As one of the silent readers, i feel the need to comment here. A river never flows backwards, but it's path can be altered by a higher power. He who invokes rain should also be ready to bear the thunder and lightning that comes with it.

To those who doubt the efficacy of charms or juju, this is one of the reasons no one will want to show you proof; it comes with a heavy price tag and thunderstorms, long after you are done enjoying the benefits.

I happened to school in Lagos, during the era of inter school clashes. I saw a lot of things that can't be explained because it defies logical reasoning. But that's a story for another day.

I had a beautiful Hausa friend in Secondary school whose dad could disappear and reappear in a different location in times of trouble or on his own volition. Sometimes to come warn her of danger.

During the OPC vs Hausa riot in Lagos, her dad came to the class to pick her up. How he passed through the numerous stop and search checkpoints mounted by OPC is what i can't tell. I saw a lot of dead bodies on my way home that same day.

Now to the main point of my narrative, my friend once requested for same protection and her dad sternly said NO. That for everytime he disappears and reappears, his spirit will trek the same distance to and fro while he is asleep and he will wake up sick for about 2 weeks.

That's the price tag. Now what's the thunderstorm that follows? That trekking his spirit does shortens his life span. Now such a man will never, i repeat never disappear just to prove to you that his charm works because he will be paying with his health and life.

I would have love to share some paranormal experiences i had while travelling with my dad before the era of bank transfers. When igbo men travel to and fro from Lagos to Onitsha to Aba or PH with liquid cash in bags and suitcases. But no strength to type.

Anybody that say there's nothing like juju, just ignore the person. Don't argue because even the bible said: "A carnal mind will never understand the things of the spirit." Just Say No to Cultism. It leads you to seek for powers to protect yourself and the end is destruction thereof.

Good day Nairalanders, I have been married for just a year now and it has not been easy here! My Husband wants to know every thing about my finance. He has disturbed me to know how much is my salary worth of.

I have always denied him of the fact, what I know is that I used my money to refurbish our flat, got some new things to change the outlook of the place....

But I am not really finding it funny any longer. As we speak, he collected my ATM card since last two weeks, said I must tell him the pin or I should forget having it back. I went to my bank, told them that I lost the card and they changed it for me last Friday and he collected it again said it's either I tell him the pin or he will do something funny ...

I don't know what funny thing he's gonna do but I am worried! Pls is this how marriage is?
He claims to own me and own my salary! Is it fair? This marriage is too early instead I would have quit and I am pregnant at the moment!
