Hmm. The UK is a country where you will be humbled as a Nigerian man. The country favours women over men. I still don't understand why a Nigerian man will bring a woman from Nigeria to the UK, knowing our culture. We worship material things and money. Once a Nigerian woman starts making money, her respect for her man diminishes gradually, no matter how holy she is. We don't value humble people in Nigeria .We love to show off. If you can start a successful business in Nigeria, you are better off than 85% of Nigerians abroad. Take that from someone who has lived and worked in the UK. You are so right. Cassava bread made from Cassava flour is good for consumption. Cassava bread is healthier than wheat bread. Bread can be made with Corn too, you know . 60% wheat flour and 40% maize flour can be used to make bread. Flour mills in Nigeria are trying to discredit cassava flour . There arev so many things we can make with our local crops . It is an unexplored mine we have. Cheers.

If you have unused plots of land, do some farming on them. Subsistence farming is a form of exercise. Rain has started falling. Find an aboki that can make mounds for you. Plant maize, cassava, pepper and vegetables. You can make money with a plot of Cassava and Maize. Get very good seeds. Cheers .

One mango is now 100 naira. Should it be so? Fruits are getting more expensive. Please, plant friots in your house. As you are building your house, don't cement the floor of the compound . Plant Pawpaw, Banana, Mangoes , Oranges in your compound. Seedlings don't cost much. When the trees mature, you can make money every season on each fruit by selling to people in church and in your area .Think deeply. Plant sweet guava, tangerine etc. Fruits will keep getting expensive. Cheers.

I looked at the last Dtigress squad at the Afrobasket 2023 and read up on all the new players. I knew Tomi , okoro, Ejiofor and the others would deliver the trophy alongside Pallas and Co. I knew the African opposition won't stop those ladies. I was proved right. As long as the likes of Adeyeye , Ejiofor etc keep getting international experience , they would get better with time. It is good to infuse new players to beef up a squad. It should be noted that Erica Ogwumike did not gell into that squad at the Olympics in Japan . She should have been left to face her medical studies. You guys have dropped a lot of names here and I am studying those players. When I conclude my reading up on them, I will say what I think about their inclusion into Dtigress squad.

We went with a better squad to the last Olympics , did we medal? Capital NO. Before last year's Afro basket, some of you condemned the team and reeled out stats to defend your rubbishing of the Ogoke led ladies, didn't you? I was about the only person here who believed in the squad and said the ladies would win. And they won under Coach Rena.
