You are right that Nigeria isn't the only country, other countries are feeling the heat as well, for example the GCC. I just think Nigeria is feeling the heat more because it wasn't prepared. There were no saving for rainy days.

I am not exactly sure how easy and quick it is to diversity an economy that is dependent on oil but I think it will take a long time. We are largely dependent on oil and we have been so for as long as I can remember. This isn't going to change in two years.
