FashionSEE Most Realistic Tattoos EVER [PHOTOS] by remecy(op):
At first glance, they’re partially surreal, and wholly terrifying.

But the second mouths on neck, open stitches revealing superficial muscles, and the bionic pistons breaking through the flesh on a person’s arm, are actually not real.

Rather, they are hyper-realistic tattoos created by talented tattoo artists.
Half man, half machine: Moreno has created a hyper-realistic piece of art on his client’s bicep, giving the illusion of a cyborg.

Take a look.

jidegirl12: I heard bout a myth and so far it's always true when I see any preggy;

If you're having a boy... you'll look beautiful during preggy grin

Girl? ... you look yucky grin....cos she's taking part of your beauty throughout your preggy.

How to keep your groove on?

Smack a lot of makeup, fix your hair ( mostly braids/twist) and good skin care regimen grin
well what i heard is the other way round. When you are preggy for a girl you tend to look more beautiful and for the boy you look so ugly. This has workrd for me and some people i know too.

eyescue: Ok, here we go. I 1st boiled the corn to my for 15mins and then i added the groundnut(without cobs) and then cooked them for about 20-25mins. Then i spiced it with fresh pepper, sent-leaf, crayfish, maggi, currypowder, onion, salt and red oil. All to my taste and after about 10-15mins, the food was ready. And just like i said, it was yummychummy....very delicious!
boiled corn and groundnut is a nice delicacy for some community in easnland. The difference is just your mode of preparation. Just like corn and beans. Nice effort.

aduje: In Delta state, there over 11 minor ethnic groups with varying cultures... I know that some part of Ndokwa i.e. Kwale (Ukwu Ani) They treat a particular part of snake with high respect. They (their core traditional people) sing her praise, spread white chalk, throw cowries to it and call her their mother. Also, they conduct a proper burial if such snake dies. If it is killed by mistake, they do some sacrifices to appease the gods.

The proper Asaba people forbid 'Ogbono soup' As a matter of fact, it is an abormination to sell Ogbono seed in their Ogbogonogo market.

The Ika (Agbor and Owa) people run after gian rat -(Big Domestic ones like you see in Lagos), for pepper soup. They can do anything to kill such rats. Ironically, Agbor people hunt and kill for delicacy, the same snake the Ukwu Ani people forbid to eat and treat like their mummy.

@OP Which one is Monitor Lizard...I need some education here!

During the cause of growing up and by the nature of my dad's work, I have been to most major towns in Delta State.
monitor lizards are those little lizards that live in houses .some call them wallgekos(hope i got that right)

Culture is a way of life for different people and as such what is good for the goose in your culture might not be good for same goose in mine.
What is the craziest fetish but true fact you have ever seen or heard about a culture, people or state, within or outside Nigeria......
1) in Delta, if you kill a monitor lizard, you bury just like you bury human being.
2) in Edo, Owan, if a woman cheats on her hubby and he is aware and still sleeps with her or shred uses her boyfriend money cook for him,the hubby will die and her children falls sick.
Lets hear yours............

debrief08: My brother its not crying or praying time, let her go and get mental health treatment.
The woman will be very "remorseful" now, crying and begging, they shouldn't fall for the tears oh.
Tomorrow she will do something worse.
Let her sort herself out without them. She doesn't deserve a family
she is not even remosful, rather she was threating another with same fate. She was already headed to the village as early as that time.I learnt she is now under police custody.

FamilyRe: Your Experience During Childbirth In Nigeria by remecy(f): 1:57pm On Jul 06, 2013
tnwmag.com:
Oga, just thank God. Childbirth can be easy and uncomplicated and when that is the case, even a husband can birth the baby no issues. The problem with Nigeria is when there are serious complications with the birth - our doctors in Nigeria don't seem able to grapple with these complications or our facilities are not up to scratch? I really don't know what it is. In the UK and US and other western countries, if you have your baby from 26 weeks - they will try to save your baby. I know two families that this happened to and their kids are very fine now but in Nigeria, a birth at 26 weeks - they won't bother trying to save the child. Why? They don't have the facilities to care for a baby that young. The prayer for everyone giving birth in Nigeria should be that their birth should be a straightforward one because when story enters, its only God and a very well trained doctor that can help. If the mother dies during childbirth in the UK, an inquiry is launched the same Jonathan launches inquiry into every small or big yawa in Nigeria. That way mistakes are learnt from, if it was due to negligence, then the people who are responsible are dealt with accordingly. It is not treated as yet another "God knows best case".

I am not being sentimental o, I lost my auntie to childbirth in Nigeria many years ago. Till today, I don't what caused it. Her kids have had to grow up without their mother and it is sad that many years on, it is still happening.
when we talk equipments, it has to do with the hospital, when we were at national hospital for my 1st baby, there was a baby in intensive care whom the mum gave birth to @ 25wks or so in nisr premier abuja(pardon my spelling) and was transferred to national cos of changes of survival after abt 2mths. The baby spent 4mths in national, in an incubator and at the end of it all. The grill is 2 now. So is not all about nigerian or SA.
When i tell pple that i love national hospital others will have smtin bad to say about it. one man's meat is another 's poison.

You know gwarimpa gen. Hospital is also very good. The bed is free all you do is to buy the items on the list given to you. From experience in gwarimpa gen. Hospital if you don't have your drugs then you are on your own. To purchase the items on the list is less than 12k, is called the cs kit.

FamilyA True Life Story; A Woman Set Her House Ablaze With Her Kids And Hubby Inside. by remecy(op): 11:09am On Jul 06, 2013
This is not a movie script. It happened in the earl hours of today sat 6th July.
We heard noise in the hood with a man hitting a gate and asking the occupant to release the woman cos they were hiding her.
We came out as early as 4.30am and saw a house on fire. The woman (with 5 grown up boys and her last kid in the uni) of house actually set her own house on fire, locked her entire family inside with the keys with her made sure the house had started burning before she left the scene. The family managed to escape the fire with a foam they used to cover in turns. The question on everyones lips even as at now is WHY WOULD SHE WANT HER ENTIRE FAMILY DEAD, even the ones she Carried in her womb for 9mths? No matter what the hubby has done. Mind you this union is over 30yrs.
If someone can do this to her family she has nurtured for this long how about a stranger who offends her? This world is wicked.
The woman ran and i learnt she was later caught, while threating another person with same fire, and is now in police custody.(don't how true). This happened in abuja today. Am sorry i did not take pics. But am sure news will air it.

SniperInADiaper: Ok good. I though it was a guy but that post made me question it.

I can't give my opinions/experiences regarding Nigerian hospitals as mine were all born in US but I had an emergency CS with my last born. My water had been ruptured for 10 days and the CS was the worst experience ever. I cannot imagine those who elect to have them instead of natural birth.
I don't see anything wrong with CS,if the need arises.
I have two kids all thru CS in NIGERIA(national hospital, abuja). No bad experience, no sad story either.
The bad about CS is the after pains you feel and the fact that you have to lie on your back for some hours.
Deliver like the Hebrew women, yes i good. But i think i prefer the CS. Your womanhood will still be as tight like a young girl. Unlike the tear and sew.
That is my own view

Personally, i think the difference is in the gramma FORWARD, SEND OR ATTACH. To me it means the same thing. so long as is going into an email address indicated. When you should be bothered is when you are told to summit in a particular format. All the best.
