Should have managed it properly if truly it was corruption ridden. No soul arrested 2 months after. |
plumcomm:the man talk true o. For some people it cannot buy them cream and toothpaste. For others, they can start something tangible and forge ahead. |
clinician2x:three eggs a day. Kikikiki. |
True but will they allow it do the "a lot"? |
We all know what the plastic progressive from Lagos can do for power. His policies are clearly as disastrous as that of his predecessor. |
From Proverbs 31 [10] Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. [11] The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. [12] She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life. [13] She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands. [14] She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar. [15] She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens. [16] She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard. [17] She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms. [18] She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night. [19] She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff. [20] She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy. [21] She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet. [22] She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple. [23] Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land. [24] She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant. [25] Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come. [26] She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. [27] She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. [28] Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. [29] Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. [30] Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised. [31] Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates. From the above verses, a woman is suppose to have income and assist the household with it, even reaching out to the needy and poor. Any argument about women not earning is null and void(empty and of no effect). |
This may look a simple question but it isn't. Marriage is from God. From God's manual, The Holy Bible, the idea of the man as the head and provider originated. The issue here is that, in the bible also, the woman had certain roles to handle as an helper. One example of such roles was/is that of fetching water from the river or stream to handle household cores. Nowadays, there are advanced options like public water utility and boreholes. That leads me to the question, who pays the bills for water? The petrol for pumping water, who buys it? The public electric power that pumps water, who pays for it? The man or the woman? |
SE always comes with pictures but the north are only fighting with more expensive and sophisticated weapons because of poverty. |
If our govt is serious, this is a good news in many ways. More traffic will favour local ports now and this is an opportunity. |
TOPCRUISE:this one goes all the way to low level. Just do small research about food stuff prices beyond Nigeria's border and recieve some shock. |
Kaa4:Thank you. Even in cities, few markets sell cheaper than some other markers around. It is like a trade union/mafia set up. |
Even in food stuff market, once you cross borders, things become cheaper. Nigeria is a wonderful country. It is like a corruption pyramid where the most corrupt occupy the top. |
The author of marriage is God. Know what His manual about marriage says and stop learning the rudiments of marriages in marriage. That is what crashed so many marriages. |
FOJEM:I no refer to you o. I only reference the image you uploaded to get a message across to some posters. As for my mama and papa, acid can even melt their bodies when thunder is done with them. I no send who no send me. Simple. |
TheBillyonaire:tithes and offerings can't be stopped because they have their purposes which shouldn't be stopped for any reason. |
NewLife87:what will obi have done differently. The few issues he ever took a stand about, his plans correlated with Tinubu's so what are you guys crying over? |
FOJEM:thunder is eating in preparation to strike some hateful posters on this thread. |
SpIitmind:Why should they shut up? |
tamdun:this your analogy is daft at best. If you call the helpless masses rough diamond, what about the thieving leaders? Hardship is not synonymous with followersship. |
Dittodat:they robbed you of ignorance armed with the word of God I guess. |
TemplarLandry:Oga, you sound deranged. |
Very soon people will be taxed for being jobless. The rate at which we glorify useless things is alarming. |
istina:read the article. How many wuruwuru court injunction did they shackle oshiomole with? |
Nigeria is like a man with fat salary among others with small salary but with the most malnourished kids. His fat salary is burdened by a huge family and he thinks he is better than lower earners with better standard of living. This is sovereign vanity OP. |
Biafra is fast becoming a traditional religion. See that shrine background alone. |
Only katsina is working. If Nigeria was a school and governance exam, that man is owing us some marks cos he scored -100 over 100. He will be in school trying to bring his cumulative to zero before he can be expelled. |
If under the lanky demon, the oppressed would have been arrested and flogged, while these idiots send messages back to base of how Fulani owns central and west Africa. Dispensable mounds of meat. |
Kobojunkie:through huge subsidies from FG. Billions of Naira that has been sunk into those schools is beyond the reach of any private schools . |
SmartPolician:You are quick to us UK as a standard. In india, is educatuon that expensive? Yet they have quality system churning capable hands in all sphere of life. Lets stop rationalising low cost education as poverty education. Cost of transport, power, housing, healthcare, food etc are lower here and giving two professionals from both sides of the divide sane pay will result in one having so.much money at the end of the day. This will also lead to pay disparity and that's bad for the system. |
RIDOO:That's cos the FG was paying most cost associated with running of the schools. Salaries and research funds, building and laboratories, seminar and foreign training or webinars. The ignorant students were busy saying great Nigeria students thinking their useless alutas was some magical wand. As the country is today, the father Christmas - FG - has gone bankrupt. Forget crude oil money, if shared equally, it won't feed us for one month. The only way out is for all hands to work and contribute something meaningful and not everyone hustling for office jobs and fat salaries. |
SmartPolician:does the average lecturer buy his basic needs at UK or Germany price? Water, groceries, food, gas, electricity? Or can unilag match the lab condition of those countries and their schools. Let's learn to do balanced comparison. |
