I had to dig my car out of 1 meter snow the other day, it was no fun.

This is the snow in Finland. But we have services to handle it and winter tires are mandatory so no one had to push cars. We just have to shovel it out and clean the snow with a long brush off the car body if it snows too much overnight.

I’m really hoping that these people will face justice. The delay is that this cabal has been in place for decades, they made themselves untouchable, until now. It’s so much worse. I began following the 2016 election after Wikileaks came out with the hacked Podesta emails. There’s child abuse accusations against the Clinton Foundation in an unsealed US indictment right now. These people have been trafficking children etc. The Uranium 1 scandal and The Fast and the Furious scandal are going to have far reaching reprocussions for Democrats in the US and many foreign self interest groups like George Soros. That’s why the media is shilling so hard against the President, he’s dismantling the Organization behind 9-11, the gulf war, the Afghan War, the takeover of Lybia and killing of Gaddafi, and subsequent murder of US operatives in the Lybian embassy, all because of their connection to State Department sales to ISIS that were traced to a US State Department weapons cache, after the serial number of a missile used to down a US chopper was recovered from the wreckage. These people are funding ISIS, they don’t benefit from peace in Africa and the Middle East. Trump is dismantling all that, their fingers are clawing onto a hold of the US Congress, where they gained votes by fraud and trickery. We’ll be seeing more of those indictments unsealed soon.

And what happened to the Podestas and Clinton foundation? What happened to the Pizza guy (Alefantis)? Why didn't Trump order investigations on them?
The whole pizza thing looked creepy as hell and Podesta donations to the pizza place were all on the federal election donations site.
Podesta himself paraded his sick artwork collection to magazines. But why didn't Trump go after them after winning the election?
I have no doubt Podestas and and Alefantis were up to no good and likely to be trafficking/raping children but the whole thing died out after the elections and forgotten. No investigations on the Haiti child trafficking allegations, either.

He can't, we got the locks changed and my realtor told the neighbors to call the police if he shows up. He has threatened to burn the house down, too. I am hoping to get it in shape and rented out before February. He hasn't been back for weeks. Might have abandoned the place.

It looks much better now, there is no structural damage and no water damage. Which is good. But it will still cost to fix all the accrued damage. I calculated renting it out will recoup all the expenses in about 1.5 years.

This is what it looks like after they removed all the trash. That was not cheap. It cost a lot (money I don't have, I took a loan) the realtor lady said it was completely infested with giant roaches and flies, but once all the trash is gone and pest control comes and fogs the house, there will be none left.

They hauled out all the appliances since they were rotten and filthy beyond any hope. There will be a lot of fixing. These people did a wonderful job removing all the heaps of trash. Neighbors had told them he was living in that trash for 2 years and threatening to shoot people if they come near.

Some vultures tried to convince me to sell it as-is, but that will mean I will take a HUGE loss. No no just no. I worked my arse off for a decade and a half and put too much money in that house to give it away. I will fix it and rent it out. There is a lot of stress to deal with and renovating a house is not easy to oversee even when you are in town, let alone overseas.

A friend who has been in real estate business told me it's crazy to try to fix it remotely, from half a world away, contractors will rip me off and not do a good job, I am better off writing it off selling as-is. I said no, no and no. I am not giving away my life's savings. Ex husband already stole all of my savings, I will get this fixed and sell it only after it appreciates a significant amount.

People think I'm crazy but I am not listening. I prayed to the gods and they sent me an angel (a superstar realtor lady) who found the low cost and great contractors, and not above normal market rate. I researched everything and what it costs to do all the items of renovation (including trash removal) and the quotes she got me were the same as the normal market rate. So no rip-offs.
Results look good so far.

A total of 39,506 people applied for a spot in Harvard University’s undergraduate class of 2021, and just 2,037 were accepted — that’s an acceptance rate of roughly 5.2 percent. Zero students were accepted off the waitlist.

Now, imagine earning one of those coveted spots after spending your early years moving between homeless shelters, a hospital bed and motel rooms. That’s what Richard Jenkins was doing when, in grade school, he became so committed to academics that he went on to become the valedictorian of his high school and earn a spot at Harvard.

In an interview with Philadelphia public radio station WHYY, Jenkins recalls being ashamed of his upbringing. “In the sixth grade, one time I was walking from school with my friend, and he was asking me where I lived,” he recalled. “The shelter looked like a big house — it could have been a mansion. So I told him, ‘Yeah, that’s my house right there,’ because I was so embarrassed to say I lived in a shelter.”

The moment inspired him to focus on school, despite bullies who nicknamed him “Harvard.”

“That’s when I realized I’ve got to buckle in, because I can’t have my potential kids going through what I’m going through now,” he explained.

Indeed, Jenkins did buckle in. In middle school, he attended a non-profit after-school program called Mighty Writers that helps students with their writing skills. With the program’s support, Jenkins began the competitive application process to attend a selective high school, marking a difficult time in the young man’s life.

“My migraines started in the eighth grade because of all of the stress I was dealing with at the time. There was a lot of pressure to get into high school and succeed. And then my dad had a heart attack,” he recalls for WHYY.

Jenkins’ condition worsened and he ended up spending significant time in the hospital, sometimes for weeks at a time. “I was eventually able to fight through it and get my work done because, at the end of the day, that was what was the most important to me,” he says.

That work paid off, and he was accepted at Girard College, a full-scholarship boarding high school for students from single-parent families with limited financial resources.

At Girard, he earned straight-A’s, took college classes, held an internship at a tech startup and was named his class valedictorian. He applied to several schools, including three in the Ivy League. He was waitlisted at the University of Pennsylvania, rejected by Yale and accepted by Harvard.

When he read the good news, Jenkins says he threw his phone in disbelief.

Jenkins plans to major in computer science at Harvard with the goal of inventing a “more intuitive Siri.” Since Harvard pays 100 percent of tuition for students from households earning less than $65,000 a year, he will receive a full ride. His godfather started a GoFundMe page to help cover the additional expenses.

“I didn’t realize it was a possibility until last year,” he tells CNBC Make It. “My goal has always been to go to a school where I wouldn’t have to pay and where I wouldn’t graduate with debt.” He assumed this would mean he would attend a smaller school nearby.

I’m most excited about the opportunity to expand my knowledge, because there’s so much history inside Harvard’s halls and so many people from different backgrounds, and I think it’s the perfect place to cultivate a mind,” he says.

Looking back on his experience, Jenkins says he wishes he had been less hard on himself, and also thinks that schools could better support students going through situations like his by offering a more open line of dialogue between kids and teachers. “I think that having more communicative teachers is important, because just having someone to talk to can make a huge difference,” he tells CNBC Make It.

Soon, Jenkins will speak at his high school graduation and he plans to talk to his class about the importance of responsibility. His advice for other students is to figure out what they want out of life, focus and never give up.

“My drive comes from just wanting to see myself and my family be in a better situation and I do think drive is important for everybody, but what’s more important is that once you find what it is that you want, you have to keep working for it,” he says. “People may think that they’ve done enough, but it’s never enough.”

Rip to the dead. Never go in the ocean if you don't know how to swim. Always research if there is rip-tidecurrents in the region and learn how to get out of them. If you are caught in a rip-tide and aren't requested about it, you will drown.

Don't swim in turbulent waters and learn about the currents cause strong currents can kill you even in calm water. Don't go too far without a snorkel and fins.

carrying a crossbow around is both unethical as it is strange. Imagine carrying a crossbow to work? Looks and sounds strange right?.
Take some judo and karate classes on self defense. You might never know when you'd need them (your life could be on the line)
Also get some thing lethal but less pronounced like pepper spray. It helps a lot( it has helped me once)

Not carrying but keeping at home and car in case.
I can't learn martial arts cause of a disability I have.
If I could I would.
The possibility of him making such a long trip to go after me is low, though.
I will report the threats and such to the authorities here, if it's possible to get him denied entry to the country. Looking into the options.

I live thousands of miles away from my family, too. They are not in any position to do anything. If they had any power to do anything I'd bite the embarassment and tell them. But all of the friends I have in Texas know everything.

As long as he's alive and free, your life is in danger, it doesn't matter how long you'll run.

Met him through mutual friends. He wasn't a psycho then, though, quite the opposite. He had a reputation as a good Samaritan. Helping everyone in need, protector of the weak, he also helped me with a lot of difficult things and gave me support when I battled with chronic illness. Who could guess? None of his close friends had any idea, either.

I am trying to get him arrested for possible child rape, cause he nearly admitted that to the woman he kidnapped and raped. He said he did "something horrible" and his little nephew took his own life. A 9 year old child. If they don't open a case with this, I will lose all faith in the American law enforcement.

I relocated to Europe and we aren't allowed to get guns here. I can get a crossbow though, there are no restriction on non-firearms. Crossbow is just as deadly and no permits are required, just some marksman skills.
