Please are booklets available now? Has anyone gotten his/her passport recently.

An investment was terminated recently for a project which there are receipts to show for. Despite the huge withdrawals, the bal will still suffice for application. Will it be an issue by them querying why spending more than what is expected in a month? Will they query the bulk amount dropped in d acc despite explaining in cover letter?

Kindly respond to my request please. They are 100ft by 40ft.

It's clear now.

However, the dimensions you gave as 43 feet (12.9 metres) by 35.5 feet (10.7 metres) can not in any way accommodate this kind of design, 8 units of 2 bedroom apartments.

I advise you to get the right dimensions, length and breadth, of the building in order to get the answers you seek.

Search for "how many blocks you might need for your building or fence" or so, you will find the formula to calculate the numbers of blocks you might need,.... for cement, a bag could set about 60-70 blocks, just divide total of blocks with a number between 60-70 to have an idea of numbers of cement......for the column/pillars, it depends on the sizes tho..... I will leave that for the experts in building.

Note: This may not be accurate, always make provision for unforseen circumstances.

Total will be 8 units, 4done below and another 4above decking. Remember its been long i did four below.

There will be two units flats left and two units flats right making total of 4. The entrances are sideways.

All are 4units of two bedroom, parlour but no dinning, with kitchen and three toilets of 5fts each. The parlour is 11-12each and rooms are10-11fts each too. I cant remember the kitchen. But all entrances are sideways.

Ths si much, i later went to zenith and requesting i register on remita to generate a code which i will present at the bank for processing. Let me follow that route and see how it goes.

Most payment platforms ask for your pin then send you and otp to use in completing the transaction.

You can use 6" block on the first floor cos it will give you more space but i will recommend 9" for the external walls and 6" for the internal partitions.
On the columns(pillars) i wont advice you reduce them cos it depends on the position and load they are carrying. Why not get an engineer to critically check and see if they can be reduced without affecting the structural stability of the building.

Since this is a commercial building, and we are expecting about six families to occupy the building, maintaining the flow is the major factor to consider. Some families are not as careful as others and so people throw sanitary pads, hard papers and even clothes into the water cistern or other pipes and it gets blocked. That's a major problem for a property housing six families.

If it were to be conduit piping, a serous blockage might be more difficult to correct, pipes will have to be removed from walls which may be broken into, imagine the inconvenience, the smell and the health risks.

So we usually do surface piping on commercial buildings because of the risks of blockage, and use conduit piping for single occupant duplexes. Thanks.

Like how many blocks to use, number of cements, bricklayer construction fee, no of tons of sand, please only to construct the blocks their pillars. Is it advisable to use ordinary sharp sand without using the yellow sharp sand.

Hello house, please can I use 6inches block on a decking with 1 feet shootout even though i used 9inches all through at the ground floor? I used 35 pillars at the ground floor flats, can i reduce them to 20pillars at upper part flats of decking?
