They live together in the same neighborhood, goes to the same church.

After church, the man waits for my friend so they can go hom together, while the wife leaves with the kids according to her.

- They go on dates, just for fun according to her.
- She goes to meet him at his shop.
- The man spend most of his Sundays at her place.
-- He has asked her out. But she said she refused.

The bottom line is that she says they are not dating and she isn't affecting their marriage in anyway.

That's my grouse with the whole thing. Because I think she has made herself an alternative to the man's wife.

I asked her to at least end the late night calls, and she agreed to do that. But I just found out that she called him 6 times around past 11pm until he picked up.

The reason I made this post is because I'm not comfortable being friends with her keeping such kind of relationship.

I know what most women pass through in their marriage. She's in her 30s and is looking for someone to settle down with. But won't respect another person marriage.

I just wanted to know if I would be overreacting if I end our friendship.

Yeah I get you, it's really à whole lot, man and woman issue especially husband and wife need alot of critical thinking to handle, it's not for the weak really.

The phone pressing is just one way, there are other stuff u can do, why don't u dress up and go for a walk, I personally love driving very late in town at night, it give me peace of mine, might not be going anywhere, just drive around the empty road with a cool breeze pouring on your face and radio stations playing cool jams to go with, I know this because that's what I use to do when my babe would just pick up unnecessary quarrel,

I would just dress up and drive out, even if Nah 2am I don't care, after one hour and I wasn't back she will start calling like 999 times, I won't pick, she will go to WhatsApp to drop long apology voice note begging me to come back and how sorry she is

It got to a point, when ever she wants to talk to me about something bordering her, she will use a very cool voice and a puppy eyes make I no just perceive unnecessary anger and aggression from her, I will just wear cloth and off I go.

You gotta place here where she belong, she got to acknowledge me and me alone, two majors can't captain a ship, it's either me or me. You gotta make that clear, define issues and create boundaries

The best way to deal with a woman is, whenver she's ranting don't say sh!t, just carry your phone and start pressing it , or start doing stuff but don't u ever respond to her, she will eventually tire her self out and walk away or sleep off ,

Buddy, I understand you .. just a reminder that this whole thing is not planned or scripted?...U can't tell a possible reaction to an action... what if she snatches the phone and smashed it just to dare you for ignoring her, what will be the solution to that?

I actually did this many years back...I rubbed honey and marmalade on it with other spices after watching similar stuff on TV.. It came out really bad as in like a burnt offering..
I guess it was because I didn't do the fridge waiting thing.. or I left it far too long in the oven.. thank goodness I don't do those again..

Well, let me just say this, I hope you do realise that thinking outside has nothing to do with ignoring the facts and lieu of alternatives.
Look at the example you gave in your opening statement that people do not do good things and start announcing what they have done ?. How exactly does this relate to the facts on ground. The oga is broke for crying out loud, so why will he be doing one giving put money to the person's wife he is owing, and also begging favour from.
Talking about announcements, you should know that in this case, announcement is the best thing to do.
This has nothing to do with trust, it has everything to do with doing things properly.
Then people should get marry without signing any document because they trust themselves, no need to sign any paper.
What is wrong is wrong. No need for this justification.
Lastly this is not thinking outside the box. Thinking outside the box has a completely different meaning

Kid, when you grow older you will understand better. Nobody is saying it’s wrong to ‘dash’ your friend’s wife money but pretending to not be communicating with the said wife and the wife not wanting to pick your (the friend ) call while talking to her husband is enough to unsettle any man. Could it be that she was afraid the friend might ‘misyarn’ if she had picked up the phone?
If I’m speaking with my wife on the phone and someone calls me on my second phone, I would pick up the call without necessarily asking her to end the call since I have no skeleton in my closet and if it’s about business, husband who has nothing to hide would pick up the call and put the phone on speaker just so she can hear the person’s voice (you can then end her call). Hope you understand now or you’re just after creating unnecessary argument
