As a result the guy designed the site with a vengeance. common no web desginer is that terrible, even the terrible ones know where to grab free templates from the net. One of my hungry designer friend in Enugu wanted to do promo so he put up a banner website design and hosting 5k. When people called they still wanted to price it to 1,500.

but
1. i have a problem with usability with regards to your search function, as an average web user, i am relatively mentally lazy. DON'T MAKE ME THINK. it looks like a maths puzzle.
2. Your Gallery slide show on the front page is kinda hard on the eyes, why not try making the slides blend into each other or rather reduce the transition speed.

3. this last point is not really a review, but, CSS IS THE WAY TO GO NOW. Not that there is anything wrong with tables by the way, but SPEED and SEO seems to have serious BEEF with table layouts these days.

that everyone wears jeans. doesn't mean therefore it is mandatory, i wear one.
But i do not think the point should be made as though it is unprofessional not to use it. i checked the contact page and the email address was there for all to see. probably that is what the client is satisfied with. PERIOD. who knows what would be the NORM tomorrow? maybe a video description on the contact page showing you your way from the local airport to the company's gate. it might be the latest craze tomorrow who knows? but it definitely does not make you as a developer crazy if you don't use it.
