Am probably thinking, mayb these women come to Africa, pick a good player, bring him to Europe and marry him. Else, what could make kante to marry such a lady after been fully aware that she was the wife of a former footballer. |
Can anyone with a twitter presence help me burst remo omokri lies on the. The guy is just talking trash and raising unnecessary sentiment along ethnic lines. See attached photo.

Indians and Pakistanis taking over everything. |
Itooweak4una:Forgive my ignorance, how do AI generate such images. |
Mods... SEUN. Threads like this should not last update a minute on this forum. It has no use nor essence. But then tribalism seems to be the backbone of this forum. |
HONESTFACT101:The way it's happening now on this forum, am really starting to believe that there are handles here who are been paid to create tribal tension here. In one of the thread I stumbled on, a full grown adult was saying that in Fidelity Bank, the basic language used in their banking hall nation wide is Igbo. The thing just shock me. |
If you like, burn the bridge of friendship just because of our leaders... After the election, na you go still suffer the effect of losing your friends just because of politicians. I don't need to remind you that our leaders up their don't think about their religion or tribe before they collectively plunder our resources. Ganduje that came out openly to tell his people to vote for Muslim Muslim tickets for the growth of their religion in Nigeria have his children schooling in a full Christian country. Even when his daughter got married, there was nothing in the ceremony to show that his daughter is from a Muslim family. Be there and be killing yourself for people wey no send you. |
Before some of you will come and start shouting that why have a Yoruba man not contested in election in SE. You can not contest in an election where you don't domicile. If Yoruba people have the good number of people needed to win a particular position in another man's region, who is stopping them from contesting. Let me remind you that in Enugu state, there are areas where the councillors are Hausa. This is because Hausa people have dominated that area and then contested for councilorship and won. In Kano state, two councillors under fagge local govt representing Sabon Gari East and West are not Kano indigene. Infact , Sabon Gari is an area dominated by Igbos, but the councilor of Sabon Gari west is a yourba man, my own personal friend. The Kano indigene did not claim that southerners are trying to take over there land. Neither did the Igbos complain that despite them being the majority, a Yoruba man is representing them. Why are we the citizens playing into the game of our bad leaders by falling for the divide and rule tactics that they always bring up during election. |
It's really obvious this country will not work. Every election cycle, our leaders uses our weakness to divide us just so they can win election. And after the election they start enjoying their self, leaving the citizens to suffer the effect of the divide and rule that they created. I just have two questions. Let's assume it was a guy from SE who made the statement that MC Oluomo made, will he still be a free man by now. Keep defending evil actions by our leaders, just because its in line with your ideology, time is coming when it will affect everyone. My second question is... There is a video of Lebanese people campaigning for APC in Lagos, there where even sharing food items to people. I didn't not see people complaining that Lebanese are trying to take over Lagos. Am sure the Lebanese people have the right to campaign for any candidate of their choice. But how come there is a target on Nigerians who are campaigning for their own choice. Why the double standard. A lot of Nigerians have been elected into public offices in another country like UK, US and co. And they were all elected without the locals shouting that the foreigners are trying to take over there land.. Why the double standard. Why the hypocrisy...? |
Oh... Wahala just full everywhere. Why can't we have peace in this country. |
samsononyilo:I seriously tire for some people. This type of mutiny have happened countless times at Borno state but no one tribalized anything. But now that Igbo is involved, it's raising dust. And the kids are here showing there true colour. |
When they say Nairaland aids in propagating tribalism, this is what we mean. How can a senseless thread like this be allowed to even have up to 3 comments. |
To all Man utd fan... This is the actual result. As seen on Eye Neck server.

Those who won't go out to vote because they weren't given money are definitely PDAPC supporters. All obedients are coming out in their numbers with or without money. Infact in our polling unit, we obedients are already arranging small chops to hold stomach. We've got laptops loaded with PES and movies. We go play games, watch movies till vote counting start. Tomorrow na for polling unit we go camp. |

Assuming this was done by Easterners.... Internet will be aflame by now. |
Flashywalls:Assist who...? When he was trying to use his power to destabilise the peace that Enugu state is enjoying, did he consider the masses that will suffer from his bad action. |
It only take a devils heart to kidnap and keep these young children in captivity. |

Light78:That's the truth. Except those who have ulterior motives, am not sure someone will wait for days at the ATM just to withdraw money. In Kano, I saw a long queue at first bank main branch around 11pm. It's not like the ATM is paying, but they are just there waiting. This is because they are in a mission. |

Faithful0:Banks are trying. Because they are releasing the money immediately CBN gives it to them. When we go for our monitoring, we hardly see any new notes in banks vault. Once the money they load in ATM, but the issue now is that, those who are withdrawing the cash are mostly giving it out to people who won't release it again. |
I work in the financial industry and I happen to be part of those monitoring the distribution of the new naira notes. My team are covering mostly northern states. My observation... Just as everyone have noticed, most ATM are filled with crowd waiting to withdraw cash for personal use. But I can tell u that more than 60 percent of people waiting in queues are those who are selling their cash. In states like Kano, Kaduna, Jigawa, Zamfara and Katsina, there seem to be a syndicate of people that specializes in going round banks, looking for new notes to withdraw for sales. The funny thing is, assuming they are selling the notes to the average people who needs it, it would have been better. But they are taking the new notes to politically and financially exposed individuals who originally are the ones stocking up cash at home/warehouse. Now by normal calculations, CBN through banks have released a lot of money into the public, but in Kano, u can hardly see the new notes in circulation... Where did they go? In my opinion, instead of CBN to keep releasing 1000/500/200. Let them focus more on releasing 100/50 into the public so that people can use that for their small small expense. Then if you need to make purchase of huge amount, u make transfer. If the release of 1000/500 continue in this way, these syndicate will keep mopping it up for onward delivery to their bosses and the scarcity will persist because these PEP and FEP individuals will not rest until the have gathered a substantial amount of money in their warehouse. |
