Napolean:
Daar communication I think should have gotten their act together and produce decent programmes that are of high standard before selling some stock to the public. I was not interested in their pp last year and will not be interested in their IPO next month.

The number of shares being sold are small and because people like buying I expect mass over subscription and return of money. High price then medium stabilization. Not much action until  quarterly results get released then a big PO  in a couple of years with lots of shares being sold and the price heading south or not changing much.

Anyway what I wanted to upload was the financials and some projections I received from Multilink last month on a USB. It does not mention the pp as it is going to be very private later this year. The entry price I have been told will be quite high- but I do not expect this to stay as MTN’s didn’t. I found the projection quite interesting but I am yet to determine how realistic. Anybody interested I am sure can obtain the same info I received by contacting them.

Interswitch will release their documents later (within 12 weeks) and one of the firms it is likely to place through is WSTC.

Starcomms- IBTC.

I did try that mega upload site but  I’m not sure what I did wrong. Then when I wanted to download what I thought I had uploaded it would count down it seconds then show me nothing. I gave up. But Pumping and Roughcut thanks for trying to guide me.

I did not get time to do my thread. It is not important anyway. I will try and log in over the week end and start.  Must go now, thank you.
Oga me, u are too much. Please permit me to be your Goddaughter cos i like to follow connected people.U have a lot of insider information and for  u to say u dey for that Thisday Award, it shows that u are a big player cos i passed the place that Sunday and i know the kind of cars wey i see there. Please don't forget me incase of small pp.

I assume that the person that posted this Topic is a guy and that's why the Topic is "What Do I Give Her For Vals Day?''Anyway, i am a babe and i think the best present u can give her apart from gift is your presence. Some guys in trying to double date will tell their babe they have a meeting or have to be somewhere but meanwhile they are just letting another babe know they are more special.

Happy Vals Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Omo, d day don come.

Hello Gurus, please i plan to buy shares(P.O) in my Business name but because i don't have a company seal, i intend to just write the name like an individual .hope it won't affect me.Like if my company name is Joy Peters.I intend to open a CSCS account as an individual with it and when i am buying IPO since they are fond of returning money, to write it as an individual because there is a space for companies and i would need a seal which i don't have. Please i will await the Lecturer's answers.

Thanks Mr.Risky for helping out but what i am trying to ask as i can see you are online is that i have a business name and a bank account in it and due to all these stories of returned money, i plan to be buying shares in that business name when doing IPO but because on every IPO form, they write that if its corporate ,you must put the company seal, i intend to register the Business name as an individual when i am opening a CSCS account.Hope it wont affect me.

Secondly i bought G T Bank shares sometimes around October from the secondary market,do i qualify  for Dividend given for their 3rd quarter year end?

Thank you

Wanajo smiley
In the same vein, most people relate with cutomer relations staff (marketers) and they assume that they are dealing with the DEALERS. For every brokerage house you use, try to 'meet' those that go to the floor!!! They are key to your success in this business.

I hail u Oga Wanajo. What you said is actually what happens cos my account officer is an office person and knows jack about the shares on offer and bla bla bla and that's how i got my hands burnt in  G T BANK

[Guess you copied this from the SEC website. Well they don't update that website.

Goldlink has concluded the special PP. I posted the allotment details here. 8 people only applied (yes) and were allotted in full!!!! That tells you how special the PP is.

Sovereign Trust I think has concluded their own PP also.

Nigerdock, not sure anything is happening there.

Goodday everybody most especially the Gurus in the House. Please i just have three big questions bugging my mind,if u can just attempt to help me answer. The first is if somebody sells 41,038 Guinneans Insurance at 4.95k which amounts to a total of N203,138.10.How much will be all the charges (commission, sec, broker's fees etc)on this total amount?

Secondly, Now that Dangote has returned all money back, AT WHAT STAGE can we get the dangote flour on the floor.

Lastly, i hear people on the Nairaland trend offering their shares to any interested Nairalander at a discount, how is that possible to see shares to somebody without going through a stockbroker.

Thank u ,while i expect your answers
