There are too many religious zealots that use the Bible as a tool to manipulate and physcologically torture people.

These trash trawl the Bible looking to find chapters that can be adapted and used to brand otherwise normal people as sinners.

The sad and pathetic thing is that they do not follow the teachings of the fairy story books themselves, they just use it as a weapon against normal human beings,

Religion takes in billions of dollars, they pay no taxes, and they always need a little more. Now, you talk about a good bullshit story. Holy Shit!

Something is wrong here. War, disease, death, destruction, hunger, filth, poverty, torture, crime, corruption, and the Ice Capades. Something is definitely wrong. This is not good work. If this is the best God can do, I am not impressed. Results like these do not belong on the résumé of a Supreme Being. This is the kind of shit you'd expect from an office temp with a bad attitude. And just between you and me, in any decently-run universe, this guy would've been out on his all-powerful ass a long time ago. And by the way, I say "this guy", because I firmly believe, looking at these results, that if there is a God, it has to be a man.

And for those of you who look to The Bible for moral lessons and literary qualities, I might suggest a couple of other stories for you. You might want to look at the Three Little Pigs, that's a good one. Has a nice happy ending, I'm sure you'll like that. Then there's Little Red Riding Hood, although it does have that X-rated part where the Big Bad Wolf actually eats the grandmother. Which I didn't care for, by the way. And finally, I've always drawn a great deal of moral comfort from Humpty Dumpty. The part I like the best? "All the king's horses and all the king's men couldn't put Humpty Dumpty back together again." That's because there is no Humpty Dumpty, and there is no God. None, not one, no God, never was.

You base all of your arguments on passages from the Bible which has been written, re-written and misinterprated thousands of times over the years. How can you be so convinced on the validity of your claims from only the writings of a manmade book of stories?

Don't get me wrong I admire the depth and trouble you have gone to the give your answers but they are based upon a less than credible information source that has ben proven to contain hundreds of contradictions and mistakes!

The Bible was written by man and even though some of the stories are cute and carry sensible messages relating to how to treat people and live out lives, it is definitely not a handbook on sex and sexual relationships.

It is irresponsible to base ones sex life on a man written book like the Bible. It is no different to somebody having sex on the basis of what is written in any of the Harry Potter books. Utter nonsense.

We should not mix religion and sex. It is not a healthy practice at all and can lead to many problems and hang-ups.

Take for an example the Vatican's irresponsible actions over the use of condoms, even though there is an aids epidemic spreading across Africa. Religion and sex should be clearly kept appart. Look at all the priest abusing and raping young children!

The church has not place or right to lecture on the subject of sex.

A good example of the problems caused have been shown by your attitude and writings in this thread. You have decided to link passages in the Bible to whether or not you give someone a Mouth Gig!
