LibertyRep: Sometimes I wish instead of demolishing 'illegal' structures, government should convert them to some other uses. 1. No one can make legality out of illegality 2. If govt has and exercise such powers it can easily be abused. All the govt would need to take 'fraudulently' convert a building to her own use would be to simply declare such as illegal 3. Where a building is found to be be hindering public safety, the only legal and logical solution is to remove (demolish) such structure(s). This is why people are cautioned not to build on water ways etc 4. Odumeje at al shouldn't have erected such structures in the first instance. 5. Assuming without conceding that he acted in ignorance ab-initio, Odumeja ought to have gone for an alternative site and build his when he was notified. He certainly can afford it |

buksarki: Nigeria churches and mosque should be paying taxes. Naaaa! NGOs dont pay taxes but what is urgently and seriously needed 1. Govt need to establish strong regulations over religious activities 2. every kobo made by a religious body (church Musque etc) should properly and completely accounted for 3. The era of religious leaders, Pastors, G.O, Imam etc having unrestricted access to the group's fund must be abolished 4. Expenses by a religious group must be as approved by the governing council/Board of Trustee of such group 5. The bodies should be audited at regular intervals and at such time as the requisite govt authority deem fit. Most of the evils perpetrated under the umbrella of religious group in Nigeria cannot be sustained for a year in countries that have set the theme of operations and also discipline infractions. |

I want to believe you are up to 2Oyrs of age. 1. Get up and be a man! 2. Start by changing your moniker. Why declare yourself a failure? 3. Whatever you get from your parents at adult age (20, teenage ends at 19) is a privilege not a right 4. There are so many ways to earn money legitimately to keep yourself afloat while building your foundation via education. 5. Yahoo/scam is never the way out. - Imagine everyone turn turn a scammer ![]() - You probably wants to make Horse Poppy your mentor (them many ooo) -Scammers ultimately end up badly 6. Hit the street man. Okada ridding? Bus conductor? daily job? , Car wash? one trade or the other? There is something out there that will keep you going while in school. 7. Stop living in limbo. You are a student and not a celebrity. Let those who have money for clubbing be. U need to face the reality of the moment. 8. SUICIDE? Oh yea, its the cheap way out for the weak when challenge hits. Men dont do suicide, the strive till they succeed. Believe me son, I was in this crossroad some time in the 90s but I braced up and today I cherish the experience. Get the hell up and be a man! |
Thisis2raw: I hope it's not force confession? Because nothing Nigerian police no fit do. In line with your hope, I can confirm that, 1. It is a confession 2. The confession is at Nigeria Police Force (abi u be get anoda force for mind) 3. Its not the Police Force that Confess ![]() I hope with the above few points of mine, I have been able to convince you and not to confuse you that there is a confession and the Force (Police Force ooo) is .... As true as that can be, I would certainly my wife to have as much more as legally possible. Most women do not have regards for their husband one way of the other, and that's irrespective of the financial position. If the man has more money but not strong (not bully plz) some wives would disregard such a man a million times over If a man has more money but is impaired or weakened by ailment or age, some wives would go full throttle on disregard drive If a man has more, is heathy, strong willed and all that, some wives would roughshod in disregarding the hapless husband. Las las, the wan wey no go regard no go ever regard. She may lie low for a while but sooner than later the true color go show! |

Much depends on the time-lapse between when the 'erroneous' transfers where made, when MOMO (MTN) realized the error, when MTN notified the relevant banks and more importantly, what the account holders (banks customers) did with the money in that critical time. Depending on how things played out, part of the money may still be salvaged, ie whatever the customers had not expended before MTN cried out. MTN may resort to police efforts in investigation (costly though) to try and track down the beneficiaries of such 'erroneous' transfers. Electronic banking to aid fraud like butter make it easier to do justice to bread |
With this attitude, you can achieve more than you ever believed possible. KUDOS gloryhomemaker: |
