AMPLIFY THE POSITIVE AND BEAUTIFUL SIDE OF PEOPLE WHILE SUPPORTING THEM THROUGH THE NEGATIVE AND NOT SO GOOD SIDE OF THEM....eg if you have a lady with a bow leg don't go about talking about her legs...focus on her more beautiful side it maybe her eyes or her great sense of humor or maybe a great cook or fantastic dress sense or her mannerism etc so you focus on those positives, provided the negatives are not your red flags(if there are..then move on)...trust me life is beautiful when you put a smile on someone's face...
