Am sure the war in Ukraine is a contributing factor. No more cheap gas from Russia plus too many spending on weapons been donated to Ukraine. Make NATO stop this war before the whole world will enter into recession. |
Any advice |
Greetings friends. Plz for a first timer, which among these two cars will you buy. Putting into consideration fuel economy, cost of maintenance, durability and ease of usage by a car novice. Honda DC and Toyota Corolla. I don't actually have any particular year model in mind yet. Thank you. |
It's obvious that one day, this terminator we have been watching in film will become a reality. Robots trying to wipe away humanity. |
M4A1carbine:Not just Buckingham palace, but pluto sef. The news on the front page about the attack on US embassy staff, got to page 4 under an hour. While the main insecurity that is seriously pushing this country into break up will be barely reported. |
slivertongue:Seriously taking sides.... I even get to understand that it was a broad day light attack and so there is no denial on who the attackers were. But then the govt won't do anything about it. Of the citizens pick up arms now, the military will start harassing them. |
M4A1carbine:It's too bad that even till this morning, the news hasn't made round on SM. This country is in a sorry state. |
successmatters:The thing tire me o. |
Manigie:So sorry bro .. I understand how u feel. My colleague at the office is from Mangu, it really affected him. Was crying at the office all through the afternoon. This is not the type of nation that we want. Too bad. |
Maazieze:Too bad, if u hear the number of people killed, u will be shocked. The security of this nation need to be taken seriously. |
Eye witness information reaching us has it that early this morning, gunmen attacked a village in Mangu LGA Plateau State. Scores of people killed. I have pictures, but too gory to post. From Southern Kaduna to Nasarawa to Benue and Plateau, this same gunmen keep killing and clearing villages yet govt and security agents aren't doing anything serious to stop it. Citizens keep dying like animals yet no media noise about the issue. It's really sad what this nation is turning into. Human lives no longer worth anything in this nation. People die anyhow and govt turn a blind eye to it. |
Every sane Nigeria knows that this current govt finished this country. |
If say na somone from SE talk this one, the whole media aids of the presidency will be blabbing by now. |
Abeg... Who get the MD number, I wan ask if them dey give loan. |
When people say girls have nothing to offer aside their bodies, they will begin to lament. But every day, ladies are just showing to the world that the statement is true. |
Those of you wasting your precious time online attacking your fellow citizens and defending the corrupt politicians. This is the kind of house they and their families will be leaving in.... Whilst you and others will be leaving in low cost areas. |
kutashi:Take a chill... I only sighted an example. And you and I knows that that recording is a fake one.... But that's a topic for another day. |
Asswipemod:The west could have a hand in it, but the people are the willing tool that the West are using. Same way our people are becoming willing tool that our politicians are using to destabilise the nation. |
UnusualEmissary:That's why one needs to be patient. I know a lot of big business men now, who deal in Billions. My boss in office used to tell me that early 2000s, those men used to come to our office in seek of financial services just like a regular customer. But now, they are fully blown and made. Despite the huge salary of my boss, he is no where near those men. If your business successfully stand, over time, you will achieve a growth that you can never achieve even if you grow to a branch manager in the banking sector for instance. |
One of the main reason why you need to start your business early is that you need the cover of your parent or guardian to see you through the years if your start up. After graduation, you are probably still under the care of your parent, that way when your business is still struggling to hold ground, your parent or guardian covers your daily feeding and other expenses, there by safeguarding your business capital. |
The issue with having a job is that initially when you are been paid 100+/200+, you feel it's a big pay. But over time and with slow growth, you discover that you are not making any meaningful progress in life and by then its too late to start afresh or start a sustainable business. |
It will surprise you to know that all these traders you see in market with one or two shops actually make a lot of money, just that because of the way they dressed, people see them as not having much. Imagine traders having shops that gives them average of 10k per day. How many jobs in Nigeria can pay such an amount. |
I don't even know which section to post this topic. But my advice to student and young adults, plz go to school cos school is not scam. But when you graduate from school, forget about looking for a job. Just go and learn a business and start. Even if it means attaching to someone and learning the business/trade for a year or two, mastering it before you start your own. Except the job you are looking for is multinationals or big firm that pay heavily, else you are wasting your time working and by the time you realise, it will be too late. |
codemaniacs:Fulani militia wey dey attack indigenous for a long time now, what has the govt done. |
ada9ja:That is what our f**lish citizens don't know. Our politicians can not campaign successful without using religion and ethnic sentiments, just to stir up emotions. And the blind and poor citizens will be cheering them up. Some of the Muslim leaders who are shouting to their people not to vote for non Muslims mostly have their children schooling in Christian country. I know some top politicians here in the north whose children are schooling in Christian university down south. They are not afraid that the school might brainwash their children away from Islam. But during election they will be shouting to the poor masses that they should vote for Muslims who will advance the cause of their religion. |
I was shocked to see that they were even using fighter jets to bomb each other. Too bad. This tells us that politicians will do anything in their power just to hold on to power. Even if they level the whole of Sudan, they don't care as long as they hold on to power. Nigerians should learn from this. Those of you dancing to the tune of our political leaders. Given them the platform to destroy the little peace that we enjoy. When things escalate badly, na the poor citizens go suffer, whilst their family will be in a better country watching aljazeera news. |
It's bad to see Christians these days dressing anyhow. You go to churches and see the dressing of the ladies, then you will be wondering if you are in a club or brothel. Our ladies need particularly need serious orientation on the need to always dress decently. |
Ulunne777:You said it all. |
ahnie:Alright... Thanks for your response. |
