I'm glad at least I've been able to correct your brain a bit. We all should learn to be objective.

Let's assume that Thieffnubu and Obi were both Yoruba men, will you support Thieffnubu over Obi? Think about it.
Was that not what INEC chairman said, we all have being saying go to court but you people were insulting anyone that say go to court.

I voted yardua, Goodluck and Buhari meaning it is not about tribe to me, i defended the igbos in my polling unit until they called my name before they realize i was afonja ..

i was not a kid when Tinubu and OBI were govenors, i will pick Tinubu over OBi 10 out of 10 times. from one man opposition among 36states to national spread .. out of all the Tinubu set since 1999 only Tinubu survive and stayed relevant till now, how many Peter Obi policies or models are still alive that if he has sef undecided wo go n sleep

Be ready for this 8 years of suffering, because this phase would be more tougher than buhari own. And if you are just a recent graduate. The joke would be on you. Because if this country gets tougher, it's the poor that would suffer it more. More companies leave Nigeria, or sack or either slash salaries below standards. The tougher life gets, the opportunity for the rich to take advantage of the poor.

So you see this asiwaju Mandate, e go reach everyone. grin. Just calm down.

Tinubu didnt have 25% in Lagos, can she swear with her children lives they ever imagined LP will win Lagos, can Peter swear with his kids life they envisaged winning Lagos.

Tinubu will not be President of Nigeria.

BluntCrazeMan:
The Electoral Act didn't say Manual Transmission Either..
So, nobody should go and assume what the Electoral Act didn't actually say .

Section-148 still comes into play.
There is an ambiguity in what you're saying here.
This is now a situation of “Either this or that.”...

Thus,, the Electoral Act gave the Commission the power to make laws through GUIDELINES AND MANUALS, in order to make ambiguous sections clearer..
It is a very simple case, it is a common knowledge we have two forms of transmission which are manual and automatic transmission, the electoral act purposely did not specify which becos there can be glitches when it comes to electronic/technology transfer which means the situation on ground is what determines the mode of transmission that will be use, but both mode remains extensively valid & recognised.

You shot yourselve in the foot, PDP and LP are out there discrediting the election base on IREv not loaded, unfortunately Irev is not recognised by the electoral as the source for collation & verification by inec or party agent, it is for the public/electorate to verify there polling units was not altered & authentic

The CSVRS is primary source for collation and verification of results as far as inec is concern. however the CSVRS is not a public portal, in cases of dispute any party can approach and demand a print out which comes directly from CSVRS, not IREV as insinuated by opposition.

The electoral act only recognises BVAS & original polling unit report sheet whilst CSVRS is just a cloud for BVAS.

All those complaining that the inec agent transfer the result at there present but couldnt fine it on IREV where mis-informed, the primary backup cloud for BVAS is CSVRS while IREV is secondary for electorates to follow up in real time smiley

Fine I have done the math and you are wrong.

Peter Obi was not a gamble and nobody speaks of him like he is perfect, we chose him and singed him out because his time in governance exwmolied standards that remain unmatched today, his records are there for which if you googled it them I wonder what your fuss is about.

INTEGRITY, HONESTY, ACCOUNTABILITY. These words do they ring any bell, heres an honest question which of these candidates has these qualities. That is what we need in our country. We don't need landlords and godfathers, nor share the money people.

We the people of Nigeria did not vote for Obi based on sentiments and you know it in your heart. But for some reason yll must bury the truth in favour of your bias and ethnic sentiments.

It's not yet over bros.
Your opinion or decision bears no "effect" on facts, the figures are out there,

ARiku Main PDP = 6,984,520

Peter Obi LP = 6,101,533

Kwankwas NNPP = 1,496,678

TOTAL 14,582731 voted against APC

Tinubu/APC polled 8,794,726 minority vote which is all time lowest in our elections for a returninng candidate.

So youths voted against APC and the election reflected it, division and sharing among pdp and its fraction made majority vote inconsequential.

14,582, 731 - 8,794,731 proves beyond doubts no mandate was stolen smiley we just have to put emotions aside

The electoral act was the driver to urge people to vote. Then INEC robbed people of their votes. There is no Nigerian factor in this case. Just obey the law. INEC did not. It is as simple as that. Whether the law came from their proposition, they broke it. That is all. No right in it.
These election recorded the lowest turn out compared to 2015 & 19, just like very election people came out to Vote naturally becos it is there fundamental right, but the difference is more youths were interested in these election becos of Endsars and other bad policies Buhari melted out to Nigerians.

2023 electionwas not about posterity or National interest, when you look at how people voted you will see its out of anger, bitterness and vendetta. one thing o know for sure is judgement or decision clouded with emotion as never amounted to anything good.

I want my fellow youths to know we all went to the poll to gamble base on what we feel or think is best for our nation, but its preposterous for anyone to assert there choice is perfect, the way i hear people talk about Peter Obi sometimes i have to open wikepedia and read about him maybe i miss the perfection. as if once Peter obi will just read some incantation and Nigeria will turn Uk over night and money will be growing streets.

All this one I long story. We have an electoral act approved by the executive and legislature. INEC was to stick to it, if not they are breaking the law. Finito.
Inec broke it on law not una law, Inec proposed Irev out of goodwill to prove it credibility, infact the Inec chairman went through so much fistcuff with national assembly to get it signed, if they never meant well if the plan was to rig the election for APC why does the Inec chairman have to complicate matters so much for his interior motive, think why will he go through all that stress, it is not as OBI or Nigerians proposed or force Irev on him.

i think Nigeria factor happened, generally on election days in Nigeria networks are alway jamming its a reality we all can relate with.

INEC should have followed the rule of law. If Network glitch, then wait for the POs to upload all results before collation. What is the rush, of not because of a shady plan.
There is a time frame for election process all over the world which is standard; the last election almight USA had, Donald trumph ask the election was paused but they didnt becos no one stops an election it MUST go on, whatever irregularities or complains any candidate have will have to be proceed to court that is the standard procedure all over the world, since aggrieved party are talking about procedure

Moving on, any one with an open eye can see "Majority" voted against Tinubu which is not even a debate, BUt what Majority of Nigerians fail to understand these time is that PDP splitting into Atiku, OBI & Nwankwaso made there Vote inconsequential

Before now, Nigerians are only use to Two party system i.e you are either minority or majority buh now we have a 3rd and 4th force.

ADD PDP + LP + NNPP and you will get the majority vote but unfortunately its inconsequential naa pdp fvckup not united. inec didnt steal the mandate of the youths it was simply shared by PDP fractions

There are four stages for collating the result before it was announced, from polling unit to ward unit to local govt to state the finally abuja at each stage party agent co-sign the results sheet to ensure it is authentic.
Now what we are asking LP & PDP, at which point of the collating process were the results altered undecided concerning Irev inec broke its "OWN lAW" and i don't think there is much any court can do on that, becos there are no constitutional provisions to address it
