Christianity Etc › Re: Why I Stormed Out Of The Church Today. by ritababe(f): 4:27pm On Jan 22, 2017 |
Norasparkle: The church is a house of God where anybody both the sinners n righteous, protocols and non-protocols are all welcomed. Creating a dermarcation in the church in the name of special sit is ridiculous. You came early u went to the front row to sit that is what is supposed to be. Reserving sit for a protocol who is still in his house bathing and contemplating whether to attend or not is arrant nonsense. That is why i love catholic church i can come on time and sit anywhere and close to any body protocol n non protocol. Who you epp. Even the usher that saw u where leaving n left u to leave did not know she has failed in her primary duty as an usher which is to welcome everyone and make them feeel at home. My brother u did notin wrong. Its not Ego problem. Is just the church's way of telling you that you are inconsequential. my dear you are wrong, I do attend Catholic too and yes they always keep bench for first timer, that is very important because as a first timer they are very vital to God because it's their first time they need to feel special and welcome. |

Fighting back will only lead to more bloodshed aso it's nor a reasonable solution, ND one tends to wonder the sort of spirit tht exist n Tht pastor, certainly not the Holy Spirit after el rufai settled the Fulani herdsmen what later happened? |

dadaic: You de mind this one wey de call himself Freeze. He was the same person who called out a lady owing him like some piece of trash, why didn't he act Christ like and let by-gone be by-gone. What an ass..
The funny part of this is that these so-called fulani murderers didn't just start this. Early 2008 when I was still in school. I went for my friends dad's burial, on my way back to Benin from Delta state, we boarded the Bob Izua motor, and we were stunned that one of the buses was completely filled with passengers, but we had to wait for the other bus to be filled. I didn't understand what was happening, anyway, we were patient. While we gisted, because we were all young chaps, we moved in convoy. Just 15 mins drive away from the park, we saw the fulani murderers came out from the bush with long guns, my brother, we didn't know when we all in the bus lay flat. They shot, but our bus driver didn't hesitate, rode the bus and chased the guy ahead into the bush and then sped off. Our lives were saved by a reckless driver who fought for our lives. And you tell me not to murder someone who tried to murder me? I pray oo. lol thank God for your life. |

Teespice: Americans are the biggest hypocrites ever seen.
who voted trump? if they hated his guts this much, then clinton should be president, not him.
the average American is a racist. trump only said what the people wanted to hear during the campaign, hence why he won the elections.
after all said and done, he's their president for the next four years, so they should deal with it. they didn't vote Trump, Hilary vote was higher but Trump win because of electoral vote. |

fanny500able: Woow, I'm grateful I had had to come across this piece. It's simple, comprehensive, suspending and colloquially delicious.
Nice sense of creativity and imagination.
To those who want to stop reading due to the inability of the writer or her work adding to your vocabulary. It is hence, very important to state that there are style of writing and the choice of diction is highly relative. The diction of Wole Soyinka is sparkling different from the style of Alex La Guma whose prose could be largely clumsy. But that doesn't make the work inferior in any way. CHIMMAMANDA ADECHIE, CHIWINWETALU, EVEN LATE CHINUA ACHEBE could be so simple with diction to communicate with targeted audience. That doesn't make their works inferior still.
However, the writer of this piece should confine more to rules of episodic plotting. Have a stipulating time for fresh updates, so your readers don't get weary from waiting too long.
Most importantly , kudos to you, Ritababe for a job nicely done.
Awaiting the concluding part of this novella.
** tongue out ** Too much grammar no go break our heads for dis naija. Oyinbo sef no dey spark grammar like we do here. Lol am not the writer na |
