Yemite14557: Hello everyone, I'm seeking guidance on how to address a concerning incident.
Thursday , my 3-year-old child left the school premises unaccompanied during closing time.
Another parent noticed him walking alone outside the school, sensed something was wrong, and safely returned him to the school.
Despite this, the school failed to inform me of the incident promptly, waiting until today for another parent to relay the situation.
This lack of communication is distressing and demonstrates negligence.
I believe it's crucial for teachers to uphold their duty of care. I'm left contemplating the potential dangers that could have arisen from this oversight. What is the appropriate course of action to address this matter effectively? The bolded seem to imply that you have not had a discussion with the nursery personnel, yet. Or have you? My interpretation of your post may be wrong, but your post seem to suggest that your discussion (so far) was with ‘another parent’ but not yet with the nursery staff/manager. If my interpretation (again, strictly based on your post) is true, I would suggest that you have a discussion with the Nursery FIRST. I hope your son is fine & safe? Best wishes! |

kwakudtraveller: Lastly, your not seeing colour does not matter in the grand scheme of things. You are the minority race, and no matter how much you laugh with them and have them over for tea, to them, and as quoted by Femi Nylander "you will never be seen as more than a talking monkey" I doubt if we (they) see Rishi Sunak, Hamza Yousaf & Vaughan Gething as merely ‘talking monkeys’. That means 3/4 (75%) of the UK is led by ‘talking monkeys’? |

Ukrainian who came here recently are e title to all the benefits but we that pay 16k tuition are not entitled to public funds 😭 Ukrainians were chased by Putin & his tanks. Would you rather prefer that you came here because Cameroun or Chad or Niger or Benin are bombing & killing and destroying your village in Nigeria? You paid 16k tuition, really? But that is not the beginning of the story. Before paying the tuition, do you remember what else you did? Let me remind you. a. You showed proof of funds to assure the UK that money ain’t ya problem, that you had enough ££ to take care of yourself, & any dependants, didn’t you? b. Remember that zoom video interview? Do you remember what you outlined to the interviewer about your plans upon graduation? |

donald197: Good day elders, asking for my sister(a student ) who's working for a domiciliary care company. This is her 2nd month with them, the company have refused to give our a contract/ employment letter. Even the copy of contract she signed wasn't given to her. What can she do? Your sister is a student. That means she is a tier-4 student visa holder? Your sister can only legally work a maximum of 20 hours per week (during term time) is that correct? This domiciliary care company she works for, did they offer your sister a ‘full time’ (20 hours per week) employment? Or does your sister only just pick up shifts (where available), up to 20 hours per week? Maybe you need to discuss with your sister about the kind of ‘employment’ this domiciliary care company has given her. In all, I implore your sister to thread carefully. |

They get sacked. They lose their source of livelihood. Their children and dependants suffer. They can’t use send small chop money to Baba & Mama back in Naija. They can’t send small school fees for aburo in Naija.

missjekyll: No, you have failed to produce any proof that she aided IS by sewing suicide vests. That would have been an actual crime.
So far only you and the daily mail are making this claim. Regretfully , that does not constitute evidence.
- in case anyone is wondering about "head in bins" , she did say she was unmoved by seeing a severed head in a bin. Not nice to say but coming from a radicalised victim ,certainly not worthy of banishment
- I have since learned that there has been another case like this in the intervening period. The child in that case was rightly treated as a victim and recieved the help she needed.
Guess the race of the second victim? There she goes… again. Pulling the race card in support of a little terrorist. You have since learned… hearsay! Who else (on this thread) has noticed MissJekyll’s loud silence about the crime, and RACE of the 15 year old killers of Brianna Ghey? |

missjekyll: The definition of a child has not changed.
Having been a teenager, i can say that teenagers can be very resourceful once adequately motivated and incentivised.
Doesnt make them adults . I note that you didn’t say the same thing about Brianna Ghey’s murderers. Who killed Brianna when they were 15 (just like Shemima Begum). |

I would be very very interested in reading your source for this , Rishi? - You didn’t watch her 1st interview. - You failed to read/research the allegations against Ms Begum. - You refused to read the sources quoted by Goodenoch. - You failed to read the plenty resources available as to how she (& her friends) elaborately planned their journey. - You seem to have no qualms with her ‘Heads in a Bin’ 🚮 comment. When you are ready to open up your mind to view this story in a 360 degree you will find lots of sources where Shemima Begum was in charge of morality, was sewing bombs to suicide vests etc… |

missjekyll: It has made absolutely no difference to my view. Rebellious teens are not very likeable but we still put our emotions aside to do whats right by them.
Now if we had done the hardwork of rehab on her and she was still not remorseful, then we would be justified.
She was a victim , we should look inwards instead of seeking to set an example.
Addendum: She has also buried 3 children at 24. Gosh *shivers She has also aided & abetted the killing of many more children before she was even 20. She has also made suicide vests for terrorists who went on to make children orphans, made women widows and made men widowers. |

Addendum : I have had some media training but I still struggle with interviews. It's difficult 😕 especially with hostile interviewers Yes, she was a child. At 15. So are Scarlett Jenkinson and Eddie Ratcliffe. PS: For those that don’t know, Scarlett Jenkinson Eddie Ratcliffe were the two teenage murderers of Brianna Ghey. I printed out the Begum story and gave my 14 year old girl to read, and digest. The message is clear, very clear. If she allows her ‘naughty’ teenage gra-gra to overcome her, Miss Begum’s fate can befall her. I think the message has been passed, succinctly. |

missjekyll: I must have missed the evidence of her personally carrying out those atrocities. She wasn't an IS fighter.
She only married a monster as a 15 year old child after being groomed and radicalised. Is guilt now transmitted by child marriage?
Punishment was too harsh and has not scratched the surface of the systemic rot that allowed IS to be able to contact a British child. It's worrying to think your child may be saying hello to a terrorist groomer under your very roof. At this very minute Enoch. The Good one, not the Bad one responded to your post, and provided sources of some of the alleged atrocities she committed. Just a few scrolls. You missed that too? What are you afraid of by paying by bank transfer? I guess there is some mix up in my presentation. What I actually meant was: 1. I will never pay by bank transfer untill and unless I have met the person. Inspected the good(s), and I am satisfied. 2. I will never pay via PayPal or bank transfer to an account supplied via Facebook. 3. I can pay cash if I meet the seller at the town centre, or the retail park. And I test the goods. And I am happy with the items. |

You log in to transfer 20£ to your aburo. It’s 40,000 naira.
Between the time it takes your phone to refresh, the same £20 has now become 46,500 naira.
That is an ‘increase’ of 6,500 in a few minutes…

SavageResponse: So after spending time in the UK you still write this type of tautological grammar
The proper word is Lend, when you're giving out you're Lending hence the proper grammar should be " Lent them almost 10K..." So, after coming here, wanting to diss someone, you ended up making mockery of yourself. 1. You certainly have zero 0️⃣ understanding of what tautology is, or what it means to say something is tautological. Granted, OP used the word ‘Borrow’ instead of ‘Lent’. Is that tautology? Hell NO! You certainly don’t know what ‘tautological grammar’ means. Sorry sir/maam.

The issue I have now is that my current student visa expires feb 13th, I spoke with the HR last week about this and he said they were working on it. My husband is currently on 1yr sponsorship visa, is it advisable to apply as his dependent or I should apply for postgraduate visa while still waiting for my COS. You are spoilt for choice. You can apply as dependant. You can apply for PSW visa. A bird 🦅 in hand is worth 2 in Sambisa forest.🌳 If it’s me. I will complete the PSW visa application form, but not click submit yet. Then at 11:55pm on the day my current bisa expires, I will check one last time if the CoSi have been promised has landed. If it hasn’t, I will pay for, and submit the PSW application. |
