Chosen1984: My brother redcliff, its either you blow whistle or you reboot your brain before you comment! Didn't you read that it was " The recklessness of the Bank's Bullion van and the police Escorts? God Bless you (quote author=redcliff post=35843275]
Bank? How is this the bank's fault? Are you sure you are thinking straight? The police men in the bullion van should be held responsible
safarigirl: This is just my personal opinion. Vector's King Kong remix featuring Phyno, Reminisce, Classiq and Uzi has to be the d-opest rap song in Naija (ever?)
The visuals were crayyy! Butterfield beyond the video, the contribution of every artiste on that track was just out of this world....they all came correct. I haven't seen artistes go as hard as those guys did on a collaboration. Like they all wanted to prove something, and boyyy did they prove it! (maybe they were tryna outdo Sarkodie's remix? ).
I had some favourites, so i'll break them down from my best down to the least IMO....they all did good, but some were amazing.
1) Uzikwendu(Uzi): the lil bro of Killz did not disappoint his big bro. This dude was just FIRE on the track. Like, where the hell has he been? We've got Twista here and we've been rockin' to a bunch of 2Chainz niggas? I loved EVERYTHING about this dude's lines. The rhthm, the speed, everything was just....DAMN! I have to see him again.
2) Classiq: first off, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Vector for finally getting a REAL A-boky on a track, Ann boy did this dude represent! On a track with fairly established guys, these new bloods definitely took the spotlight. Classiq was just waoh! Rapping in Hausa, he delivered the language of the North so beautifully, one is tempted to sign up for an Hausa class. Thank you Nasarawa for giving us Classiq
3) Phyno: As usual, Mr. Obago delivered his punchlines with enough infusion of Igbo so you make no mistakes where he's repping, but at this point, we should all know how Phyno does it....I particularly liked his line "Real recognises real, ma nigga so why don't you look familiar?".
4) Vector: As much as Vector owned the original of this song, he had to tone it down for the other guys, but he still brought his heat. Would've preferred if he opened the music, but he was still pretty awesome on it, I liked his Johnny line
5) Reminisce: Baba Hafusa was my least interesting act on this beat. I just feel like Olamide would've murdered this song more than he did. He was just okay, he went as hard as he has in recent times, but still, he fell short just a little compared to the other guys.
Totally, Uzi and Classiq were the stars of this song and MattMax definitely did some magic with the visuals....even though there is a resemblance to Jay-Z's "On to the next one". Certain scenes stood out for me. The illuminati-ish scene with Uzi as well as the Horse rider scene with Classiq.
Athough this is your opinion as you say but I would have to question your pattern and perspective of reasoning as I did not find anything so spectacular in this video. The hype was so much from you that I had to stop reading to watch the Video first and I am back and its not all that. Olamide and Phynos ghost mode is better than this.
lastpage: Calm down! It s a case of "shared responsibility".
If you work for a company and in the process of doing your "assigned job", you cause harm to others, both YOU and YOUR EMPLOYERS are Liable. Its that simple. There is a legal term for it which l cant scoop out of my head right now. Something like "Vicarious liability" (?)
The idea is to force employers to "properly train their employee" so that they can discharge their duties ....responsibly Imagine how the situation would have been, if every bank "summarily sacks" every bullion van driver that does this type of thing... and then the law prosecutes the driver. Do you think this nonsense will not be over within a few years, as the driver knows there is a job-loss and no benefit from such recklessness? that is the point of that "shared responsibility".
What. Kind of topic is this? Its only in nigeria you might fight such article besides who is even ready to write about it? This topic doesnt look so constructed..
lalasticl.ala please help reach the government on the homepage. Thank you
Sorry to say, This is not the government's fault. They are not the ones who came themselves to put the dirt there. The market folks did. So Even if the government clears it up, the market folks would still dump more dirt there. Nobody should call Rochas into this!
KingsJohnson: if thatz d case, then no cause 4 alarm cus dis guy got talent lyk devil, so in few years 2 cum, government n job wil be d one looking 4 him n not d oda way round.
my advice for you is to do your nysc and dont travel out because what you would face abroad, before you get back, you might have exceeded 30years old and if you are just going abraod to look for greener pastures without any plan, you would end up regretting your whole moves because the wares of life would hit you so much that just survival becomes more important than pursuing your so called dreams. Be warned.

instead of you to say you are the one.. everytime on nl its someones friend. nothing ever happen to nairaland members...nonsense
she has been on social media for 25years but fb just came out 10years ago. Yahoo is not up to 25years . my space, nairaland and aol is not up to 25years so what planet's social media was she on? This story seems spo fabricated
Jenny1010: A friend of mind send this to me, I told me to post it on nairaland. So it's not me oooo
This might sound strange, but after seeing chichi igbo's pix posted here on nairaland this morning, I was forced to ask myself some questions . Am i tomboy?
I use to think tomboy are girls who have male body structure and posture, like chichi igbo. But recently , I had an argument with a friend of mine who stipulated that any girl who love boyish things is a tomboy whether she has masculine physical stature or not .
Physically, am not like chichi igbo, neither do I look or walk like a boy, but I hate female shoes (heels) , I prefer to wear snickers .
I hate skirt, I don't have any either. I prefer to wear trousers . I feel uncomfortable on skirt or gown.
I hate to plait my hair, I prefer to cut it low. So I can freely apply water on it anytime I want. Last 2yrs I cut my hair, the reaction I got from my mum was pretty bad, I only plait hair now because of her.
Yes, I often apply little makeup, but sometimes I forget to apply it before leaving the house. When someone say to me, "you look beautiful even without makeup", that's when I remember I didn't make up. I feel comfortable with or without makeup.
I love hip-hop music, I have a lot of it at home. I love tupac songs. And I can act pretty much like a boy if I want to (maybe bcus I spent most time with with boys than girls while growing up). Those days in school (I want to girls school), during school drama, i'm often chosen to act like boy bcus I act it so well.
I prefer being in company of guys more than with girls. Guys are more real than girls, and it's much more fun hanging out with guys, it's joke all day. They love to bash girls, and I love to bash them too.
Football is my favourite game when I was younger.. We use to play girls vs boys in school those days, although girls always lose to the game but I still like the game. Even now, I still like it , but no mates to play with, that's why I let it go. But, I still love to play soccer on my PC when am alone.

Thank you so much for the taking out time to give a detailed feedback. I have scanned the car and below are the error codes:
1. 17090 p0706 035 multifunction f125 switch implausible signal sporadic. 2. p1623 can bus no communication sporadic.
My Mechanic has advised that I need to change the Multi-function Switch/ Transmission Control Unit, which according to him, is 'one component' (together)[Part Number: 01J927156CJ ] in 2001 to 2005 Audi A6, Europe. According to him at the Company (VW Nigeria) in Lagos it goes for about 348,000 naira.
What is your take on the error codes and Is it advisable to buy a second hand TCU off an Audi Spare Parts dealer. I spoke with one over the phone who requested for the parts number, I sent the parts number to him and he called me back later in the day to say that he could get me one for less than 80,000 naira.
