EmekaMD: ARMY FREE MEDICARE, BEYOND THE IDLE GOSSIP.
By Charles Ogbu.
Those who deploy soldiers to civilian spaces except in war time or rare cases where civil authorities are over-stretched, are nothing short of murderers because soldiers basically understand just two clauses:
Open Fire
And,
Cease Fire.
Anyone sending soldiers to administer any form of vaccines or whatever medical aide to school kids without sensitizing the parents of the kids and authorities in the area, have ulterior motives. Such a person should be feared. He couldn't have meant well.
In sane clime, touching school kids, asking them any question or making them participate in any activity not related to their academic well-being WITHOUT the consent of the parents or caregiver even with the consent of the school, will attract a court case or even a bullet in the head in areas where guns can be easily acquired.
But I understand that Nigeria has a way of messing up people's psyche and damaging their thought process. This is why an adult Nigerian with a University exposure will proudly blame people for suspecting the worst of an army which embarks on free medical jamboree for the same people it visited with a festival of death just few weeks before with no enlightenment, no explanations, no nothing!
Just a loaded gun! Force! Brute force!
Why not?
Aren't Ndigbo a conquered people?
I refuse to take gospel from Mr Lucifer!
Tufiakwa!
Even with all the sensitization in the whole wide world, I will let myself be consumed by worm before taking any free gift, vaccines or not, from the same army that just massacred dozens of my kind, maimed hundreds and drowned another dozens.
Such an army is a killer. My killer cannot be my healer.
Ask the Nigerian army and all those supporting this idiocy,
What is the name of the drug they are administering to people's children in Ala-Igbo None of them knows. If they do, they haven't told us.
What are they vaccinating people against? Mind you, they started it even before the outbreak of monkeypox so it COULDN'T have been monkeypox vaccine, assuming monkeypox has a vaccine. If it is not vaccination, what is it??
Why are they doing it through the back-door without proper sensitization What are they hiding?
Why did they not take the state govt along, seeing as Anambra state governor just instructed them to suspend it few hours ago??
Let us even assume but not concede that Nigerian army is strictly trained to play mother Theresa every now and then. The question is, should the army play mother Theresa to Ndigbo immediately after playing Father Hitler to the same Ndigbo by murdering their youths and drowning others in a muddy water as we watched in that grotesque video
Can our Pharaoh be our Moses at the same time??
Can our arsonist be our firefighter at the same time??
Can a dancing Python play our Medical Doctor at the same time??
I've said it before and I am forced to repeat it now, Nigerian army is an army of occupation. Their presence in the southeast is provocative.
Ndigbo do not have any confidence in the Nigerian army. We do not even have confidence in this govt as a whole considering Buhari's deep seated hatred for Igbos which he has never hidden.
If there is going to be any medical exercise against any disease in the southeast, it MUST be fully publicized and adequate sensitization programme carried out by RELEVANT agencies, not an army that has proven it has insatiable taste for Igbo blood. For now, it has not been announced anywhere that there is a vaccine against monkeypox. So, the army should take their free medical service to the IDPs in the NorthEast. They can even dash some of their equipment like syringes, cotton will etc to Asorock clinic where those things are more needed.
Just so we are clear,
Ndigbo have no issues with taking free medical service. They have issues with the body (Nigerian army) giving the service, the clandestine manner it was being handled and most importantly, the timing.ARMY FREE MEDICARE, BEYOND THE IDLE GOSSIP.

Referendum50: And they compared Nnamdi Kanu to Adolf Hitler? A paraphrase of a quote often used to describe such aberration is, ‘they made themselves beasts because they could not bear the burden of being men’. Humanity’s burden essentially includes restraint in the face of provocation, patience in the face of agitation, peace in the face of war, etc. But in the language of the beast, provocation requires ferocity, agitation requires force, and war requires genocide. FG expecting confirmatory results in 24 to 48 hours — Adewole
Reacting to the development, Minister of Health, Professor Isaac Adewole said government was yet to conclude whether it was really monkey pox or not.
Adewole who assured the general public that outcome of the sample send to Senegal will arrive the country in the next 24 to 48 hours advised Nigerians to maintain high level of hygiene.
“What is particularly significant is that many of the cases so reported do not fit into the classic prototype of monkey pox but we are trying to confirm before the end of today (yesterday) or early tomorrow (today). We should be able to confirm exactly what we are dealing with, is it truly monkey pox? But what is obvious is that we have a disease that is close to the pox family.
Monkey pox: Conspiracy of Hausa Fulani government to kill Biafrans —IPOB
In its reaction, the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, commended parents for withdrawing their children from schools over alleged forceful vaccination even as the organisation urged parents not to allow them back to school until Army withdraws the medical exercise.
IPOB in a statement signed by it’s Media and Publicity Officer, Mr Emma Powerful, said the present All Progressive Congress, APC, government and Nigerian Army are determined to kill as many Biafrans as possible in Anambra State, and South East in general.
“IPOB leadership worldwide through the instrumentality of the Directorate of State do hereby declare that no parent in Anambra State should allow their children to go to school until the Nigerian Army suspends this sinister vaccination on our children; vaccine is administered by personal submission not by force to our children without the consent of parents. It is a plague in the making, that will lead to thousands if not millions of deaths.
“Our children are now at the front line of a major biological warfare waged by Hausa Fulani Islamic government seeking to kill as many Biafrans as possible out of pure hatred and bigotry.
“All teachers should stay back home and no pupil or student should go anywhere near the Nigerian Army pending further announcement from IPOB High Command and Directorate of State.”
“Biafrans must know that it is not the duty of the Army to administer vaccines because the same exercise is not happening anywhere in Arewa Northern Nigeria where diseases and infections are rife.” |

Neoguru6: Firstly, it was the right call by parents to withdraw their wards from schools on basis of the desperate act by NA to move into schools and start injecting people with "vaccines". Thumbs up.
How can a military of a supposed country dash into schools without prior notice and info. brandishing your tattered guns to immunize our kids? For what disease exactly? Monkeypox? Start from the North.
Now, you gunned down their parents, brothers and sister in a gruesome manner in the streets, churches, open fields, and you are about to give them what?! Vaccines? Who takes venom from a cobra or your "python".
The state and probably the federal ministry of health are not aware of your intentions. Are we your lab rats? If we needed immunization we know the direction to the hospital.
This reminds me of the Chibok saga of men in military camo pretending to move students to a safe location only for it to be a kidnap. We dont want that here, because by then Obiano and his henchmen will be by the sidelines, denying any involvement.
Once again, thumbs up parents of Anambra. |

CastedDude: A Nigerian lady identified as Ay Nana, revealed how she was recognized by a solider at a military checkpoint in Adamawa state. According to her, she paid a visit to her village in Adamawa and was recognized by a soldier when they reached a checkpoint near her village as she and other travelers were told to remove their coverings due to security situation in the area.
The lady disclosed that she was shocked after the soldier recognized her and even labelled her a trouble maker on Facebook. Below is what she shared on the social media platform.
The last time I saw my daddy's grave.....it was extremely beautiful. His elder sister took care of it, she sold one of his house for N600 to cement the place to make it look that beautiful. His sister died some years ago, and am not sure if anyone took care of it since then, but boko haram did not make it any better. I went to the village yesterday and by Allah boko haram don't mean a damn thing.....we all know hell is waiting for them. I give it up to all the soldiers along that axis, and the soldiers in and around our homes.
A soldier recognised me from Facebook.....I was shocked. We got to a checking point near my village where we had to get off the car and walk.....I was sort of limping plus the sun, it wasn't funny at all. We also had to remove any covering and leave it in the car as you can see me in this picture looking like a hundred and ninety days tired bride.
The next thing I heard was....."Nana so na like this you small like ant, chai I don suffer, and you go dey Facebook dey find trouble' I almost fainted......to make it even sweeter.....he said '
you and Cyber Agbero aka Ijeoma Ogbulie Eugene can sabi find trouble for Africa, that one wey suppose be Nigerian Military Spokes woman'. I was like.....just shoot me, I wanted to jump on him with the biggest hug ever, but I respected my self cause I may end up frenching him.
He refused to tell me his name or his Facebook name. Just like my brother, A Bala Usman that can hide his face for Africa but he is a great soja man fighting for us. There is a lot to talk about....let me leave it alone fes.
May Almighty punish all participants of Boko Haram severely.
