Apparently, as of now, we can't tell whether Buhari is a good person or not. There are some things attached to his government so far that warranted the presupposition that he's not good as most of us had thought prior to the 2015 election. It isn't clear whether he's been influencing some bad thing oozing from his government or maybe he is been influenced by some cabals that are perhaps wielding more power than him. What is more obvious, however, is the fact that he is a dullard and definitely doesn't have the capacity required to control the affairs of this country. It is way beyond his capacity.

Either you agree he's a lazy dullard hence the reason why some cabals are influencing him, or you agree that he's just a bad person.
