Nigerians love book o. But still they are one of the poorest immigrant.

Go and check how Indians and Chinese are making generational wealth through entrepreneurship.
You won't see them running towards technical courses but law and theatre arts. At the end they will return to a lawless Nigeria where their voice don't count or remain as second class citizens in Canada.

very immature submission. If abacha as a dictator is in the seat Putin was and you were a Russian, I wonder if you will have made this immature statement.
There is nothing like a singular world power anymore, China Russia and US each have the means to wipe out civilization in 2 weeks. That's about the time it will take them to mobilize ground forces to each others territory.

TechBIogger:
The notorious Canceller on politics section has finally been put to his place.
After receiving numerous complaints of his cancelling activities on this forum, Seun finally removed the strike through feature from nairaland. Henceforth, no nairalander can strike through (cancel out) people's posts.
It was necessary to tame that troll that lacks respect for people's political opinions but rather takes it personal and even goes as far as defaming and blackmailing his targets all because of political differences
even bold too.

Her money is not her own in anyway. According to biblical pattern the woman too are contributors but only exempted from risky and heavy jobs. They kept the vine, processed the harvest, were the major harvesters, took care of kids and more. Adapting the above scenario to modern cases, all these services are perfectly exchangeable for money and therefore if biblical woman labour was for benefit of the home as regards day to day needs, her money too shouldn't be any different.

Nice one from the husband.

No time for Simping around in marriage
Incomplete story. If the woman has kids and side chick has none, then the husband will be wrong to demand what will take the woman out after 7 o'clock. Plus we don't know the proximity of the super market to side chick's house compared to the woman's.

This post is just exaggeration of reality.
What we should focus on as Nigerians, is how people like the AGF can give low interest loans from their multi billion Naira loots. Imagine all 36 state governors deputies past and present, all senators, all reps, all ministers, AGFs, and more coming together to form a mega loan company. Nigeria as a nation or Nigerians will never need foreign lenders.

Which politician is? Let's know the standard. This is actually one of the things that confuses me, not his fan, but i'm inquisitive about why some pple hate him soo much. See Atiku for example, equally as corrupt. He has done nothing to help Nigeria, and he also helped buhari to win. But he's not this hated.
Buba Marwa. I understand Atiku is a big threat to Tinubu given APC's woeful performance that made PDP suddenly look competent.

This is down to poor planning on the OP side. I have seen a couple of documentaries about gun violence in south chigaco on YouTube and wonder why she couldn't research her choice of places to migrate to. If I recall correctly, south Chicago has lots of blacks and is nicknamed "Chiraq" a combo of Chi from Chicago and 'raq' from Iraq due to the similarity in insecurity situation. They are basically a poor country diquised as a city.

If Russia keep weaponizing food supply and fertilizer market remains unstable, it will lead to destabilization of food supply around the whole earth. Bread will no longer be within a poor man's reach.
Foreign Affairs › Re: EU Unity On Russia Sanctions ‘crumbling’ – Germany by RepoMan007: 10:55am On May 30, 2022
orisa37:
It must not crumble.
It will. However that's not the worst thing that can happen to the EU.
The worst will be to allow Putin gain control of Europe's two biggest food producers and two of Europe's top energy producers.
Foreign Affairs › Re: EU Unity On Russia Sanctions ‘crumbling’ – Germany by RepoMan007:
That's because they were hasty in imposing those sanctions. Russia has too much gas and oil market share to be pushed aside. They also have too much share in the food and agriculture market and have grounded Europe's second biggest food and fertilizer basket.
A gradual sanction would have been better and given the EU time to adapt. They are just creating hardship for themselves but should rather soften those sanctions and keep supporting Ukraine heavily to avoid giving Putin more share of food, fertilizer and energy market.

Tiiitoo:
If I understand you correctly, you're insinuating that effective military spending gives you results, I agree but I don't want to go back n forth with spending might of countries.
So I looked at the important toys these countries possess and believe me, the US dwarfs all these countries in firepower indexes, the US alone has over 70 Nuclear Submarines capable of carrying nuclear warheads scattered in all strategic locations under seas, they have the most strategic and Largest aircraft carriers scattered in continents. Largest Airforce and largest Navy, Millions of troops stationed all across the Globe poised for attack.

Fear these guys.
scattering your resources all over the world is a different ball game. China is just one large country and not the entire world. Only US cannot handle the pressure China and Russia will bring upon the world. The saddest part is the war will be fought on Taiwanese soil.

The US we know but China we don't know yet. It is as simple as that. Chinese man has one couple one child policy and virtually everybody there is their father's only child. But America has people from all overghe world and more than one child per couple.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Russia Captures 3 More Territories In Ukraine As Fierce Battle Rages In The East by RepoMan007: 4:52pm On May 29, 2022

All bark and no bite. It seems China has been taking advice from Russia, the Russians are deceiving China, trust me on this one America will clap China with dem toys (No contest). But Jokes apart US sees China as its main competitor and this is an opportunity to put the competition behind dem.

I don't know why these countries keep underestimating US, those guys spend about a trillion dollars on its defense annually.

China should take a chill pill, we love China.
A big mistake. What you pay doesn't really determine what you get in military equipment acquisition. There are few trusted manufacturers and that leaves room for monopoly or high prices. The army with most financial discipline will carry the advantage.

Programming › Re: The Only Solution To Nigeria Problems Is Division So That Every Region Should Be by RepoMan007:
There are good reasons to go out separate way and there are also good reasons to remain together.

Reasons to go separate
1. We don't like our selves and this creates growth-slowing division whenever we attempt to do big things that depend of division of labour principle.
2. Corruption. It means many people are stealing from the system or regions considered not theirs instead of contributing to it.

Reasons to remain as one unit with regions
1. Security. Look at Ukraine vs Russia. Russia wouldnt have tried to invade if Ukraine was as big and as strong as Russia economically, militarily and human resource wise. So before we shout about total break up, think about you neighbours who may become you enemies tomorrow.
What is the point breaking apart then trying to form a defence alliance like NATO or an economic alliance like ECOWAS again?
2. Economic identity. Example is the conservative north that frown outside(though smiles inside) about alcohol. The south can maintain their alcohol businesses while the north maintain their own conservation.
3. Remaining one with regions will reduce the laziness culture that thrives on institutionalized robberies of resource rich regions to pay professional rent seekers.
4. Regions will help solve local refining problem because there will be no more talk of a partial FG favouring a region. You dictate how businneses come in and what they do but pay commission to FG.
