hey make dem de hammer church members de buy private jet of 25 million usd....imagine NA SO WE HEAR SAY DAVIDO DON BUY JE....BIG HOAX..... Buying a private jet no be beans. Even the super-wealthy cringe at the idea. Some super-wealthy individuals, who actually might be able to afford one, do not consider it a wise financial decision. Sean “P Diddy” Combs, the Forbes-listed hip-hop mogul, not too long ago admitted that he could not afford owning a complete private plane. Well, he does actually own a wing of a private jet. He co-owns it with someone else. It was recently rumoured that mega-star Celine Dion’s Bombardier BD 700 Global Express XRS was put up for sale, ostensibly, due to the high maintenance cost. Now, back to the Davido’s jet acquisition claim. Until we see the aircraft “kororo” at MMIA, together with the documentation bearing his name, it remains just a rumour. However, here are a few things you should know about how much it costs to own and maintain a Challenger 605. 1. To buy a brand new Bombardier Challenger 605 be ready to part with approximately $27m. 2. If you cannot afford a brand new one, you could settle for a tokunbo (used) one. A used vintage 605 goes for $15m. 3. The cost of flying a private jet depends on the number of hours it flies and the nautical miles it travels. For instance, if it travels 175,000 nautical miles and 423 hours per year, owners should anticipate variable expenses of $1,515,813 annually. 4. The greatest chunk of the expenses on a 605 is spent on fueling it. Actually, about 65% of the cost of operating a 605 it is spent on fueling it. 5. The cost of fueling a 605 is estimated at $2,346 per hour out of a total variable cost of $3,583 per hour. 6. The 605 is estimated to use 329 gallons of fuel per hour. 7. So, in a singe year, the total cost of ownership of the Bombardier Challenger 605 is $3,481,595 including market depreciation of ($1,240,920) or $5,342,974 including book depreciation of $3,102,300. Both figures include fixed costs per year of $724,861. 8. Here is a summary of the cost involved in owning and maintaining a Challenger 605. which dem say Davido Buy .... Crew Salaries – Captain $138,000 Crew Salaries – Co Pilot $95,000 Crew Salaries – Flight Attendant $75,000 Crew Salaries – Benefits $92,400 Hangar – Typical $59,900 Insurance – Hull $31,023 Insurance – Single Limit Liability $12,500 Recurrent Training $66,800 Aircraft Modernization $33,333 Navigation Chart Service $15,205 Refurbishing $94,500 Computer Maintenance Program $10,500 Weather Service $700 Total Fixed Cost per Year $724,861 SO THIS IS HOW OYEDEPO N ADEBOYE N OYAHKILOME...spend much on maintaining a jet ...shame to them Good Reasons To Consider Flying First Class https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lNUhnouO7M4 |

Beyond having the money to fly first class, there are so many perks associated with flying first class. While you're trying to get to sleep alongside a couple of strangers on many international flights, those at the front are lying on a bed in a private cabin. I highlights reasons to consider flying first class. Less stress If long lines for security checks and crowds of passengers waiting to board the flight annoy you, a first-class flight will be an enjoyable escape from the stress and inconvenience of air travel. The check-in is faster with priority screening at many airports and priority boarding at the gate. You do not arrive at your destination exhausted On a two hour flight this doesn’t make much of a difference, but if you travel halfway around the world you know exactly how it feels to arrive at your destination absolutely exhausted. Instead of being cramped into a small seat with very little leg room, you will have enough space to relax if you fly first class. Free food and drinks Many do not necessarily fly because of food. Regardless, it won't be a bad idea if you are served some nice, tasty meal while flying. So, it’s a pleasurable change to sit in first class and be free to order whatever you want. Opportunity to work It depends on your reasons for traveling but having the opportunity to work comfortably can be very valuable for certain travelers. With plenty of space, power outlets, and often free wifi, getting some work done or even planning a meeting while on a flight all of a sudden becomes very easy. Networking opportunities For business travelers, a flight can turn into a great opportunity to develop their business network. As a first class or business class passenger, you will often find yourself surrounded by successful business people and can end up having some very interesting conversations. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lNUhnouO7M4 cc -Lalasticlala Mynd44 Ishilove Marpol Semid4lyfe Obinoscopy Seun |

You’ve no doubt heard many tales about food and nutrition: which foods to avoid and which to gorge on, which are carcinogenic and which cause acne. But not all should be taken at face value! i share some of the most common food myths, Microwaving food kills nutrients Nutrient loss in food is actually caused by heat and the amount of time you’re cooking the food. Microwaving uses less heat than conventional cooking methods and is often a lot quicker, so this method actually helps keep nutrient loss to a minimum. You should drink eight glasses of water every day This advice has been around for years, without any substance. However, it has been found that drinking eight glasses of water each day is not a medical recommendation, nor is there any scientific health benefits behind the advice. Simply be your own judge on your water intake. A glass of wine every day is good for your health Although wine – especially red wine – contains antioxidants that protect against cardiovascular disease and cancer, daily consumption of alcohol can damage the liver. For women, it increases the risk of breast cancer because alcohol disrupts the body’s ability to absorb folic acid, a B-vitamin with anti-cancer properties. Eating calories at night cause weight gain The time of day that you eat does not affect your body’s ability to digest foods. It’s not so much about when you eat but rather how much and what. Late night eating is commonly linked to stress. On top of that, eating high-calorie, high-fat snacks late at night makes it harder to sleep, and ultimately leads to overeating the next day. Carbohydrates make you fat You must have been told severally to avoid carbohydrates because they can make you add weight. Don’t’ fall for this. Carbohydrates are a really important part of a balanced diet. In fact, all fruits, vegetables, bread, grains, and sugars contain carbohydrates, and our bodies need them to function. Different carbohydrates have different nutritional values, and there are plenty of healthy options to choose to ensure you’re getting a range of other benefits. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2018/05/common-food-myths-really-not-true/ |
