The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Kaduna Zonal Office on June 13, 2019 arraigned one Tijani Adamu before Justice Moh'd Tukur Muazu of the Kaduna State High Court on a seven-count charge bordering on forgery, uttering and giving false information.

One of the counts reads: “That you, Alhaji Tijjani Adamu, sometimes in January 2019 at Kaduna within the Judicial Division of this Honourable Court did pretend to be a Deputy Director, Internal Audit on Salary Grade Level 16/5 of the National Primary Education Commission/ Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) which you knew to be false and in that assumed character, stood as a surety to one Ibrahim Adamu in Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and you thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 96 of the Penal Code Law of Kaduna State 2017.”

He pleaded “not guilty” to the charges when they were read to him.

Prosecuting counsel, Y.J. Matiyak, urged the court to give a date for the commencement of trial, and to remand the defendant in prison.

Defence counsel, A.M. Imam, however, moved the bail application of the defendant, but Matiyak, raised objections, arguing that the alleged offence bordered on felony and that he needed time to file a counter-affidavit in response to the bail application.

After listening to the arguments, Justice Muazu, ordered the defendant to be remanded in prison, and adjourned to July 3, 2019 for “hearing of bail application and commencement of trial”.

The girl who was allegedly drugged at a nightclub and gang-raped on February 3, 2019, by two dropouts of Babcock University, Don-Chima George and Olusegun Razak - in a hotel owned by George’s dad - wants the criminal suit filed against them withdrawn.

According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), the complainant made the request during proceedings at an Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court on Thursday, via a “Letter of Withdrawal”.

In the letter, dated June 3, 2019, which was read in court by Justice Abiola Soladoye, the complainant attributed her decision to the “intervention of family members” and for the sake of her integrity.

However, Mr Akin George, a Deputy-Director in the Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP) and lead state prosecutor, however, opposed the complainant’s request.

After listening to the submissions of the prosecution and defence, Justice Soladoye said that the court would continue with proceedings, and that bail would not be granted to the defendants because the court had already delivered a ruling denying them bail.

The case was adjourned to June 18 for continuation of trial.

Sekem crooner, MC Galaxy has fired back at Etinosa for calling him out and tagging him a liar.

Etinosa who reacted to the interview MC Galaxy granted HipTV, slammed the Sekem crooner as she stated her nude video on Instagram was not planned.

Recall that we earlier reported that MC Galaxy claimed that the nude video was staged with the actress.

According to him, the actress overdid it and he didn't know it was going to take such turn. He also slammed the actress for reaching out to Mr 2Kay and making it look like he is the bad guy even though they planned it together.

However in an instagram post tonight, Etinosa slammed MC Galaxy in a counter post and stated that it is wicked of the singer to drag her into his mud over a video everyone has moved on from.

MC Galaxy in response to the actress's latest claims, MC Galaxy shared a pre nude video of the actress she made for her fans before stripping on the live video.

His post read;

These was your first ever life video where you were naked on your own live video showing your body to your fans and i sent you a request to join which you allowed.

will soon post the audio...... of you asking me to call you on my live that you want to blow too smh �‍♀️

Panic gripped the people of Awada in Onitsha yesterday, after two married women fell from a 3 storey building while fighting.


According to an eyewitness:.

“This sad incident happened yesterday at Awada in Onitsha . The 2 women are living together in a flat because their husbands share a flat in one compound.

Even though their husbands are friends, The wives never got along and was always quarreling but nothing prepared us for what we saw this morning….

When their husband left for shop this morning, another round of fight began and this time it was different. we heard screaming and then a huge thud and then wailing and crying ensured.

I rushed to the verandah and discovered to my dismay that the women fell from their 3rd floor flat and both of them shattered many bones in their bodies.

Both couldn't stand but i suspect that the other may have broken her spinal cord because she couldn't move a limb and her head was severely bashed and she was bleeding heavily. They have been rushed to Toronto hospital to ascertain the level of their injuries while we called up their husbands.

Khloe narrates how an ubenigeria Driver humiliated her at the airport just because she asked him to cancel her trip.

Dear @ubernigeria I don’t know how you pick your drivers but this people are not human and it’s heartbreaking because we travel and see how Uber drivers in other country treat us .
So I missed my flight at the old airport and ordered Uber.


Firstly , I called and he picked and using me to talk
Secondly , he said I have to meet him where he parked that he can’t come to me
I was too tired and just want to go home.. I got inside the car after so much attitude but just want to leave because of people trying to say Hi and I’m too tired .

He asked where I was going and I said Lekki but want to stop by surulere . Then he said he wanted a long journey cos if he pays for car park he have to make the money back “aggressively “ then I asked if there is any problem ? He replied “problem will arise if I don’t make enough money “ . And I said cancel and let me order another one .


He look back and said “if only you are human enough you will understand “ and I replied what do you mean human enough? He said I cant understand cos I’m not human.
I was so mad and asked if he’s Mad ? Next thing he started cursing me ,saying all sorts , sent me out of the car and pushed me to the side .


The most annoying part is that his friends there that were greeting me and I waved at joined him and said we greeted her and she just waved , so they join him to curse and humiliate me .”am I suppose to knee down and greet them cos they called my name ?” And he said ( yah all celebrity feels like you are god , we are here to treat your Bleep up ) . Mentioning names of popular people they have done such too and so on
@ubernigeria tonight I feel the worse , luckily for me my people were still around so I called them and they got me out of the place quickly cos they were going to jump on me . Just imagine people who don’t have voices or someone around ?


That’s how people get raped , robbed , beaten , even killed .
Pls screen your drivers and always ask for reviews .. but what is the assurance they will even get punished after review or report . .
For me I’m done with UBER

This is why we are easily cajoled in this country,she came on social media and lied vividly on the incident that happened,i don't need a low life person to trend for i trend in the almighty's blessings. Please pray for her for she needs help for living a double life by pretending to be a nice and calm person to the public but a devil in disguise for i have a video of the incident, thank God it was documented.

For not a single finger was laid on her and moreover after telling me how stupid I am that really escalated the issue that got me angry and all i told her was a don't exchange words with shenanigans like her for people with linguistic and fragmented characters like her are not my type.IT'S ME THE UBER DRIVER SHE'S REFERRING TO.....PLEASE BEWARE OF DOUBLE FACED HUMANS FOR THEY ARE MORE DEADLY THAN VENOMOUS SNAKES.
