Every time Lagos is compared to Anambra, I chuckle, Lagos is a former capital and have received foundational financial stimulus to be a leading mega city in Africa. Anyway, it is a win win for black race, states should collaborate and learn from each other instead of bragging, in US, no state has the same financial might, but real development cuts across majority of its populace, people from California, thr richest state in the world are currently fleeing to other areas of US, it is a lesson worthy of emulation

No know factories, office, businesses, yet claim to have gathered wealth through "inheritance" from unknow source.
