MNK, didn't need to be extradited. He was neither on asylum in UK nor in Kenya. So there was no need to follow the normal extradition process. He simply ran away to UK without seeking asylum from them. Persons of political interest usually run to a country and seek asylum, and if the country in question accepts, then to get him back to the country where he is wanted, you would have to follow the extradition process.
The Fg of Nigeria can simply pick him up from any country ( including the UK) by just merely following the basic rules of arrest and deportation with even a subtle cooperation of the host country. Naturally, the processes of extradition doesn't apply here.
MNK made mistakes. He should have presented himself as a political person of interest in UK or Kenya and sought asylum in UK.
I'm not certain he did this.

maam do you know uscis has the man's info and if he didn't put that child's name when he was getting his citizenship he will have to DNA test to prove its his. Get the death cert of the dad or proof etc of that's not possible just let them know ( difficult for them to admit that though) and go to ministry of women's affairs.

I think we need to get this right not just for the OP but for others in the future. In Nigeria, adoption is a legal term when a couple is involved in taking a child over. It doesn't apply here because the OP is the biological mother of the child. I think for immigration purposes she can migrate with her son especially as he is a minor.I don't think our law recognizes the adoption the OP is suggesting. The son is a step-son to her husband hence can be granted immigration visa on that basis.
