On infrastructure, Ogun is better?

Oga Ogun state is about the worst states in Nigeria when you talk about roads.
Just drive through all the boundaries (Akute, Lambe, Ayobo, Agbara, tube, Ijofin, Ibafo, Ogijo, etc.) of Ogun state and Lagos and you'll understand.
Ogun state is lacking in serious infrastructures.
Imagine the huge IGRs yet with heavy debts and the state is owing civil servants.

Ogun states has far more infrastructures than Anambra.
