I would suggest cutting the Fed Govt out of it completely

- focus on critical mass roads only
- start with a state or local government
- throw it open so you can get a competitive bid
- create a revenue sharing formula so that the company that wins it gets to keep a large percentage of the toll gates ,the amount will increase annually based on how well the road(s) is maintained i.e. good roads higher percentage

I doubt if anything substantial will come out of the EFCC meetings. CBN has gotten what it wants, EFCC investigation will not achieve anything.

It would have been different if EFCC had fingered them as being suspected of un-ethical (possibly illegal) practices in the first place which would have forced CBN to act but doing it this way complicates things.

CBN has achieved what it wants but EFCC involvement is just a waste of time and blatant opportunism!
