Barka Jummah to all, The Imam's Khutbah was about doing good for the sake of Allah alone, do not always expect the recipient to pay back. May Allah guide us aright. |

@FL Gators, who's I, how can I? lol. The word hypocrate is too harsh for that meaning, It may be close, you know Yoruba is deep, like people saying "Ko gbo ede ogbo eke" if someone does not speak Yoruba language well but knows how to use slangs to communicate to some associate when others present would not understand. |

Taiye is the first of the twins and Kehinde is the last (Kehinde is regarded as the senior saying he sent Taiye to check out things out first) Idowu is child after the twins, Alaba follows Idowu, Idogbe follows Alaba and Idaha follows Idogbe |

Susan Wenger was a white lady who came from Austria to Osogbo Osun State long time ago, she lived and worship Osun deity till her death at age of 94 few years ago. She adopted the name Adunni and people call her Olorisa, that is deity worshiper. Ulli was an artist that introduced her to African culture. |

The lady teacher asks the pupils what kind of medicines they know and what they are used for. The first pupil said: 'Tylenol.' 'Very good! And what is it used for?' 'It is used for headache.' The second pupil said: 'Nytol' 'Excellent. And what it is used for?' 'To help you sleep.' Now it is Johnny's turn and he said: 'Viagra' 'Johnny, what is it used for?' 'I think it can be used for diarrhea.' 'Who told you this?' 'Nobody, but every evening my mother tells my father, 'Take a Viagra, maybe that little shit will get harder.' |

@Olivetree, may be you think only landed property is collateral, no bank gives loan that is ultimately risky, at least not now that they are written, billions due to their deed and misdeed in recent past. Salary backed loan collateralized in a way by your employer's consent and awareness that your salary acct would not be moved from their bank. You are also made to agree that your entitlements would be paid to the bank in case of separation before their money is fully paid. In case your calculated gratuity is not up to the amount you are borrowing you pay some percentages insure the loan, what do you call that. |
Honestely Moyo, you need to develop your own dictionary, your spellings na elele. Topic: Won kere si numba - Rolling Dollar. |
I think you get loan if you have LPO from a reputable company that the bank trusts, provided you have had good relationship with the bank and they confirm the payment would be deposited in to your account with. You also go the old way, Family and friends. |
