soccerlite:I will be on ground when I start the poultry. I will also employ a security guard as time goes on. Thanks. |
fidelmarshal199:I am not looking into starting a Church, sir. I believe Nigeria needs more people who can create jobs for people and add true value to the Nigerian economy. Cheers. |
I will be available to teach in your school January 2025. If you are looking for a very good History and CRS Teacher, give me a call or send me a Whatsapp message. Thanks. 07049598500. |
ghettochild:Thanks, Sir. People have not really moved into the area yet. Maybe because the place lacks electricity at the moment. There is no one living close to the place. There is a candle factory about 300 meters away, and another property which is inhabited about 600 meters to the left. All the other lands around have been cleared, but barren of buildings, or have been purchased with no structures on them ( Bush ). |
strenghtt:Yes, it is far from residential buildings. There is no human habitation near the place. It is still a developing site and the nearest place where a man and his family lives is like 600 meters away.
|
Xwizard:Thanks, Sir/Ma. I also intend to look for land/ unused plots of land in the area to plant Maize around April/May next year. I intend to cultivate at least 5 plots of land with Maize next year. Cheers.

1TrippleCee:Thanks, Bro. The reason my brother is giving is that it is not airy enough, but I have explained to him that the place has many windows and doors ( As you can see ) that will be open for enough ventilation. There will be nets behind the doors and windows to prevent insects and rats from entering the place. The doors will be shut at night though. |
Look at the factory space in the picture above. It is very large and spacious. I am very interested in Agriculture. I also want to breed chickens for sale throughout the year. I need good advice, please. I am not interested poultry for egg production. I want to go into poultry for meat purposes. Thanks.

My People @ Nairalanders . I need your serious advice. I have this property ( It belongs to me ) in a remote part of Ikorodu. I am planning to start 2024 as a Self Employed Person/Businessman. Or if possible, combine teaching with business ( As hard as it Seems ). So, lets go back to what I was saying. Can I use this place for a poultry business? My brother says it cannot be used for raising Chickens. I want to raise Cockerels or Noilers. See the pictures I have attached. Please advice me accordingly, Nairalanders. The place has a source of water, toilets, bathroom, kitchen, rooms for office and store. Thanks.

Ortiz wiliki was amazing. I rate him higher than Ras Kimono, The Mandators, Isaac Black and other reggae artistes of his era, except Majek Fashek. Oritz performed music that will make you think. He sang roots and revolutionary reggae. I love his music and his personality. He is a legend. |
hafal2020:? Go into the snacks business e.g Chinchin, Popcorn or Potato Chips business. Learn how to source for your own customers in Churches, Schools , higher institutions etc. Look for a snack that does not require much ingredients. And learn how to source your raw materials cheaper. You need to consider the energy costs to produce your snacks. Gas or local cooking methods? You can use coal or sawdust stoves to fry large quantities of chinchin or plantain/potato chips. Consider kerosene stove too. The major thing here is getting enough customers who will buy from you. Cheers. |

If someone leases like 3 acres of land from you to plant crops, what measures have you put in place to ensure that omo onile or land grabbers will not come and disturb the person by selling the land unexpectedly? Do you sell one acre only? |
laidima88:I hope you are not teaching English Language or English Literature . A good teacher will not write in the way and manner you have just displayed above. You see . I am not a graduate of English Language or Literature. However, I write and express myself better than many English Language or English Literature teachers I have come across. You don't have to study Education or attend a College of Education before you can start teaching. Cheers. |
brainhgeek:No wonder . It has to be an international school. I am a teacher at the moment. I am an accidental teacher and I have other career plans. Private schools should appreciate their teachers more. Good teachers are hard to find and keep. Cheers. |
zicoraads:Don't talk like that. These amazing schools you are mentioning don't often advertise their vacancies online or in the media. Can you tell us the names of these incredible schools where teachers starting salaries are 100, 000 naira with rent paid for employees @ 200, 000 naira. Thanks. It still does not take away the fact that 85% of private school owners do not have the interests of their staffs at heart. |
brainhgeek:Please tell us the name of this your school. I am not trying to apply there by the way. However, do tell us. Generally, many private schools in Nigeria have owners who want you to snitch on other teachers if you want your salary to increase. There is a lot of snitching going on in private schools. Many teachers rise in the private school system because they know how to ' Kiss the Ass ' of School owners. Cheers. |
laidima88:You are talking utter RUBBISH. Many teachers that studied Education are usually not better than '' Accidental Teachers '' ( People who become teachers due to the state of the Nigerian economy ). I know people who graduated from Science and Art Faculties who will do better than graduates of Education or College of Education graduates who are teachers, if these ' accidental teachers ' decide to do their PGDE. |
Boys used to discuss willie willie back then in secondary school but I had no idea of what they were talking about. I don't think Willie Willie was popular in Lagos then. I did not know NTA aired it '' Awa, Awa, Awa Yes, '' Pot of Life '' was scary too. It was Bendel State's contribution to the Nigerian Film Festival which was held yearly. Called NIFES or something. |
We just lost to Senegal 87-93. Bad start . The Senegalese guys proved too strong for Dtigers. |
Danielnino00:Totally agree with you. If Dtigers qualify for the Olympics, we should ignore the NBA stars who ignore call ups for national assignments. There are other capable players who ply their trade in Europe, Africa and Asia or in the collegiate system of the USA who can get the job done. Cheers. |
Travel to South America and see life too. Good living does not start and end in Europe , Canada or the USA. Cheers. |
I am familiar with some names on the list of invited Dtigers players- Daniel Utomi, Ike Ndugba, Michael Eric, Victor Ezeh, UC Iroegbu and Michael Okiki. Metu is also well known. I think we will present a good squad because some of the new players are talented and play in the collegiate system in the USA. Victor Ezeh is really good. We should not write these guys off. I would have preferred Julius Nwosu to be on the coaching staff. He would be very useful to inspire the boys during the tournament. |
Danielnino00:I read that Gabe Vincent interview too. However, I don't think we will be parading a weak team. I am happy it is not the Sacramento Kings Coach that is in charge of DTigers at this tournament. I am happy it is Coach Odaudu in charge. With some determined play, Nigeria can win this qualifiers towards the 2024 Olympics. I have seen some names on the roster and these guys are good. I think we can do well, if we play to an advantage due to the home support. It is Tunisia and Senegal I am scared of, but they are beatable. |
We don't need Cambage in D'tigress set up. We have so many ladies who want to play for Dtigress at the moment. Cambage is bad press and baggage for Nigeria. Anyway, so what's popping at Dtigers camp?, guys? We switch to the Men now. The Olympic qualifiers will commence on the 14th of August 2023 in Lagos. As usual, our NBA stars are not in camp, except Captain Chimezie Metu . We have many unknown guys in camp. What's your take on this event being hosted in Lagos? |
No, we don't want her in Dtigress Squad. She is bad news and can bring negativity to our team . |
I believed in these ladies from the start. I said they would win the Afrobasket in Kigali. They have won it, haven't they? I also spoke about Ifunaya Okoro's talent, that she has been exceptional for Kenya Ports Authority ( KPA ), a basketball club in Kenya. Today, Okoro showed the class she is made of. We should give Nigerian basketballers ( Male and Female ) who play for clubs in Africa, a chance to play for Nigeria. They are experienced and have been exposed to the basketball culture of other countries. Congrats, D'tigress. |
Op, I wish I can lay my hands on 1.2 million naira on a monthly basis. I will just become a farmer and get land to grow some crops I have in mind. I have some serious plans for farming. Hmm. |
Odogwujayy:D'tigress and Coach Rena will be studying the games the Senegalese have played so far before and during Afrobasket 2023. We have not come this far to lose. |
lovewins:I agree with you on this one though. Ogoke's era as a D'tigress player should be over with this Afrobasket. Better players are showing up and the fight for shirts for the Olympic Squad will be tough. Rwanda is trying to fight back. |
lovewins:Sarah Ogoke has her ON and OFF days. She is a good player though. She has not been great at this year's Afrobasket. I knew D'tigress will dominate today's game. When our ladies staged a come back against Mozambique yesterday and won the game, I knew we had a chance of making the finals. |
Tell her you like her a lot . And look deeply into her eyes. She will start avoiding you. |
