Enemyofpeace: Na everywhere we dey o. The last time I travelled under the sea, I was surprised to meet some igbo guys there selling gala, pure water and gold circle condoms there
Yorubas travel more than Igbos but not as loud as Igbos.Yorubas go as far as the coldest part of the world mostly for education and real biz. Some are into frauds too but they are minimal unlike...
When you remove WAEC which everyone knows is malpractice infested majorly in the SE,Yorubas still remain the best at home and abroad. Yorubas only have 5 youngest phd holders in Africa. Some of the best in the whole world.Igbos have none except m.c WAEC.
Yorubas have about 8 geniuses in the world who have scored the perfect cgp of 5.0.They have done this at home and abroad.
Yorubas have the highest number of the best black mathematicians in the world.
Best student in WAEC in West Africa...
The best physicists.
The best IT gurus in Nigeria even at Facebook,Google etc.
Best doctors not only in Nigeria,Africa but in the world.Recent breakthroughs in inventions and innovations by Yoruba scientists speak volumes.

Year in,year out almost the same result.WAEC has gone to the dogs since the commencement of special centres.I was surprised when I heard my younger brother saying that he wanted to go and do his WAEC in the East. There are miracle centres almost everywhere in Nigeria now and we all know that SE is topnotch when it comes to going through the backdoor. I am sorry for saying this but history and recent events are affirmations to this fact.Academically or in intelligence related issues,Yorubas are known to be very prominent in history and recently.SE has perfected the WAEC magic and unless miracle centres are scrapped and tight monitoring is enforced, nobody can beat the SE.They will always do anything to try to beat the SW. Have we asked ourselves how the SE does it? Just look at these:
FarahAideed: Nothing hear from any expert here , like doctorwus said the therapy is almost a 100 years old and it's possible an overzealous Nigerian journalist didn't understand the good doctor when he said he was the first to implement it in Edo state maybe .
I think this is his dscovery in these sentences...
## “In this discovery of mine, what we do is to implant a radioactive inside the prostrate and begin to release radiations which ended up killing the cells. It damages what we call DNA and when DNA is damaged, the cells cannot actually produce any longer.##
Or....maybe it is a breakthrough only in Nigeria here.
FarahAideed: Radiation can never be a cure for any cancer .. Brachytherapy implant radiation therapy has been around for ages so why is he claiming to own it .
## “In this discovery of mine, what we do is to implant a radioactive inside the prostrate and begin to release radiations which ended up killing the cells. It damages what we call DNA and when DNA is damaged, the cells cannot actually produce any longer.”
Speaking on behalf of the President, Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), second Vice President, Dr. Ofene Enang commended Adeyemi for the breakthrough, saying the association will continue to support such initiative.
While describing the radiation brachytherapy as new form of therapy in the treatment of prostrate cancer, Enang said NMA was at the forefront of canvassing for reversal of medical tourism in the country.
Earlier, a US based oncologist, Dr. Maghari, Rachid described the breakthrough as a blessing to Nigerians, adding that it will discourage the idea of travelling abroad for prostrate treatment. ##
I am looking at what he said here. Even some of his colleagues, infact experts, are commending the breakthrough.
A Medical Consultant and Radiation Oncologist in Benin City, the Edo State capital, Dr. Oludare Folajimi Adeyemi has made a major breakthrough in the treatment of the dreaded prostrate cancer.
Following the breakthrough, some medical experts said the illness was now a common thing in the hands of Adeyemi since his discovery of the tested ‘Brachytherapy (implant) treatment for prostrate cancer.
Speaking with journalists after performing a round of treatment on some patients at the LA Oncology Clinic, Benin City, Adeyemi said the disease was the commonest cancer ailment amongst men, noting that one out of every seven men was likely to develop it.
The prostrate cancer treatment expert disclosed that prostrate brachytherapy was a unique form of treating the disease, especially as the new treatment was not only affordable but less time consuming.
“Although, there are other options of treating prostrate cancer, the Brachytherapy method is unique, accurate and offers high degree of cure to the patient with prostrate cancer, especially when it is done at the early stage of the disease.

Nigerians have been making positive impacts in the medicines. There is no need for the wasteful foreign medical trips when we have some of the best in the world. It is up to our leaders.

PrecisionFx: LMFAO, wit 3 mega malls, new GRA n higher institutions, Ogun state now has more infrastructures than SE , statement of a yoruba man that has never stepped foot in the SE in their entire lives.
For starters, Enugu state has 3 mega malls. Without thinking, I can name GAME, ROBAN, SPAR & SHOPRITE
I can't count the number of New GRAs in enugu, I can count at least 4 in my head. Real estate is a mega ish in enugu state. Plots of lands in timid undeveloped areas go for 2 million naira casually.
Higher institutions? Lmfaooooo.
Let me write off head.
ESUT.
UNN.
UNEC.
IMT
OSISATECH
Enugu state college of education.
MADONNA UNIVERSITY.
CARITAS UNIVERSITY.
RENNAISANCE.
Coal city university.
ESUT business school.
Godfrey Okoye university.
Open university.
Just the ones I can remember in enugu state, There are still many technical higher institutions, schools of health and colleges of education that i didn't list..
Pls keep kwayet n start travelling, u can't find out how developed Enugu, Owerri or Umuahia is by sitting in Ogbomosho to type.
Having visited the SW wella, I can bet my life comfortably that minus Lagos, SE n SS beat the other states in yoruba land hands down in terms of development (even with extremely federal presence here generally)
I was not talking about fake malls like shops you call malls in your SE villages but real malls.Anambra had one and all Igbos were so happy they nearly caused a stamped. You only have 4 malls in the entire Igboland.
Anambra malls.I bet Igbos had never seen a mall before until then.
PrecisionFx: So with 3 pictures from Ogun, Ogun Is now more developed than the entire SE?
Ogun state has 3 mega malls. About 5 GRAs with new ones springing up. Highest number of industries. And lots of higher institutions... Ogun state has more infrastructures than any SE states...
He is just telling you that you were late to civilization and still have more brown roofs than Yorubas that have been building houses when you were living in thatched roof huts.
Ogun state only is more developed than the entire Igboland. Ogun state:
Ikenna0b: The U.S census that claimed Yorubas are in millions. . There's a reason people do not use Wikipedia as a source dum dum. Anybody can write anything on Wikipedia.
Which census is this? Pls,specify. This is from America...
Odingo1: Why joining Yorubas in Benin republic, you can see that Igbos in Canada is nearly equal to numbers of Yorubas drawn from two countries of Nigeria and Benin Republic, even some Togo Yoruba people join.
That will tell you that Igbos travel more interms of hustling travel, I dey Europe, i know wetin I dey tell you, Igbos are everywhere more than Yoruba in great margins apart from UK.
Yorubas in Canada are 9000 compared to Igbos who are 5000. We have 1,800000 Yorubas in America as against 224,000 Igbos.Remove 400000 Yorubas from Benin,it still means that Yorubas from Benin travel more than Igbos. Your word is just like saying Egun people travel more than Igbos without proof or stat to back it up.Fact is Yorubas are the most travelled in Africa,Statistics by European countries confirmed this. There are Igbos in one funny African country like this. Why are they not travelling?
Odingo1: Yoruba travel more than Igbo ke, hahaha , in Nigeria or abroad. Yoruba elite and middle income earners goes majorly to London, Igbos dominate hustling ground in Europe, America, Asia and rest of the world.
Yorubas travel more than Igbos. They are one of the most travelled people in Africa.Yorubas are even in the coldest part of the world. These are statistics. What makes you think Igbos travel more than Yorubas?
Paris, Washington, London, Rome, Greece and Egypt are over 700 years old with vintage antique infrastructures, still they're beautiful cities. Your cities are barely 150 years according to you, yet they've all turned to museums.
What infrastructures did you have before FG started building bridges, Airport, Seaports, Railway, Schools and roads?
You said the Yorubas made Igbo Alphabet, I won't need to argue with you, please Sir...
Olaudah Equiano (16 October 1745 – 31 March 1797) known in his lifetime as Gustavus Vassa was a writer and abolitionist from Ihiala, which is in Igbo region of what is today southeastern Nigeria
The date says... 1745, can you tell us any Yoruba man was educated before this man, thanks.
He is talking about Nigerian intellectuals who resided and taught in Nigeria, you are talking about somebody far away in Europe who some said is not even an Igboman.Ajayi Crowther taught the Igbos in Nigeria how to read and write.
Infrastructurally,Igboland is not even near most cities in Yorubaland.Yorubas have been building houses more than 1000 years ago.Igbos were still living on the trees then.
Ibadan city is more developed than the entire Igboland. It also has better road network than all the entire SE. IBADAN.
Paxie55: Sharap your mouth. You guys have never owned up to your woes. It was iron that also made you to build in horizontal manner too and thereby littering every space with shìts. Smelly smelly brownie. Our dog can't live in your cocoon. Only pigs do. Brownie!!
Odingo1: Adeyinka is wrong in that statement of killing the Igbos, the man in question was even only beating by the mob. I think is the Yorubas that should mind their utterances, it is always Yorubas that call for Igbo massacre all the time, from that doctor Ariyo to Adeyinka and many other Yorubas. Igbo don’t call for Yoruba massacre.
Yorubas generally are liberals but there are some that do not ascribe to the gentility and slow to anger nature of the majority of Yorubas.People like Doctor Ariyo,Grandson etc are exemptions.Yorubas are not savages and will explore all diplomatic means before the unexpected or expected happens. Some people including Grandson thought that lynched man died but some people said he did not die.You and I saw the ' almost a boulder' stone hauled at his head.I am advising Igbos to mind their utterances because they are in millions in the SW and always having opposing views with the Yorubas. There is bound to be problems when this happens.Yorubas are very intelligent and diplomatic and will never utter such not in Igboland or foreign land.Yorubas travell more than Igbos but how many times have you seen them been lynched like the Igbos?
