCN and Lagos that are like:
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/opposite-e1463042150353.jpg

Na so.

Fast forward to Black Widow in the middle of a Lah-gos market
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/black-widow-market.png

See all those shops behind her.

…and nobody did this:
https://s32.postimg.org/c1k3d6khx/Capture.png

Even when Falcon finally came down to join her
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/falcon.png

A whole Anthony Mackie.

…not one Igbo brother shouted “heysss fine boy!” at him.
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/if-i-hear-e1442917678425.png

Who will now buy all their jeans trousiz?

Then see Lah-gosians that were just standing around watching people with guns and bombs fight.
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/watching.png

HOW?

Real Lagosians, when they hear anything that just sounds like a gunshot:
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/run.jpg

They are not about that life, abeg.

Captain America, calling for the Lah-gos fire and rescue department after a bombing:
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/fire-and-rescue.png

…and they actually arrived on time.

The real Lagos fire department when you call them:
https://zikoko.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/water-no.png

No vex, Captain America!

Anyway, all na jokes. Lagos is awesome and so is the movie. Oya, go see it if you haven’t.

Although I am not that impressed. Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to bad-belle or anything, from a business-man point of view, you did great but from a scientist point of view, this is still the same 'running around in cycles' that has kept us in the dark.

My point, we need to start thinking of ways to preserve tomatoes! It sold for N300 per basket 3 months ago, now its N14,000 per basket. That is almost 500% increase in just 3 months. If we can get a preservative to keep tomatoes intact for just 4 months, we will be making smart profits without dodging bullets, dodging thieves, sleeping in the forests, taking flights upandan cheesy

Anyone that can pull this off should contact me with a proposal and funding

Whar early stage? Iheanacho should be in his 30s by now. So if he does t make the money now when would he do it? Im sure he wants to use this opportunity to get play time somewhere in a very okay club where he would not be benched. He has proved his worth. I dont think its wrong for him to ask for this. If mancity cant pay him another club would give him something close and more play time... thats just it.
