Im sorry, I don’t know the name of the herbal powder. My dad bought a lot of it, but now he’s late. But if you show those agbo women seller, they should be of help. This is how I used it.

The herbal powder ease digestion. Makes your intestines digest foods easily and heal wounds too.
I also use agbo jedi to soften stools.

Both works great.

Also it’s important you don’t spend much time in the toilet. Believe me, doing this stops the whole thing for me easily. I truly hope it works for you too.

Drink a lot of water too. As I am, I take atleast 10 pure water per day. Lol

Then also avoid taking Flagyl. It was what I did that time that affected me great.

The very fact our interest differs with others and what makes some of us happy isn’t necessarily what make others happy is enough reason to see why happiness is relative and not general, hence there’s no need to envy what makes others happy. Enjoy what makes you happy instead and wish others well.

Also, we should remember death. We brought nothing into this world and non of us is leaving with anything. Why then should you hate on others for all these temporary stuffs?

These days isn’t just the perfect time to get married, especially if you don’t have a lot going on.

It means you focus more on others than you focus on yourself. And the moment you focus more on others than you do for you, you’ll continue to get jealous of others and turn stagnate your progress. You’ll continue to get frustrated too.

Simply focus more on yourself. Do what makes you happy, and believe me you’ll see the need to be happy for what makes others happy.

Other people’s success cannot stop yours. You just have to be contented and focus more on yourself.

Only used the seed phrase when I opened the account. I always log in with the password. But when I changed phone, it required me to enter seed phrase
