One of my Boss who is a believer of ONE NIGERIA bought plots of land in a very swampy area in Lagos at a very exorbitant price YEARS AGO and It took him 3 years to feel up the land for building ( took 3 years so it's doesn't shake his business)

And I was thinking he's going to build a residential house guess what he built a warehouse but still living in a house owned by a Yoruba man.

If you see the house he's renting he almost re-built the house to his standard just to feel comfortable...because he's been in Hong-kong most part of his life and he's also suffering from (OCD people like this don't joke with neatness and comfort the man don't even want him to park out but recently after finishing his house in village this Xmas he decided it's time build his own house in Lagos, he already bought land and construction has already started from foundation but after this election...he said to me, now I understand what you mean.
