I have been in a Christian congregation where a very large crowd were in attendance. When we were called to the altar for a spiritual excercise, the crowd was so much that my legs were hanging amidst other people's, I mean my legs couldn't touch the ground, yet I was carrying a baby in my hands.

There was no single case of anyone trampled to death.
God is not in a place where people are stampeded to death.
