The foundation the leadership of leaders like guwon and even abacha laid for us were strong.

The Naira was stable and the economy was strong until we foolishly allowed PDP to gain power .

The current economy is a joke, it's almost impossible to fix 16 years of diasters caused by PDP under 8 years of APC.
At least 20 years would be needed and I believe tinubu will take us to the right direction.

That's why I proudly voted for apc every year and I'll do it again in the next 4 years.
Joke of the century! Off point!!

The state this nation is in currently brings tears to my eyes everyday

We as Nigerians made a terrible mistake by giving pdp 16 years of power to rule us.
The foundations are horribly bad and the suffering is immense, good luck Johnathan and OBJ should be locked up with the keys thrown in a river.

I know God hasn't forgotten us and through tinubu, He'll lead us back to the right path.

God punish all PDP supporters
Op, you need careful assessment. I don't know the school you attended and your qualification. Your age also matters to determine what could have made you think like this.

What foundation are you really talking about?

What do you know about fixing an economy?

Infact, what is economy?

What do you think have gone with our economy in the past?

What is the current state of the economy?

What brought us here?

Who brought us here?

How do we get here?

These are the questions I want you to answer in the form of intellectual debate.

Historically and/or currently, it's in the title. Igbo people reject Islam. They have not allowed Islam to spread in Igboland. Igboland is heavily Christian with the traditional religions. There are literally more Igbo Jews than Igbo muslims. Igbo muslims are rare, shunned and ostracised. Igbos muslims are called "Hausa" mockingly at best and are subjected to violence and isolation at worst. Mosques have been burnt in Igboland.
The Biafrans should get their own nation plan to ban Islam. Prominent Biafran leaders such as Kanu (currently) and Ojukwu (historically) depised Islam and aligned them themselves with Israel/Jews. Designated enemies of muslims and Islam. I've never known an Igbo that supported Arab/muslim causes. Igbos are strongly pro-Israel. Despite Igbos being unaffected by the Fulani Jihad historically, Igbos are the tribe that are the most suspicious of and willing challenge Fulanis/ Northerners. Rejecting Islam is rejecting/resisting Fulanis/Northerners and their socio-political control.

The Tiv peopl heavily resisted the Fulani Jihads. I'm grateful for that. The terrorist Dan Fodio was killed by a Tiv arrow.

You people are very funny! You kept shouting Igbo rejected Islam as if the story was true.

Can you tell me how they (Igbo people rejected Islam or fought against jihad)? Christianity only came to Nigeria in 1515 through the Portuguese. Lagos and Benin had the first contact where the palace of Benin king was used for teaching of how to read the bible, write and arithmetic.

You kept mentioning Ojukwu of yesterday as if Islam just came to Nigeria during his time.

To set the record straight, Islam couldn't spread to that area because of (1) there was no easy route to link the region to the North where the country had the first contact with Islam in the 9th century.
(2) there was no trade and commerce between the two region that could warrant the spread of the religion to that part of the country (3) Language barrier couldn't permit such.

Was it a lie that he owned black slaves and married a 9 year old.
Madam! Muhammad is not a racist. You can read this in his farewell message he gave during his last hajj. He has no slave either.

Aisha was 18 or above 17, not nine, when she married the Prophet. Aisha was born in the year 606 and got married to prophet Muhammad in the year 623.

Fact check: There are verses or words from a chapter in the Quran known as Suratul Qamar, those verses were revealed in the year 614 and Aisha said she was a child playing outside with her peer when the verses were revealed. This contradict the age of 9 assigned to Aisha when she got married to the Prophet because Aisha was reported to have come this world in 614.

Na so. But history says otherwise and you know it.
That's is false history filled with hatred. Majority of the historians who wrote about the history were against him but today, clearer evidences and serious researches are revealing the truth.

From the inception, look at the way the prophet ran out of mecca to avoid war and persecution of his followers. Yet, the pagans still went against him.

But today their is no winner and no loser amongst the masses. Because no matter who u support, everybody will be on the same shoes. Just as everybody queued up for fuel for over 3months, everybody will still carry the positives and negatives on whichever government rules this country.

As long as you are not a politician, you ve won nothing, u are just gloating over another man's pocket until the Change impacts ur personal life positively.

Buhari fought corruption standstill, buhari recovered billions of naira and bla bla bla bla. Yet for the common man, bail is not still free, police are still collecting bribes, nothing changed. We sure have a warped mentality in this country

Your religion stinks even God knows that. Ur religion has never experienced one single miracle since the time of its founder.

I don't mean killing people and taking their lands,I meant one heavenly miracle.
From your response, I understand you know nothing about what he wrote up there and history. As a kid, you need to ask questions and learn to make research. Don't just listen to hearsay.

Define what Miracle is for me and I will give you many things to learn from because I know you want to base your argument on miracle.

The gospel of Islam was preached through swords, no?
That's what you are made to believe.

Check the history of Indonesia, they are dominated by Muslim. No single war was fought there.

Check the history of Islam in west Africa. Islam came to west Africa in 8th century. Tell me the war that was fought during this era to spread Islam across the West African Nations.

Islam came to Nigeria early before Christianity in 9th century and spread across the country between 11th and 12th century. In 1515, Christianity came to Nigeria through the Portuguese. Tell me the war fought in Nigeria by the Muslim during this period (9th - 12th) to spread Islam in Nigeria.

I don't want to talk about christian mission in Nigeria but only to answer your question.

Pls, stop saying what you don't know.

Bro, electoral act is still part of the constitution. Just like talking about land tenure decree of 1978. It's still part of the constitution. The constitution frowned on double nomination and it's consequences are disqualification and jail term. And then remember that this crime is committed at party level, and it's a ore_election matter. What I was trying to explain to u is that section 29(5) of the constitution has barred anyone that's not an aspirant of the said primary election to sue the candidate in question.
I get uuuuuu! But this particular one is not supposed to be in our constitution.
