Thank you Royalmu, I don't intend paying extra cos I have all my documents as soft copies and it's unfair for the centre to subject applicants to mandatory service of assisted service. I see this as a form of extortion which I don't intend to pay and I am scared of loss or omission of documents at the centre while assisting to upload. Is there other way I can achieve this self service with an appointment date? In fact there page even encourages self upload so as to hasten service at the centre. Any other way to achieve this? |
Good morning, please I have been trying to book appointment at Ikeja office with self service but no date available. Advise me on the best way to choose the date. Can I sign out and sign in later to choose the date? Will it have consequence if I sign out without choosing the date and sign later? Can I choose assisted service to choose the date and upload documents myself and on getting to the centre I notify them I have already uploaded without paying. Will they mandate the payment even though I have uploaded. Please advise. |
Thanks so much. I am in contact and I have gotten the passport number. Can you please help me with convenient way to pay for tourist visa fee. Also does anyone know the closest appointment date? [1quote author=Nchabuomo post=108901157] If the person is on a visa then they are not permanent. If you are in contact with the person then get their passport number and add it there. If not then click I am not in contact with my relative.
|
What option do i choose having a relative with tier 2 visa presently in uk and working permanently as health officer.
|
Does a relative with tier2 visa and living in UK be categorised as having a permanent visa. Or what to be picked at where they ask "do you have a relative in UK? Yes. What do i choose from these options: They have a temporary visa They have a permanent visa They cannot be contacted They don't have a visa but living in UK. |
You can do a review on this application by highlighting your points and stating the reason why the decision was wrongly made. Eco judges based on info you give. I believe if you try to review, you might be lucky and it won't cost you anything. Read back the thread to see how those successful were able to pull through. If na me i will not gree till i can see they have decided justly. Kelebabaj: |

There is a great relationship with all landlords, CDA committees, some of omo onile families etc except these 3 boys which everyone complain about them, they don't ask but harass to collect and rudely. n3xt: |
Thanks everyone for your contributions. Please note that they are two types. The families that sold the land are entitled and still collect money for roofing, foundation, and decking from buyers. These 3 miscreants collect and harass the artisans which they pay them as well for their personal pockets. They went to beat the artisans unjustly requesting for money already paid by the buyer to the omo onile family. The family cautioned these miscreants but never listened at that point. Infact some of the families stated the law should take its cause since they are nuisances. These miscreants called the Bricklayers back after a week to get their working tools and collected money from them. It's so upsetting for the maltreatment and seeking for best way to handle this case. N.B these guys still parade the site everyday till now thinking they are above the law. [ quote author=rmx post=105474954] Wisdom . Everything is not fight fight . They even fight off rival groups after that . The koko Na make God bless person to overlook some of this Shina . It is what it is
|
Lol. I am rolling on the floor despite feeling so sad and thinking of how to caution them legally and to stay clear from the land. n3xt: |
The Baale is a young man who a member of their family as well. I already reported them to the chairman of that family, who in person claims the miscreants can't be controļed by him and some family members anymore. N.B: These touts were contracted by them against other parties to claim these lands. micgray100: |
How did he go about it? twinskenny: |

Hello house. Please advise on the step to take. There is a building built to carcass and set for roofing but abandoned for over 5 years and infested with mighty termites houses and big trees but all were cleared within days. Bricklayers were contacted to screed the floor to avoid further tree growths and termites. Within days, 3 miscreants calling themselves Ajagungbale were disturbing and stopped them from working until the owner pays for german floor. They beat them with all sort of things and siezed their working tools. The family that contracted the 3 men to the lands distanced themselves from these acts and asked the Bricklayers to continue working but the 3 men are still threatening and collected money from the artisans. Please advise on legal and effective action to take on these 3 men. |
Good day all, kindly assist with the least number of days to state for a visit visa or appropriate no of days, self sponsor with hotel booking and disposable income a bit less than 300k considering the covid bohaha. Any success rate to apply by Sept against November trip? Can I apply with 5months statement of acc and present 6 months payslips? Is 560k appropriate to claim to be spent for the trip for those no of days? Kindly advise the best. I have been issued before but could not travel due to covid. I am asking due to unnecessary denials recently and covid protocols. |
Yes. They emphasise more on dob and red flag for denial. Visit waec office with your birth certificate and application letter notifying them the error. Once confirmed by waec your correct dob, they give you a temporary notification in form of letter which u can still use for your application pending the original certificate is ready. temi3131: |
Like i said earlier its their negligence. You did all the needful. Your file might be at the query /record unit or i forgot the name. Let me tell u, different units for different roles. Its possible your payment hasnt been confirmed or remitted at the account section. Due process is for the capturing unit to push your file to record unit with a query on the file stating NRF. Its now left for the record officer to minute on it and verify your payment at account unit. Once its verified, your file is being transfered back to capturing unit for process. Trust me someone is being lazy to push the files for due process or due to back locks. Solution: You are not to pay a dime, find a way of entering NIS centre and ask to see PCO or servicom or create a scene. You will be sorted. It is your civil right. tP baba2unday: |
Nothing serious about dat. It's mostly non verification of applicant's funds at their account section so as to proceed with passport process. I believe DIY applicants experience it most. I did and tackled them same day of collection before my passport was produced. Though it was not the time of scarcity. They are in the best position to elaborate on the cause of NRF since you did the needful. Go back dr and insist they explain better and solution. Better still visit servicom. baba2unday: |
What a great and neat job done. I read from beginning to the end and so glad to come across this page. I have a similar project of 8 units of 2 bedroom flats i.e 4 flats up and down with 1 unit of room and parlour as bq. I am at the stage of Plastering. The size is 95ft length and 35 ft breadth. Bq 13 by 27 ft. Kindly assist with no of cements I can use for plastering exterior, interior, and decking ,staircase wall demarcation. No of days it could take to complete the plastering. Idea of what the cost of labour should be. No of 20 tons of sharp sand and plaster sand. I will appreciate your response. |
Kindly contact a lawyer friend of mine who can advice professionally and assist to avoid demolition. I assure you no cause for alarm. Zero eight zero five six one four four seven zero two. The moment you contact him he will take it up for you with sincerity without loosing you sweat. You can Google his profile as well for verification after contacting him. quote author=Moneyboyz post=100137088]I bought this land last year and developed it this year, Still paying some debts I owe cause the money I had couldn't take it to roofing level so I had to borrow to complete it once and for all. I'm still praying for God to provide so I can pay off debts and get money to roof the 3 bedroom flat when I received a call from the person I put in charge that people from the ministry of housing are about to demolish the whole house in that area in 7 days. As I am right now I'm not feeling alright, I don't know what might happen to me if this eventually happens cause na my life savings I put for there. Property located in ifo/arigbajo Ogun state.
|

Hello house, please can you advice if to apply for UK tourist visa now? Travel date to be stated in application will be early march though I can travel middle of the year when granted. Note. I was issued visa before but couldn't go cos of covid. Can I use stmnt of account dated middle Dec due to the several transactions I did late Dec which embassy might not understand. I don't know anyone in UK. If I don't apply now it might take another 7months. I have all documents ready now. |
Kindly let me share this! I was able to get my passport at festac office few days ago. Though I experienced delay during capturing but one of the servicom officials assisted. On the day of collection I was told "Record not Found" which made me wonder after weeks to pick passport, I was told this. I was furious and felt frustrated, but some of the officials (Andy Uzo and Mrs Enwerem) took it up to assure me it would be sorted cos I submitted all necessary docs. Also, I was invited by the PCO a lovely woman as well who assured me I would get it that same day and that she encourages DIY. Please all help me tag NIS twitter and commend Officer Andy for his exceptional service that day. I got the passport within 15 mins after. Though he had his other official assignments, but he took up the case. |
To the best of my knowledge this is just a flimsy excuse which I believe you can tackle and win. Kindly send a detailed mail explaining the education system in Nigeria especially the ongoing ASUU Strike, pandemic and endsars which hindered smooth educational system. Explain there is no possibility of abandoning over 5years of sweat studying so as to over stay in UK. Search for the email addresses to send the mail to on this thread, I can't flip through not to miss these points. If it was me, I will state all this without any reapplication till I am justified. No time to waste money. Remember I went through route of denial with flimsy excuse, addressed with them and was granted. Ire o. taolut: |
I never used such. It was standard e-p LightOnScams: |
I contacted NIS officer for standard pp but was told an amount almost 30k though I begged for a discount which officer said a discount of 1k.I came across this thread and read testimonies on DIY. I was determined to DIY and still nervous cos they might frustrate knowing you are DIY. I applied online, printed all docs, app letter and necessary docs as I read here. I just walked in to servicom straight at 7.48am without looking back or at anyone. I met nice women who attended to me and I waited to capture the same day. Though I was delayed cos so many were called in but I stood my ground and approached officers calling names. Though one of the servicom women I met earlier eventually helped me to fast track the process. I left 12.54pm and to pick up 2wks time. . Done at Festac, standard e-pp. Thx all. |
Please where is this location in ikorodu for that cost and can we see how the windows look like? rotecch77: |
Wow, did you mean seven months ago or 7minutes ago and please how was your experience. I will appreciate your advice following that route. I am closer to festac ucvin: |
Can someone please help me with the cost of obtaining NIN in order to process the new e-passport. With the scarcity of booklet is there a probability of issuing old passport without NIN once they are available? If so, whuch passport office in Lagos you recommend. |
Can you please advice on format/designs on how to demarcate this step to prevent invading tenants privacy on both left and right. Abeg help with your ideas. |
