Have something to be focused on:

It could be a skill (tailoring, barbing) or a course, or an idea you need to propagate by writing. What have you.

2) Know what not to focus on:

Right here is key
You can't focus on being a mentally sound human when during your leisure, you're busy listening to depressing songs, or watch movies that show gun, violence and drugs

Funny enough, the people who watch series like Power or 'action movies' are those set of people who will lock their doors shut and stay indoors when they find out there is cultist clash outside.

Shouldn't you be outside on a queue to receive a bullet in your head, same way you watch your favorite actor/actress do it to their imaginary enemies?

To Those who dedicate their time to watch movies about drug sex and violence...

Does your father have to be on the receiving end of drug addiction or your mom and sisters on the receiving end of treating ST infection brought about by selling their body to be able to afford the drugs they can't live without, before you realize how damaging the content you watch is and can be?

You don't want it into your life?
Then keep it far away from you.

To summarize no 2, the pot color is the least of the competent chef's problem

The house color is the least of the competent architect's problem

Hi

You made mention of Helios Orbs. What's it about?
Is there any reference material I can read about it on

obiekunie01:
They were using HELIOS ORBS to light their streets and homes.

electricity distribution was wireless then.

It's recommended to buy the books you would love to read from the right channels, because:

1) It's your means to support authors for their time and value to your life through their content

2) Your means to give the book value before reading

3) It curtails stealing because you're not a thief: taking what wasn't given, rightfully.

Hello Sir. Trust this meets you well

Concerning Jesus choosing his disciples, what was the purpose of choosing 12 men to teach his principles?

2) Jesus taught his disciples with the hopes that they would learn what he know and rise to the level he is. Does that mean the miracles that Jesus performed can be learned?

Can Jesus knowledge be learnt? Or can it only be taught by Jesus?

3) Concerning Israel being God's chosen people, was there a criteria for this?
Seems like a segregation of other tribes?

Did the whole of isreal swear themselves to God or did God pick them as his chosen tribe?

4) could you please tell me how one can shut off the brain naturally.
